Harrah's Laughlin Hotel and Casino Reviews

I stayed at this hotel on Sunday Sept. 30th for a 1 night stay in the North Tower, 6th floor. I got a great rate, under $ 40.00 when booked via the web site for Harrah's. I booked this hotel based on the positive rating on Google. What a DUMP of a room. Dirt clods on the floor that turned into dust when nudged by my foot. A pillow that looked like it was used to stop the bleeding of someone who's teeth got knocked out or to stop a bloody nose. Food particles so big that you could tell they were at one time a BBQ chip. Dust build up to great it tells me that months had gone by since it was vacuumed. When I called to ask for pillow cases and a new pillow, I could tell the housekeeping staff did not care to help. Their attitude when I called, 2 times, tells me they did not want to be bothered. The 2nd time I called I did not even understand the persons name who took my call. When I checked out I relayed these comments to the counter agent who was actually very helpful and seemed to care about my complaints. The resort fee was refunded, a $ 15.00 value. bottom line, Harrah's, you are a major hotel/casino player and should not tolerate such lousy service from your staff. If I ever go back to Laughlin, I wont be staying here again. And as a travel agent, I wont suggest anyone stay there either.

Nice place tried to go to the buffet, but they were closed.

Been coming here since we were kids. They take pets which is convenient. The buffet has always been nice. Be sure to get a players club card and save $2.00. The pool is not great but the hotel rooms do the trick. There was some ink from a child on the doors in ours and the maids forgot about us one day but other than that our 5 day stay was fantastic. There's always a little something to do, good food restaurants with nice management abdominal good service. The hotel was packed top to bottom when we went so parking was sparse and there was an hour wait to check in, and elevator waits were in the 5 minute range. However, it's all part of the experience. The rooms were $40-50 a night so a good deal there! Random surprise with the $11/a day charge so look or for that! Movies you rent in the room now run $18, much more than the $6 I'm used to, so 2 nights we planned to watch movies we just had to watch TV. Smokey smell in the casino is normal. Nice accommodations, great bell service, very comfortable beds, nice towels, cool rooms, great deal!

Here for 5/8/17-5/10/17 NOTHING is open in the hotel. The "24 hour" beach cafe is not open.... guy fieri's el burro barracho is not open... TWO days in a row so far...No menu in rooms for room service. Smash burger is open limited hours..Only food option other than another hotel is the general store next to Starbucks....which was closed. They do not advertise there is an off season. Which I would think may isn't really off season...but oh well. The only thing going for this place is the staff. Very professional and courteous. Try another place or be very vigilant and Work around the hotel schedule instead of your own...which defeats the purpose of your vacation. Forgot to add...the damn Buffett was closed too.

Sucks ass, used to be my favorite place to go but they have forgotten about the little people. The worst experience I have ever had at any Harrah's, any motel 6 would have been more accommodating. No matter how many reviews and complaints I have made and they offered my family nothing to make us feel better and want to come back.... nothing !

Fun place to go to and the slots are kinda loose pending what day you visit the casino...

I've always enjoyed myself here with lots of access to all the games and tables. Drink service after midnite during the week for the slots is hit or miss with only 2 servers working the floor for tables and slots.

Needs to be remodeled. Almost all of Laughlin's casinos need a facelift

Seafood buffet was fantastic!!!!!! Worth every dollar.

Love this place. Very relaxing by the pool. Grambling is not very good here.

Still my favorite property in Laughlin they have an adults-only pool. Private Beach area it's away from the rest of the Trashy hotels down the way the disadvantage is it's a little further away from those things especially a restaurant if you trying to get around without driving.

We stay for two nights the room was very clean. The service was good. My kids love the beach and the pool.

Hurray's was very nice and clean. They had jetski that you could rent, and the commissary was very good.

We went for the buffet and had a great time. The food was good and the servers were friendly. We had a large party and my only complaint was that we couldn't sit together. It was understandable but I would have liked to sit with my family instead of getting split up.

Disgusting room dead bug behind tv stand. No updated ammenities. No coffee maker in room. No mini fridge. No safe in room. Dirty tub. Giy at check in said pool was open till midnight. It closed well before then. Buffet was disgusting, stale dinner rolls, gross tasting food. Will never go back

The food is awesome. This was my first time here. The people were very nice and I would recommend them to anyone. Great family place as well.

I've stayed at a few casino hotels here in Laughlin and this is the nicest one so far. Friendly and helpful staff, good food and clean rooms! Private access for guest to the Colorado river. Jet ski rentals and boat tours are there on the beach. It's a small beach but it's big enough for plenty to enjoy

If you book a room at Harrah's Laughlin, the least expensive night is Sunday. Look for great deals on North Tower river-view rooms. You will not be disappointed.

Stopped at this location for a short break while traveling. Nice casino with a smoke free section. Contact with staff was limited, so have no opinion on this or the food served here.

Diner is a little pricey for the after midnight mebu

Great casino except I don't like the bus loads of people that come through there all day and night, they just trash the bathrooms. I feel bad for the employees that have to constantly clean up after them.

Hotel was way out dated, no useable amenities (microwave, coffee pot or fridge). No USB ports for phone charging. They told us when checking in we were going to the newly renovated areas. Not real pleased with stay. Buffet was less then par. Definitely the worst Harrah's I have stayed at (have been to them all over the country).

Very nice place. Great service at check in, really nice room, love the food. Can't wait to try Guy Fieri's restaurant. Will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I just stayed at Harrahs in Laughlin and we were so disgusted in our room. Our room was filthy! Nasty stains all over the carpet. Food and drink spilled on the night stand. Some nasty powder and some sort of gel all over in the bathroom. We were supposed to stay there Friday and Saturday night. We actually left at 11pm Saturday because the lumpy mattress was so bad we decided to start heading back home that night.

There was also blood on the elevator buttons on our floor. It was there for over a day. I have pics but I can t figure out how to post them.

Love this place stayed here last year .. room need updating beds are great .. love the setting axtra stores large walking areas .. would definitely go there again price it good

I got a great deal on a room, Sunday night, back in May.
Friendly, helpful staff, clean quiet room, choice of restaurants,
and the weather was great. I'll bring the wife next time.

The rooms at this hotel we're very sub par for a location that has as many guests as it does. The beds were small and the rooms were not decorated at all. The pools were nice and the beach area on the river is very nice. The buffet is okay but not the best ice had the food was just a little off making it not worth the price.

Rooms clean. Shower hot. Bed comfortable. Nice selection of restaurants. Smoking and non smoking gambling environments.. must be noted that the casino is on the edge of town there is a little walk to get to the center and the "Laughlin river walk"

Love this place... Has a beach nice restaurants the only thing that killed it for me was that the room was dusty ... Beds are always comfortable though

Masks masks masks. No service in non smokin area. 10$ min to play craps roulette 21. No bars open even with social distance not thier fault but jezz. Pool was open poor service there. Cocktail service was poor all around. One girl was good but didn't get her name.

Horrible experience. The handle WAS cut on my luggage and my clothes were damp that were in the suitcase.
We came from Phoenix on a group bus trip. My husband's bag was lost somewhere in the hotel and finally recovered.

One of the members of our party, had her bag missing for hours. When they finally found it, her clothes were scattered all over the property and her medication was missing and her clothing and other contents in her bag was missing; including her iPad.

I filed a report and I have been trying to contact someone for 2 months, without success.

I am very disappointed and surprised to be subject to this sort of treatment, at HARRAH'S.

It could possibly be, just at this location.
Many in my group had problems of some nature, during the 2 days we were there.

I am very upset and can not believe they would not take responsibility for this..

I received an offer from caesarsrewardsair.com for charter jet to Laughlin and 4 night stay. I have repeatedly tried to book this offer with no results I have called numerous numbers trying to reach someone to no avail. I finally did reach someone for help and she said she would send another email to booking and have someone contact me. Well finally after 6 phone calls and many emails someone called me and I was in the shower and missed the call so was put back on call list which will take 24 to 48 hours again. I work and cannot get calls at work. A lot of hassle to go to Laughlin when I can stay in Phoenix and lose my money to a number of casinos here. Would this be considered false advertising?

What a great experience. We attended the 4th of July celebration. The hotel room was updated, clean and well appointed. Service throughout our stay was excellent. Be sure to ask for Billie if you eat at the Cafe. He is exceptional.

My wife and went to see a band but we misread the event date n time. Ots next week. So well be back and look forward too it. .place looks real nice. Friendly staff.

Outstanding! Very clean and friendly. So much to do. There is a vast museum of classic cars down the street you can visit. Would love to visit again (bucket list) the food is incredible. Highly recommend. Go here and have a great time!

Had roaches in my room,was not impressed with the diamond lounge,it was my last trip,will not return.

The place was lovely as usual. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. However, even with a do not disturb sign on the door, housekeeping was banging on our door at 8:30! And the bathroom was filthy! Toothpaste on the mirror and soap scum over the shower walls! Floor needed cleaning and chrome needed cleaning! Very disappointed!!!

The room had dust all over and the staff didnt seem to be on the same page, got told at check in I could purchase food for my son on the beach area which was not true so here I was at the beach stuck with a 3 year old boy. I had to go back to my room change and went to eat, when I came back the beach was closed at 5pm! Due to a "private event" on mother's day weeken??? (Not very smart), so I though me and my son would be able to have fun at the beach but instead I had to stay at my hotel room which I could have done that at the comfort of my own house. I asked where I could heat my sons milk and got redirected to the gift shop, went all the way down there for nothing cause the gentleman said he couldnt help me because that violated the health guidelines, went back to the front desk and they gave me a mini coffee maker and said that's all they could do, this was ridiculous, lastly I ask to got charge for 3 more hours at the hotel and they said I had to pay for another night again then I asked if I could stay on the beach or the pool and they said NO! Are you kidding me harrahs? I payed over 100 dollars for one night and I cant stay 3 extra hours at your property, so very disappointed harrahs didnt meet my minimum expectations and would never recommend this place. Thanks harrahs for turning my mother's day weekend into a nightmare.

The restaurants and shops and the casino was the best father's day weekend I ever experienced thanks family and Harrah's Laughlin.

I only ever go to the Laughlin casinos to eat. This place has one of the best buffets on the river

They told us $76 bucks a night. Lie. There other hidden charges. The pool was nasty. Everyone was drinking in the pool and not getting out to go to the bathroom. Said not during with in 4 feet of pool. They dint care. Everything just looked run down and used.
