The room had dust all over and the staff didnt seem to be on the same page, got told at check in I could purchase food for my son on the beach area which was not true so here I was at the beach stuck with a 3 year old boy. I had to go back to my room change and went to eat, when I came back the beach was closed at 5pm! Due to a "private event" on mother's day weeken??? (Not very smart), so I though me and my son would be able to have fun at the beach but instead I had to stay at my hotel room which I could have done that at the comfort of my own house. I asked where I could heat my sons milk and got redirected to the gift shop, went all the way down there for nothing cause the gentleman said he couldnt help me because that violated the health guidelines, went back to the front desk and they gave me a mini coffee maker and said that's all they could do, this was ridiculous, lastly I ask to got charge for 3 more hours at the hotel and they said I had to pay for another night again then I asked if I could stay on the beach or the pool and they said NO! Are you kidding me harrahs? I payed over 100 dollars for one night and I cant stay 3 extra hours at your property, so very disappointed harrahs didnt meet my minimum expectations and would never recommend this place. Thanks harrahs for turning my mother's day weekend into a nightmare.
