Only feedback would be, the rooms need to be renovated. Other that that, good experience!

Love Harrah's in Laughlin. Beautiful ride on bus Harrah's provided. Had fun for the afternoon.

Needs some updates but we'll worth the money if you get a summer deal.
Too many kids walking around casino. Very Hotttt in July 109 degree at 9pm .
Casino games were loose and paying out !!! Alot of people were winning..we won a lil also. Alot of fun.

Went to Guy Fieri's restaurant and it was really good!

Won't stay here again. Came to check in after checking out of other hotel down the strip and room wasn't ready even after 1p. Told us they have until 4:30p to be ready. Absolutely ridiculous. This hotel is supposed to be one of the better ones to be at but their service is not up to par. Had my boyfriend not all ready booked it I would've made sure not to have stayed somewhere where we couldn't get ready and and have our day wasted waiting.

Did not have room service and the Harrah's was dirty. The staff was friendly.

Comfortable room, excellent service. Not enough Handicapped Parking at ground level. Parking lot elevator leaves you with a long flight of stairs to navigate or a second elevator after an additional walk.

Upon check-in, hair all over the bathroom floor and shower. Also one hair in the bed. Fu'kn disgusting. The whole place is worn out. You guys rake in money...how about doing some renovating?

The Harrah's Casino floor was very hot! They only have swamp coolers and in the desert heat, it only makes it hot and muggy inside.

Room was clean and big staff was super nice. Biggest complaint is the pillows but can't hold it against them I have special pillows at home. Ate a burrito borracho the green chili enchiladas are a must. Played the roulette tables most the time thebstaff who worked the tables were awesome and explained the game well. When I ordered drinks they arrived in a suitable amount of time. There was at least one time where it never showed up.

Overall the price was great had so much fun just small to the complain about but they are easily overlooked because of the fun we had. Will be back soon!

Worst place to stay in Laughlin they wanted 10.00 to check in early they wanted extra for wifi no good places to grab a quick breakfast the guy working in the Starbucks was extreme6 rude for no reason I forgot my I'd and he yelled at me as I was leaving have a good day
In a snippy voice like three times which was totally uncalled for I will not stay here again nor reccomend to anyone the laughlin river lodge or yhe other casinos have much more to do other than gamble.

Its Beautiful Place. Although hard to Win anything.

Stayed here a few times a month until they started charging a resort fee. If I want to pay a resort fee I'll go to Vegas. I give it a 3 star because of the resort fee other than that it's a nice property.

Nice casino hotel with its own beach on the Colorado River

I do not know if I start with the good or the bad, I will start with the bad the casino does not give anything thinking that I would give some money I played and played it is the third time I go and it does not give that casino the person who helped me get my card Very rude player. There the very beautiful beach private the clean room the very rich buffet. That's it.

Really nice rooms. Every employee I had contact with was really nice. The machines need to be updated but otherwise great fun, great stay. The Range Steakhouse is fabulous. It is a must to go there.

Maybe it s being here during
Covid, but it s dead and service lacking. Drink servers while gambling were few and far between. Waited an hour between drinks, and the servers had nasty attitudes about you ordering something while drinking a beverage. Well yes, when it takes you an hour to bring me a new one of course I ll be done with the current one by the time you return. Casino staff wouldn t allow you to take more than 1 sip before putting your mask up then taking it right back down for another sip. Bars closed, restaurants closed, pools closed super early, etc. Hotel old and in need of repair. Room keys had to be reset every day due to not working, rewards cards quit working every day. Overall frustrating.

Didn't say anything about the$75 hold they put on your card or else you don't get to check in For people on a tight budget this is something that needs to be up front and honest about, not try and hide it until you have no other choices

Probably one of the best locations in Laughlin, but in need of some serious rehab. While the rooms are being updated the property itself needs serious help. The pools are that of a Motel 6 variety. Gaming reminds me of an Indian reservation casino.

Food venues closed early... Rules for complimentary alcohol while playing unclear....

Christmas day buffet was fantastic! Great food and service, not to mention the great price! Glad I live in Laughlin.

Played the tables, never done it before. Won some money. Big rooms and clean halls, comes with its own beach.

Fun place to gamble, friendly staff, food is a little expensive, but overall a decent experience.

Slots are too tight and too many Hispanic people who dont watch thier children. I wont be back. Tried to enjoy my stay in July and had to fight off Hispanic people and thier children for my cabana and chairs I paid 200 dollars for at the beach......went back in Aug and still over ran with Hispanics and thier children that they refuse to watch and let run wild.. I wont be back.....

Went there to grab a bit to eat and was disappointed with the overpriced meal at the range steakhouse.

Reserved non smoking room although they attempted to put us in a smoking room anyway...until we strongly objected and then found a room miraculously. Last few times staying here were a minor disappointment...poor customer service.

First of all they charge to check inn early they charge for everything they charge for Wi-Fi , we check in early we pay extra and the room wasn't even clean i found paper toilet behind the door bathroom baby pins and penys in the carpet and the beds were messy

FIRST AND LAST TIME IN THIS HOTEL

We decided to bring the dog on this trip, as Harrahs has been really marketing their Pet Stay rooms. Mistake. The room is DISGUSTING. We were supposed to stay 3 nights. We are checking out after one and missing the BB King concert Saturday.

Hotel is older and although the rooms have been remodeled, it still feels old. Ok for overnight or during warm weather when you're outside most of the day. Beds were ok. A few food places onsite. There is a non-smoking casino and the river is accessible from the hotel - my favorite part of the stay.

Very nice casino, clean restroom, and very friendly staff.

This is my favorite quick little get away. The beachside is amazing. Some rooms are out dated but they do have some great remodeled rooms also. A huge arcade is available for the kids.

The room had one small trash can, no desk chair, bed that felt like stone and pillows that were flat. Charged a resort fee yet no beach activity, WI Fi never worked. Restaurants we beyond expensive (43 dollars for two orders of bacon and eggs) and 48 dollars for midweek buffet. Poor service all the way from Valet through Check in. Maid service was excellent however. Other than that it was my biggest Laughlin disappointment ever!

Rooms are fine in the hotel, although summers are the best with beach access and great pools and views!

Very pleased with our stay. Nice, clean, affordable rooms. No smoke or pet odors like most in Laughlin.

Although this place was never great as far as hotels go, it was tolerable and also dirt cheap and good for last minute reservation. The beach is ok, but now they blast some horrible music out there and also a ton of bees! The main reason why I changed my review was THE LACK OF CLEANLINESS. Even after switching rooms due to it not being cleaned, I got put in a not-as-dirty, barely passible room. Also have a Diamond membership and was given a room on the 2nd floor. (usually diamond members get rooms on higher floors). I would have swapped rooms again, but it was late and I was only there one night. Also the price is much more than before, and resort fees are still included despite no gym access and the poker room being closed. I had to call three times to get information that the poker room was closed, because they didn't even know! The entire property is long overdue for a remodel.
VERY DISAPPOINTED ON HOW THEY HANDLE THE CLEANING OF THE ROOMS AND CASINO HERE, IT IS FILTHY AND ESPECIALLY NOW DURING COVID-19, CLEANLINESS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING. UNTIL THEY RESOLVE THIS I WILL NOT BE BACK.

Doing their best with the state restrictions, better than Atlantic City, not as good as Mississippi.

Buffet is good, but the rooms are a little dated. Some are slated to be updated in the coming months. Hopefully this tired room is one of those. The a/c never could cool the room enough, but it is pretty hot outside. Housekeeping did a subpar job after the previous guest. Maybe they didn't feel like vacuuming that day. It appeared they got the most important things taken care of. Clean sheets and towels. After the renovations I might stay here again, but until then, I'll stick with newer properties.

Fiesta Room needs major improvement. I was very disappointed to find that the majority of the seats in the Fiesta Room were kitchen-chair type bolted together in rows. It was very uncomfortable. The room also does not slant, so you are looking at the back of people's heads. The Sinatra/Barbra show was ok. Of the pair, Barbra stole the show. The "Sinatra" neither sounded, acted, or resembled Sinatra.

Feels like one of the old days casino. Employees do a great job and do it with feeling and enthusiasm. Best casino in Laughlin.

Been there 9 times in the last 2 years and it's a great place, Laughlin is like mini Vegas, harrah's is a very nice hotel, pools and hot tub should just stay open later than 10

Good coctail waitresses! Sports book got the line earlier than the others.

Terrible service, no help when we there were overbooked. Rude personnel and just walked away when we told them the room was too small for what we booked

Been to this casino several times years ago and had a blast. The rooms haven't been updated since but were nice & clean. In the suites, they used to turn down your bed & place a mint on the pillow. No more mints! It seemed like the restaurants weren't all open. We visited the diamond lounge & the seating was illogical. Casino slots were a bit tight, didn't see any big winners. Best of all the drinks are free!

Went for seafood buffet, sadly not as good as previous years.

Nasty this hotel has no respect for what you paying for it, they don't clean ,everything it's untyhienic so gross.

Booked a reservation here because they said they were pet friendly and rooms were about $30. When we arrived there was a resort fee and an $80 per pet fee. Not very friendly at all. We stayed at the motel 6 across the river

Not a very nice property rooms are just ok carpet is terrible very low end. Does not justify the money or the price. Parking is far away, Would rather stay closer to the strip.

A fun place. Excellent accommodations, food, drinks, and gaming. Excellent and helpful staff. Clean and well appointed rooms. A great place to spend a few days, or go to for an evening of good food and fun.

They no longer allow alcohol on the beach or pools !!! And very small beds

I have visited Harrah's Laughlin for at least 7 times. I was there March 2020, August 2020, and will return October 2020! Save me a spot at 3-card Poker!!

Had a great time everytime we go. The arcade is great for my lil one. She has a great time. The tables are fun. I love blackjack. Good food in the Mexican place. Always fun. Very helpful staff.

pay extra $ 50 because hotel casino has swimming pool etc so pay for something you don't use
