Yesterday ALL restaurants closed but pizza place. Room service open only 6 am til 11 am. Cafe open only til 2 pm. No choices of where to eat. Room so dusty my black clothes covered with dust. Parking fee RIDICULOUS and their staff doesn't know its rules. I used to love this place...not now. Go to Mont Bleu...only casino at so. Shore that hasn't fallen down.

it was a nice place. They're pretty crowded on the weekend. The casino is just another casino they're all the same in Tahoe and in Vegas, and Reno wherever you go they're all the same you can't tell one from another. The hotel room was really nice we had a great view of the mountains and the lake. room was huge and nice the bathroom was a whole other huge room all by itself could have slept five or six people in there

So, I was a little nervous to stay here because of some reviews that I saw, however I absolutely loved it here and the room was in great condition and I loved the bathroom! Also, the attendants were really nice and I love the location since there are shopping centers around that I could even go walking if I wanted to. We did have some trouble getting our room because apparently they didn't get the confirmation code from Priceline but they found it. I would definitely stay here again.

Definitely not staying here again. Hot tub was broken, bathroom fan sounded like a caged elephant, tried to charge us $5 for needing a fork & knife (!), called hotel (several times) with emergency and no one picked up the phone, cigarette smoke everywhere, main lights didn't work in room, they don't let you use a luggage cart without a belhop (really?)... Only positive is location.

Endless activities here. There are plenty of dining options. There are at least 3 bars and the bartenders are all cool! The cocktail servers here are just the sweetest. They always take time to say hi and ask hiw we're doing even when they are runnong around busy.

Worst hotel stay I ve ever had. The customer service is horrible here. Waited 2 hours after check in to have my room disinfected . Because of covid they don t clean your room, you have to call front desk if you need anything. Waited everyday over an hour to get new towels. On the day of check out was woken up by banging for hours because of remodeling and men cleaning the windows of my room. Then housekeeping came into my room before check out. Covid isn t an excuse of horrible service.

The lake view room was great, it had gorgeous views of the lake and the room was beautiful. My wife and I are already planning on our next trip to Tahoe and will be staying with Harveys on our next trip.

Friendly staff. Rooms are okay. Not the nicest but not awful either. We stayed in one of the mini-suites. Not what I would expect for that title but the room was under $100/night after taxes and resort fees so definitely a reasonable price. Worked out great for us since we had a reservation for Hell's Kitchen! Would definitely consider going back. Specially for Hell's Kitchen!

Room was OK. Wallpaper was peeling in spots, stains on some walls within bathroom. Floor is more than dirty. Plus is the shower, which was nice! Put up a "do not disturb" sign, room was still entered, missing some pocket change that was placed by my car keys. Will not stay again.

Just blah.

Just blah.
WAY over priced.
Pool is cold.....
spend your money at the little hotels down the street! never again!

Just part of the Caesars monster, the worst Players Club/ Rewards program in Tahoe. Only Travis and Michael are worth seeing on the 18th floor for breakfast. between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. for $5.95

At a great time in beautiful Tahoe. We golfed, we went to the Improv and also enjoyed listening to the Buddy Emmer Band on Blues night Tuesday's at Harrah's. Excellent 3 days, and one o the best parts hotel and valet comped. Love My Total Rewards!!!

I am currently staying at the Harvey's location in Lake Tahoe and unfortunately was given a room that needed a few maintenance items taken care of. The faucet for the bathroom sink was not secured to the counter and the bath tub drain was either clogged or had such a slow draining process that when my husband showered the water level rose and the hair of a previous guest came out of the drain to line the tub once the water level finally dropped. We went to the front desk to see if this could be fixed or if we would maybe move rooms. Vanessa was very sweet and was very sorry to hear about our experience. She gave us a courtesy upgrade while apologizing a few more times. We didn't expect an upgrade but we are very grateful to her and the amazing service she provided. We we're beginning to lose faith in this location but Vanessa's attitude was so impressive that we will be back again. The 2nd room was amazing and have had a fantastic stay!

Upon arrival the valet was smooth and easy. We check in and had questions about room options and prices, the receptionist as very rude. We proceed to our room and it is very outdated. It looked like we walked into the 80 s.

Went in here on a day trip. Valet parking is definatly worth it ($13 self park or $15 to pull up and let them do the parking). Slots were not very fun, it's almost like walking down hallways of games and the mirrors made me feel a little disorintated as to whether I was looking across the room, or just looking back somewhere behind me. And in the end it was a mix, some machines around a corner, and some were a reflection... come to think of it, I dont think I actually ever walked to the area that was slots. Dont know if the competition across the street is any better, after being there we decided to try and go to the lake.

Beautiful and Clean Suite. Great for a bday weekend. Friendly staff and affordable prices. Harvey's is connected to Harrahs it's sister company. No need to head outside ...13 restaurant options combined and plenty of gambling for the card players and the slot machine abusers; just take the underground tunnel between the two hotels and enjoy.

Sorry Harvey's.... No coffee in rooms had to stand in line 25 people deep for a $5 cup of reg coffee at Starbucks! No restaurant for breakfast.... The only restaurant was a terribly over priced! Poor quality food and service, sports bar! Very sad! Won't be coming back anytime soon. We used to go there regularly.... Not so much ant more

Diverse platforms, fantastic food, high security..make it your home @ "The Lake". Did I mention the most friendly staff around?

DO NOT stay at this hotel. It is a dump. Our room featured lights that didn't work, a thread-bare and dirty carpet, cracked bathroom floor tile, and the stale, musty smell of a flea-bag motel on skid row. We checked out and left in less than an hour.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel by any standard. The first impression was that it desperately needs remodeling. Everything looks old and dated. Carpets in the casino and play areas are soiled. Rooms don't have a coffee maker and a fridge. Free WiFi allows only two devices to connect and is horribly slow. If have more devices you will have to pay extra. Food that you can get in the hotel is very limited too.

Location is great. Love the pool and the views are amazing. There are also great restaurants, including Table19, Friday's Station, and even their cafe/diner (at Harrahs) is good. Disappointed that they have outsourced valet service which now runs $20 plus tip! Bell service is still great, you can drop bags with them and park yourself!!

Older hotel and casino but very friendly environment. Large hot tub and pool overlooking lake. Rooms were a little out dated but very clean. Staff was very nice and attentive.
Cons: There is no parking for large vehicles and people with rvs have to park across the street behind Harrah's in the far parking lot. Then you have to walk through Harrahs to very too Harvey's. Very inconvenient if you're carrying all your luggage. We stayed Wed- Friday and the craps table limits go up to$10 every night at 4pm, despite being dead and a weekday. Wish they wouldn't raise the limits. I'd play all night if it stayed $5. Everything is more expensive than Vegas. Feels like the whole town is trying to rip you off.

The resort is very nice and there are plenty of things to do around the area. I was very thrown off by the lack of information and knowledge I got from the employees there were many hidden fees that were not outlined as well as employees that didn't want to help navigate where the proper parking areas were. I have a 2 year old son and was told to carry him and not let him run even though he was never 5 ft away from my wife and I while at the same time there was a person to drunk to walk and was not told anything, they were just all looking at him struggling. Very bad experience and myself nor my family and friends will ever be staying here again.

The room is great. Lovely view, perfect location. One odd thing that's missing is plugs next to the bed. Seems common nowdays to have plugs in the lights by the bed. We had to scootch the night stands away to unplug stuff and found a used condom wrapper. Other than that though, everything is lovely.

The place is tired and even with small crowds they figure out how to make you wait. Rooms are pretty nice. With covid there's no housekeeping service during your stay, and dining options are limited. On the other hand, it's beautiful Lake Tahoe.

We stayed in a luxury room 8th floor. Room was very nice, cleaning & room service staff excellent! In fact the entire crew running the operation was excellent, polite, cheerful and helpful, we had a great time. Loved it!

Called directly to the casino/hotel to book a room thinking it would be cheaper if I went direct. However after talking to someone in reservations it was made clear to me that they were not able to offer me a better price. WOW. You would think they would want the business especially now but to brush me off and tell me to go with the online deal. I was shocked and booked for cheaper thru Priceline. Cant wait til I actually stay there to see how else I'll be treated.

Showing it's age. Room cleanliness not quite so good. Cutting back on lobby staff (self serve kiosks). WiFi is weak. Self parking used to be free, now there's a charge, even for guests (which is a pain to use the first time exiting, but works well afterwards once your car license is recognized by their camera system).

This hotel needs a little help in the house keeping department. I dropped my phone on the floor by the desk there was so much dust and a blueberry?. I plugged in my phone by the bed and a ton of dust, hair in the bathroom, amd just stains all over the carpet. Hotel is definitely due for a renovation but there is no excuse for the cleanliness. The beds felt like they were worn out 5 years ago. The grout in the shower had mildew and was in poor shape that definitely made you cautious to accidently touch the walls. Will not be returning to this property in the future. I stayed here 6 years ago and it waa a positive experience. Here have some photos

Clean, and fairly quiet rooms. Older crowd seems to be the norm and we felt a bit young comparatively. Staff was great and managers were hustling and bustling to keep the cranky patrons happy. They seemed to enjoy us as we were much more relaxed. Good onsite amenities for breakfast, quick meals and snacks.
