Nice place but they REALLY need to fix the air conditioning. They are the only casino where the rooms are hot & so is the casino. And not in a good way! Food choices for breakfast and lunch are limited. The remodeled rooms in the south tower are nice but remind me of someone's first apartment. Broke and not able to buy furnishings. Pool is still basic and beach is crowded with all the people and their dang ice chests!

$15 dollar service fee. So add that to your total bill and that's the real price.

We ate at El burro barracho. The food and drinks were all great. We will definitely be back.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are old, soft and uncomfortable beds, sofas are worse. Rooms are getting renovated soon.

The gambling is the worst I've ever seen....this is probably why noone is here

Beautiful casino and grounds. Much to do and friendly staff to help you. One of the most accomadating casino I've ever been to. I try to go there at least twice a year.

The hotel is a little far of a walk from anything, but the do have a river taxi that can take you to the river walk. Basic hotel and basic casino, but the staff is very nice and friendly.

The is clean, nice Riverview. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, There are fewer slot machines and tables in the casino. The buffet was closed for the week. There was a smash burger in the motel but it is very overpriced.

Nice casino with a nice variety of restaurants. Only 1 shop on site; I am used to Harrah's having a variety of shops and entertainment available on site. We were on a charter flight from Orlando/Sanford airport, and the airport was not ready for check in. There was only 1 person at the counter in the beginning, and it took over an hour and 20 minutes waiting in line to check in our bags. Eventually more staff members showed up, but the plane left over an hour late in order to check everyone in.

El Burro Barracho was quick and friendly! Nachos were super tasty!

Dirty,nasty rooms. Stains all over carpet and chairs.You didn't have to set your alarm because the sun shines through all the holes in the curtains. The a/c rattled when it started. Just gross

Good bargain for the price I don't go for gambling or partying I go to use the river and they have their own beach one of the only resorts there with their own beach on the river

This hotel gives you access to the Colorado River ,we have a great time in the sun and sand .They have SeaDoo rentals made it so much fun for the kids.

I came to Laughlin for a mini trip with mom & sis.Good front desk service, not rude at all.The Buffet had ok food,not a fan of fry food..Room rates are ok. (:

Not a good experience. First off, i felt very discriminated here due to my skin color. (Really?) Second, the room we had was ugly and dirty, definitely misleading pictures on the website. It literally looked like a run down motel room and the price i paid for it is unjustifiable. They made a big deal upon check in for a mistake they had made and told me i could upgrade to premium room, but all the people at front desk could do was give me a roll away bed, so "premium." When we came back to our room, the housekeeper must have took 5 minutes "cleaning" the room as it still was dirty and she used the same dirty sheets. Our entire family knows to stay FAR away from this place. Never again. Only good thing about this place is the beach area

Every time we come to Laughlin we stay here very welcoming staff clean rooms and delicious food all around very good place for families like us who have kids and want to enjoy just a little getaway and best part is the rooms are at a affordable price

Was off to a rocky start and honestly was a bit disappointed but the operations manager stepped in and moved us out the first room. An into just what we needed due to the access restrictions so for that thank you so much definitely made our holiday trip enjoyable! As I write this review we are currently waiting on safe engineer now for about three hours past checkout we re getting close to Christmas dinner! So if your reading this and you happen to have any pull around here it s Christmas help ASAP! Honesty tho we re supposed to be in Vegas at the other Harrah s at 5 :/. This one is no one's fault due to the safe battery died I just hope we still have a good Christmas. Thank you to all the staff who is helping tho we appreciate all the effort just please we need to make dinner and the keys are in the safe. I m actually starting to panic a bit but I have confidence they will come through with some sort of solution

This is the second time at Harrahs. I was very dissapointed. We got a room with dirty sheets, no shower curtain, dirty bathtub, non working phone. Their housekeeping service not very good.

Great amenities, family friendly, great service, excellent food & very friendly staff.

What a spectacular place to stay. All of the staff has been amazing, the facilities are wonderful. I hit pretty big in the casino. My all time highest win. I will be back many more times in the future.

Great view but didnt got enough drinks while I was playing at my machine

I was disappointed all of the blackjack tables were a minimum of $10.00 there was always 2 $5.00 tables one in the smoking section and one in non smoking, even the video poker machines at the bar were really expensive they use to be. 25 now they are as much as 5.00 it's ridiculous. My husband and I always stayed at Harrahs looks Luke we will not be staying there any longer.

The hotel is standard, but you have beach access right on the river, which is really nice. Several food choices and a variety of gambling options. Good place for kids with the pool, river, and arcade.

Really enjoyed this place. It's not their fault that I'm a horrible gambler. Drinks were well poured and delicious. Dealers were helpful and smiled as they took my money away. Again I am a horrible gambler and will probably be sleeping in the self park under a car. Please check for me before you pull out.

Rooms are pretty standard, liked that there was an adult pool and the Colorado river was great to swim in.

Nice place food is good gaming is nice but you know you're in a big Casino as opposed to more neighborhood type Casino but still nice

Just got back from vacation. And wanna say thank you for making our stay great! Despite tbe lil. Issue with the room.We even stayed an extra night.and just booked 3 more nights for sept. Harrahs. See u soon!

I have been coming here for 20 years. Very relaxing when compared to Vegas.

I'm confused? Is pool area opened 'till 9:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m.? Conflicting close times online versus when you get there. Regardless, either is too early. Good experience besides a little mishap that we discovered in our room. Definitely made for an interesting va-cay!

Buffet is best in laughlin but pricey,they have newer slot machines,good table games,and some great concerts beach axcess is easy to get too great place to stay n play

Harrahs is nice, but we went there to eat at smash burger and what a rip! I have always liked smash burger, but the one in Harrahs is a rip off. if you have a coupon, you can't use it there. There is an In n out burger down the street. Even though Harrahs is off the beaten path, it's worth the drive to go elsewhere for a burger. We were Very disappointed, because we went to Harrahs to eat at smash burger. Harrahs should get McDonald's back and stop trying to be so trendy.

Long walk from parking to casino if you don't valet park.

We'll it's a Nevada casino so it has all you can expect from that! But the cleaning crew could be a little more diligent in cleaning up the rooms, I won't go into details!?

Very friendly and good food. Disappointing that the wi-fi is extra and cell reception is bad.

Had some issues with our original room but the hotel took care of it and accommodated us.

Fun time. Good eats, slots, table games sport book ( i like the horse racing ). Pools and the beach

Will never go back. Once upon 20 years ago, this place was THE top of the line hotel and casino on the strip. Lets just say they have put ZERO into the place since they built it. They do not have high speed elevators so the wait just to get into the elevator in the summer is minimum 10-15 minutes, let alone getting to your floor. The rooms are stinky and dated, the restaurants are super overpriced and the staff are totally rude. The beach was slammed with people all day, the pool was hot and disgusting, no joke we found hair and blood on our bathroom floor. After a 2 hour wait to check in, we stayed one night and checked out the next day. I will never go back to this hotel ever again. We ended up at Aquarius up the street and it is like a 5 diamond resort compared to Harrahs. This place should be shut down and redone with a hotel chain that cares!

Love this place so much to do and see alot of walking but when you get tired you always have the water taxi to get you around.

Met friends from Montana there. Was clean and all covid practices where being adhered too. Veranda on river side was a great spot to catch up

Staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed in the Central Tower. Rooms were reasonably priced and were quiet & comfortable. However, they are in definite need of updating. Rooms were pretty clean but bathrooms were outdated including sink and tub faucets, which were old and were'nt fully functioning. Chairs in both rooms had wear and were visably grimey/dirty.

Ate at their buffet - food was below average for the price they charged us.
Casino was average but seemed consistently tight (as was most of the other casinos in Laughlin).

Love the atmosphere. Almost had my wedding here I loved it so much. But there event coordinator was not the easiest person to deal with.

Paid for a non smoking suite. My room is similar to motel 6. Be smart book somewhere else

The AC is not working and we also called housekeeping to request for a fan because it s super hot in our room and requested for extra pillows and blanket but no one showed up.

Regarding the rooms, they're adequate. Some amenities missing in the North Tower but room was really cheap. Casino floor is pleasant, no complaints. Staff very friendly.

Enjoyed our stay. Slot selection could have been better, but overall an enjoyable stay.

Rooms were clean and we enjoyed the eating options. The room was somewhat outdated and the air conditioning did not seem to work well. It has a nice pool and very nice beach area made by the river. Beautiful views of the Colorado River from the river side view rooms.

The buffet was awkward since it was located in the smoking casino. Our hotel bathrooms sink didn't drain properly.
