Old friends we see maybe twice in three years, ten hours drive one way, took us there for dinner. Fantastic and inexpensive food, stuffed ourselves. Typical club atmosphere. Will return.

Amazing. Great buffet. clean, spacious rooms. Lots of restraunts and activities to do. Overall a great visit.

they refused to offer royal customer a shuttle ride to airport even if it is only few miles away.

The staff is Excellent but the view from the room was terrible. Had to look at the parking place the whole day. Otherwise very good only a little problematic to get food after a certain time. I bought an icecream in the gift shop cost me $6.00. More than a whole box in the grocery store. Daylight robbery. But a beautiful beach.

We stopped at the cafe for lunch. Great food and excellent service!

Went thru ceaser rewards. Free flights, room and some game play. Hospitality was just wonderful. If I ever get another offer...I'm taking it

Pros: The rooms are very nice and clean, and all of the staff is wonderful and friendly. Valet service is complimentary (tip well!) Cute pool & hot tub. Great views of the river. Even in the smoking part of the casino the cigarette smell isn't overpowering. Cons: not much to do but gamble, no live entertainment. Food places are open unpredictable hours. The only restaurant open past 9pm is frankly kinda grungy/gross. Decor is not on theme like most of the other casinos in Laughlin. Too far from the "main drag".

Machines were cold as ice, for 2-3 days picked up the 4th day. Steak house has delicious food , the other restaurant Beach Oasis has good food as well, the room was comfortably.

CAESARS,Please stop the promo for free drink coupons for charter flights. Bars are closed and restaurants will not honor. Smashburger manager said no way. Rewards club said to cash them in on the floor with waitstaff. DRINKS are free for gamblers. So to redeem coupons you
must stop a waitstaff on the floor , put order in then wait by wall or elevator for 20 min. to receive your drinks. No host here to talk to.

Probably the nicest resort in Laughlin. Private Beach is great . Try to stay in Tower 1. Try to stay away from Tower 3. The rooms seem worn, and it's a long walk to the casino.

Our stay wasn t even a stay. The worst experience we ve ever had at any casino and we are locals. My husband gambled after $500 before receiving a single complimentary beverage and even then we had to go request a waitress to service our area. After a couple trips to the bar (paying for his drinks) we finally saw Kristan which was the server that was suppose to be taking care of him. We brought up the issue to her and she was very rude, getting in my face saying she walked by a few times claiming that my girlfriend and I weren t gambling which we weren t but my husband very well was and never offered him a single drink. Hotel security got involved as well as the casino host (Veta) and they both took the employees side saying we we were cutt off and no longer welcome. After checking the cash out receipts you would think that they would ve welcomed him to any complimentary drinks but no. We forced to leave. Do not go to Harrahs s Laughlin and if you do, please avoid Kirstan s section as she will not check on you!!!! This was between 11:00pm and 12:30 am. Goodluck at Harrahs sz

Oh I enjoy the free concerts all summer every Saturday..on the beach..nice casino to visit and stay

I expected an refrigerator and microwave but the room didn't have them. Had to leave the tables because they wouldn't allow a late check-out without paying extra. If your at their tables giving them money, they should allow you to stay a little later.

Never pays and all the slots are old with old people. Go to Las Vegas spend the extra money.

They really need to update the rooms. The second time I've stayed here in the last year and both times the room has smelled like wet socks. The ac didn't work great and the faucet was broken

Tub had a towel at the bottom to softer the drip sound ...roll of garbage bags left in my room. 2 out of six elevators working, so there were literally 40 people in line. Food options sucked, food was worse.
Graffiti on the window.....and....double charged.
Cant speak to a human about it, told to write an email. Plus, they actually charge for wifi

This was once very nice but has become a little faded and tired. Still the best buffet and offers rooms that are adults only.

Overbooked, no customer service, and dirty. Pool area is gross. I guess you get what you pay for... maybe I'm not a Laughlin kind of gal.

A bit dated, definitely could use a remodel. Slots were tight but we had a good time.

Excellent service, beautiful clean room, awesome shower. Excellent location right on the river with great views and even a private beach. The only restaurant I ate in was the range Steakhouse again excellent service and delicious food. Ample options for gaming, and I for one had pretty decent luck. I did hear from other gamblers that the odds don't seem as good in Harrah's compared to other nearby casinos, but that's why it's called gambling.

I had a great time, and everything was very clean, I loved the access to the river.

ehh... had a better time at the aquarius and don laughlins...

The only decent thing about this hotel is the food.

Great day trip from Las Vegas, no traffic . Warm, 77 degrees, very windy! Casino crowded. Parking lots busy. People out and about.

This hotel called security on me and family ending 15 years of bad relationship, me always loosing. This happened on 9/6 labor day weekend. Your female manager on that saturday is the worst ever. We move on to Aquarius Casino the same day and our luck changed for better me and my wife won $2500 dollars on the very first night
luck changed for better since , we won 2500. At Harras never won nothing for 15 years. At Aquarius we won 2,500 dollars On the first day. Thank you Harra's your are mean ambitious no wonder you took over ceasers palace ,all from our money lost at the machines. Bad ,bad manager.

I recently stayed at the Harrah's Laughlin Casino and it was the worst experience my family and I had. The casino charged me a Resort fee that I was not responsible to pay as a Diamond member. The room was disgusting and the bathroom was dirty so I requested a room change - they did assist me with that. Once we received our room the A/C in our room was not working properly. My 1 year old was so fussy due to the heat in the room. I felt horrible for my baby.

The following day my husband and I decided to go down to Harrah's beach with our other family members that were also staying in the hotel. We were waiting on additional family members that were checking in the hotel. Our family members came down to the beach and the Lead security (Dwayne Rice) started disrespecting my family members that they were not staying in the hotel and they need to leave. Dwayne stood in front of the women shouting at them your not a guest you need to leave repeatedly. He then started disrespecting and cursing at my family members we asked to speak to the Manager. Once the Manager Luis Hernandez came he did not help us - he defended his Lead Security and allowed Dwayne to continue disrespecting us.

I could not believe the poor customer service Luis and Dwayne were giving us. I had to go inside the casino wet with sand on my feet so that I can speak to my Host in the Diamond registration and all they can tell me is to put in a complaint. All they did was give us a complaint form and that was it. While this incident was happening not once did I hear an apology from any staff members.

The buffet wasn't very good. To expensive for the food. Atleast the breakfast was not worth the drive or money. I would think at a buffet it would be alot more variety available than just very plain. Definitely won't be back for breakfast buffet.

Got a low priced flight package from Caesar's to come here. The casino is pretty much what I expected. Dated and bit rough around the edges. The room was not too bad and fairly clean but needed some maintenance. Not much to eat later at night, everything but the Beach Cafe is closed. The slots are sketchy, when you hit a feature sometimes you get little or nothing. Yes one machine I got free games and got nothing. Another slot I hit 5 'free games' reels with alerts sounding all the way to the rightmost reel and was awarded no free games?? Very odd, so overall we didn't like the vibe in the casino and didn't play here the rest of the trip. Would we come back... possibly but we wouldn't play much here. Being that Harrah's is the Southernmost casino on the strip and the riverwalk doesn't come down this far it's a pain to get off the property. You have to walk up this giant hill get to Casino Dr. Also be advised there is no Uber and Lyft in Laughlin... so cabs only??

Cool place...Loved the tiny beach out there, food court needs improvement

Ok fun spot. The hotel could us a update for sure. But the view was amazing and staff was great. So I will be back.

Stayed there for Guy Fieri's restaurant, not a good location for Riverwalk access

My favorite. It has a beach, adult pool, and the best buffet on the river.

The food was attractive enough but the flavor of the mexican food was lacking. Almost any local Mexican restaurant has more flavor for a much better price.

The whole casino was so dirty. I was afraid to touch anything. The staff were very friendly.

Glad to see that the level of customer service was still there, thats one thing we are grateful that has not changed

We absolutely love this place. I read some reviews that had me concerned. We have had a fabulous time. This place is awesome! EVERY employee is so friendly! I m sad we leave in the morning. It really has been an awesome experience. No I did not win a jackpot. It is a great place to stay and play. Heather and Tori have been awesome when serving our drinks. They are so fast! Thank you Harrah s for a great time.

This place has it all. Pool,beach,sports book,full casino, Starbucks, When I inquired about the use of amenities, they pulled my name up on their computer as having been registered with them since 2003. There's a reason I keep going back.

Keep working on the rooms! Getting a little bit better, but the carpet was horrendous. Buffet was only okay, cafe was good.

1h30 from Vegas is like going to the countryside with a Casino always within reach.

My aunt & uncle stay once a year. We love Guy Ferraris place to eat, and they have a Starbucks!! Also great valet people!

The hotel is very lively and has a casino atmosphere. But the equipment is old and looks very dim.

Casino was small but cozy.. Restaurants food was delicious.. Great view of the river too. My room had some issues but the staff resolved the problem promptly. I will definitely visit this place again.

Naturally I misplaced my Stupid phone somewhere in the casino.
Thankfully some kind person turned it in.
I rode down from Vegas, contacted Security, and they provided my phone from lost and found.

The room we had was small but a a decent rate the lunch was good and all will stay there again

Elevators not working. It took us about 45 minutes to get up to our room at 11:30 pm. No assistance from any Hotel employees, just wait in line.
