Worst hotel ever!!!! The rooms are old the carpet in the rooms and in the hallway smells.
But forget about all of that I wouldn't even write the review if it wasn't for the front desk employee Jane that refused to warm up the bottle for my one year old baby because of the "liability so I asked her to accompany me so I can do it myself.
I ended up giving my baby a cold bottle.
The only thing that is good in this hotel is the restaurant located in the casino floor they have the best pizza and a great service but hey you dont need to be a guest of the hotel to enjoy it

Nice place. Cozy comfortable rooms with almost all the amenities you could need or want. Unfortunately no microwave or mini fridge, pretty weird considering that even motel 6 etc have them in the room for you. Otherwise great place.

We we re in the 7th floor.. As soon as you come out of the elevator the carpet dirty and stained. We asked for a non smoking room but as soon as we walked in the room it s smelled like cigarette so we had a hard time sleeping. The beds where hard the pillows sucked. Went to the buffet in the 18th floor nothing special not worth the money.

I wish management loved Harvey's as much as I do. While a lot is offered, you can see the years of neglect all over from the floors, walls and most apparently in the bathrooms. The recent additions of the paid parking is understandable but it's not going to help to increase the crowds.

What I appreciated was the rooms were nice and had very thick walls. We could not hear any noise from outside our room. We got a great rate on our room most likely because it was a week day stay. The staff were all so friendly, it was refreshing.

First of all we tried to make reservations with someone in India and couldn't understand what they were saying. Tried to cancel reservations and couldnt said they needed a 72 hour cancellation . The rooms were terrible , smelt like smoke. No place to eat breakfast and when we checked out they changed a extra 35 dollar resort feesnd on top of that they charged us 20 dollars for parking. Will never go back. They think there siving money now. They are goi g to be broke soon good riddance to bad rubish

Staff were very cordial and receptive. The hotel has gone through s total remodel and just opened up June 30th 2020. An awesome place to spend the night especially if your room has the lake view

Need more 24hr places 2 eat. More change machines & cheaper tables after 1a.m. Chaos when pulled in. There should be posted signs for vehicles for drop off & pick up. Valet was $15 for 2hr. Plus tip not good and wait to get car was long. Not crowded could not even find a waitress & when I did order, she forgot it & try to blame it on me. Escalators broken had to use elevators. Needed biggers signs to direct you because hard to find.

Parking structure needs some major lighting upgrade along with proper signage as to the exit. Very little upkeep has been done recently and not just due to weather. Parking lot area needs patching and repaint some of the limit lines. The Valy parking is great, super nice guys and they actually run to get you your car!!!

The BEST hotel stay I ve ever experienced! The lobby isn t that impressive but the room was SO NICE! My booking was for Deluxe King Bed. The room has big windows with the view and very spacious bathroom! I loveee their bathroom so much. They are so bright & have separate sections for makeup table, hair/skincare table, and even a separate restroom for such a decent price. The only inconvenience is that they didn t have any fridge & they provided only 1 tiny trash can to be shared between the bathroom & the bedroom. Other than that, everything else was perfect for our stay.

I was supposed to be in a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke the hall smell like smoke the girl at the front desk was as dumb as dirt it was a comps room so I guess I shouldn't complain too much but they have no issue on trying to get money out of people so my bill is going to be a little better than what it used to be I go up and do work for himself might be my last year the room really was very much under par I could have went and stayed at a Motel 6 and had a lot nicer room for a lot less headache and Hassle and could have gone you got food for half the prices Harvey's charges now

Cheap, old, run down, aged. The restaurants are meh at best.

There are too many cute small hotels around to stay in any of these giant casino hotels. Just don t do it.

They did have amazing water pressure though. And the service was ok.

Service was good and hotel was overall ok. It s a very old hotel. Wallpaper was peeling, furniture worn out. Got a decent view of the lake/mountains. The casino is a little tame but still has a nice atmosphere (won 5 dollars yay). The building hugs the Nevada-California border so that s interesting.

Side note: Gordon Ramsay s Hell s Kitchen restaurant recently opened if you re interested. Wish we d made a reservation because it s fully booked till the start of next month.

Stayed in the mountian view suite with a king size bed. It has two sinks in master suites bathroom, along with a very nice accommodating towel warming rack, motorized shades that come down if you wish and a shower that is more then enough for two!! The balcony is connected to the bedroom and suites master bathroom with a breathe taking scenic view from all rooms. Has a separate living room along with a dinning room table, sink and ice bucket, mini fridge, and keurig. There is plenty of windows to take in the beautiful area.

The rooms were clean and newly remodeled. A little frustrating that there isn t a fridge or coffee pot in the room due to COVID-19. You have to go to Starbucks in the lobby if you want coffee, which of course is near $4 for just a medium black coffee.

So it looks like it's going to be pretty low quality, but it was very happening when we were there. A lot of celebraties were there and it was a very fun atmosphere. Great food, good service, and fair prices. I haven't stayed overnight but I would easily stay there if the Casino and restaurants are anything like the rooms.

A+

Decided to spend my birthday with my wife at this place. The stay and services were extremely terrible. The room was not clean at all. Further, no extra requests were entertained.

The room had dirt all over the place, the washroom was dirty, ceilings were not clean, room walls were all chipped off. the floor had too much dirt that anyone would prefer not to take the shoes off.

No COVID protocols were being followed. Complained about people jumping into elevators., and not following the protocols for 6 feet or 2 people in an elevator. People were rude when asked to step out of the elevator. Requested officials to have a guard placed near the elevator to stop the spread of the virus but no actions were taken.

The quality of Caesors was below the expectations bar. It would have been better to stay at a motel 6 which would have offered better services than Harveys on this occasion.

Would prefer to never visit Harveys anymore, would advise the same to folks following me as well.

This place is GROSS. Grounds are dirty, everything stinks like old ashtray, sweat and regret. Our room was FILTHY and the pool area looks like it could cause you to contract a disease (see pics). Room smelled like a locker room. There was visible bodily fluids on the furniture. It had not been vacuumed (old bandaid and makeup applicator on the floor). Our bathroom light didn t work and was rusty, shower was moldy, fridge didn t work and we were missing a coffee maker. Staff was rude and concierge knew NOTHING about the area. After a 5 day stay, we just got maid service and all they did was make the bed and give us towels. They did not vacuum or take out trash. Hotel doesn t offer room service and only offered a food court for dinner. Do yourself a favor and DON T stay here.

Great location, just two block from the lake Tahoe. Great people . Ready to answer any questions. Parking is $25/day, if you are a gold Total Rewards member $9.99. Rooms are tired, but clean.

Harveys has been around for a million years. I grew up in the Arcade and watched numerous amounts of people lose their paycheck or win a small fortune. They have done their best to stay with the times. Would be AMAZING to have a microwave added to the rooms. This way you don't constantly have to eat out or lose out on food purchased earlier. Overall like the room remodels and staff are pleasant. At least in my experience.

The hotel is conveniently located and the staff was friendly. The rooms have an older remodel but were nice. We stayed in a lake view room. However, our view of the lake was limited to a couple 3 foot (ish) windows in the far corner of the room. The rooms were quiet and did not have paper thin walls like we have experienced elsewhere. The only time we heard others was when they were in the hallway and walking by the room.

The dining choices at Harvey s are great. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, Hells Kitchen on the 3rd floor, and the Sage Room steakhouse has moved to the 19th floor with views of the lake. We are at the Sage Room and had an incredible meal.

I stayed at Harvey's for three nights. We weren't staying there to gamble, just where we chose to stay. There was every type of gambling, restaurants, plenty of bars, fitness center was nice. The service was helpful and pleasant. The casino style is a bit dated and smoking is allowed, neither bothered me but worth notknf

A few things: With Covid I was disappointment that not all entrances had people to take temperatures. We live in Las Vegas and the hotels that are open have closed some entrances, so only those who enter will have their temperatures taken. Also the Purell stations were unsteady and not sturdy enough that in order to get some you had to touch the whole contraption. There were no wipes to take to the machine to clean them. I did not see any person cleaning machines. We were in Reno a few days before and the Atlantis has paper towels next to Purell so you could use the paper towels to get Purell to wipe you machine. I did like that they didn t have daily room service so we didn t have to worry about someone else in our room - and if we needed replacement towels/shampoo we could ask. I did wonder, with the hotel not being full, didn t understand why we were not socially distanced from other guests. We had guests next to us and across from us, and at times going to our rooms at the same time. I would have thought it would have been better to socially distance guests since the hotel was not crowded.
Biggest issue in the room - our shower did not drain fast enough - it was clogged - and the air conditioner was extremely loud.

Nice and most importantly clean! Really liked the bathroom and how comfortable the bed was. It was a bit slow went we went for Christmas eve but with covid its understandable. Free drinks at the casino was great! And free parking!

I stated at Harvey's a week back. This resort by far took the cake for one that needs some serious maintenance. The carpets in the room are so dated and ripped off as well. Attached a sample photo from my room. The entire decor is so dated that it made me feel as if the clock has turned back and we are back in 90's. The casino floor is good but the rooms are not good enough even if one gets to stay for free.

Great

Smoking in casino is horrible and the restaurants are too expensive but the booking, check in & out processes are good and if you have any problems staff managed them very well and in a pleasant manner. The accommodation itself is good value.

An upgrade to the TV is the only thing I would change about the room. The service was great and I love bouncing back from Harvey's and Harrah's and the magic show at The Loft was out of this world. Shopping and food were awesome, I can't wait to go back!

It's my Go-To place for ski weekends, park the SUV in the covered parking garage when I get there and never have to use it for the whole weekend. Everything is 'walk to' including the Gondola for getting up the mountain (Heavenly). LOTS of restaurant choices and generally a fun place to hang out. Photo is sunset from my hotel window :).
