I just want everyone to be aware of the $25 resort fee per night and a $15 fee for another charge and a one time charge a five dollar so don t be surprise when you get there. I actually did not go to this place myself I refuse to pay the fee it s ridiculous fee for nothing so I was better off going somewhere else and still maybe even getting better deal in Better service

We came here to play in the arcade with our daughters. They have a pretty good selection of games, some were out of order but we found enough to have fun for a while. The gaming floor was a little more on the smokey side compared to the neighboring casinos. Could use some maintenance.

The room was very clean and new, and the service throughout was very friendly and helpful. The view of the lake from our room was also fantastic. The only complaint is that the shower stall floor was pretty dinged up.

Still charging $25/day resort fee with NO housekeeping...Rip off! Do Not recommend!

Then why would you continue to charge a $25/day resort fee when housekeeping is NOT included? As I said before....RIP OFF!! Avoid at All costs!!

Rooms are super run down . First room they gave didnt even have toilet paper and had broken furniture and drywall damage . 2nd room the furniture was super beat up but it did have toilet paper lol . My brothers room came with a free line of coke on the tv stand lol so im guessing they dont really clean rooms or they just leave treats they think ppl might want . Definitely will not be staying there again .

Just plain old gross - this hotel is nasty, and overpriced; seriously folks, do yourself a favor and unless your a heavy smoking degenerate gambler, or super desperate, stay anywhere else - the Best Western is in the same price range, and much better.

Great service. Clean hotel. Lotsa playing options for kids, decent casino and some good restaurants . Right in the heart of where all the activities and very close to the lake.
Plenty of parking options and a pet friendly hotel. Could not have asked for more.

Rooms are okay but they are not willing to comp their extremely high resort fee even for gamblers that play a lot. That's ridiculous. I stay at Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas (one of the nicest casino resorts in the US) and they comp resort fees based on play. Also if you are not Diamond you are not allow to check in/out at the desk. Wow really? Worst of all when I was checking out at the kiosk the girl standing at the kiosk rated the hotel a 10 out of 10 while I was trying to zip up my purse. I WOULD NEVER rate this place a 10. She basically, stole my right to give an honest review. I will be reporting this to Harvey's and Total Rewards. NOT OK! Stay at Hard Rock instead of this place and don't look down while standing at the kiosk because they will hit 10 stars for you.

My room at Harvey's Lake Tahoe was elegant and spacious, and it also had a spectacular view of Lake Tahoe. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Harvey's has some excellent restaurants: Cabo Wabo (Mexican) and the Sage Room (steak house). The gaming floor is large with a wide variety of slots and table games. Harveys is a great place to stay when in Stateline, Nevada.

Nice hotel. Very clean. One suggestion would be to add some extra lights in the room. Too dark. I mean, nice for mood lighting. People either get busy immediately upon entering the room or fall asleep soon there after :)

Internet connection speed is poor. They charge a hefty daily hotel fee. I would have expected better

Heated pool and gym are open

Recommend taking stairs if you're not too high up instead of elevator during the pandemic. Elevators are slow and always have people already in them anyway

Very nice stay overall

OMG!!!!! After staying one very expensive night in a room not fit for the most dicey Motel 6, I felt the need to bathe in bleach and light my skin on fire!!!
Our closet size room(which, for one night cost us $300, plus parking and Wi-Fi fees) stunk, had no AC, no vents/ventilation at all, and solid windows that don't open.
The entire hotel is run down, dated, and janky. The pool is tiny, drinks are lacking, and customer service is non-existent.
I would highly recommend staying elsewhere!!!!

The room does not have a refrigerator, coffee maker, or microwave. The service is not in accordance with the rate they charge and they also add a fee for additional services to the agreed rate without consulting if you want to use them

Really ghetto Casino. Rat traps on the casino fooor. $10 self parking. The buttons and touch screens on a lot of the slots don't work. The bathrooms are dirty. Garbage everywhere. The arcade is a joke, broken machines that take your money. No attendants to help. Do yourself a favor and drive up the road to the better casinos.

Great view at a great price! Stayed in the North tower with my fiance and we really enjoyed the view of the lake and Mt Talac!
There was a cinnabon directly out of the bottom floor elevator so we had good coffee and donuts too. Not to mention gambling at night if that's your thing. Would recommend!

Good location, aging hotel attached to a casino and next to a concert venuel. The hotel was clean, but smelled and felt like an older hotel, with worn carpets and decor. Perfectly happy with it given the relatively low price. Parking however was not free(13$ overnight), and a resort fee was charged(another ~ 25$).

Been a rewards members for a while now. Thought it would have had more perks. i.e. food, and free play. But i was happy with the comp room. Plus the first day couldnt get a replacement card for tier building. So i spent a couple thousand that didnt count on my rewards account

Harvey's is comfortable and enjoyable. Employees and management acknowledge your presence and are there to attend to their guests. Makes you feel at home. Rooms are nice with great views. It's a great choice for relaxing, celebrating, gambling or outdoor activities all year long.

One of the best choices if you are skiing heavenly. Not ski-inski-out, but it's only a few minutes walk to the gondola. Very convenient location. Before covid there were also tons of food options here. They have free parking and the newly renovated room is pretty ok.

Great location, great (though dated) room, nice staff. But the continued nickel and diming is ridiculous. Parking no longer free unless you're diamond+, along with the pervasive dishonest resort fee that everyone charges. So the resort fee part unfortunately isn't unique to Harvey's. But please just roll it into your rate!

I very much appreciated them giving me early check-in and late check-out to accommodate the storm, but the room quality was really sub-par. Sheets were clean, but wallpaper was peeling, there was no coffee maker or mini fridge in the room (wasn't marketed that there would be, but still a total surprise), the hot tub outside was old and cracked, and the building was overall pretty dated. The convenience of being directly there at the casinos isn't quite worth the quality sacrifice. I'd recommend spending the same amount on a nearby local hotel and walking the block or so but getting slightly more up-to-date amenities.
