Hard Rock Hotel Review

Great room and bed but air con is sooooo loud and bar shuts early so had to go somewhere else

I did not stay in the hotel itself, I visited the rock shop and the attached hard rock cafe. The cafe has a very different atmosphere to the original cafe in London, very relaxed and quiet compared the the relaxed and very loud atmosphere of the original. Very good and will visit again.

A bit tired and dated. The bathroom had lots of issues especially and the air conditioning was so noisy I had to turn it off

Bar has a lack of atmosphere. Found some staff unfriendly

The rooms were fine and a good size. The corridors are a bit of a maze however but they are at least well sign posted. Even though it was a busy time staff seemed to be dealing with everything quickly and efficiently

Warm and inviting, helpful staff. Went there for a meeting and their meeting rooms are top notch.

I did not stay at the hotel. Visit to see the instruments and items on display. There is Freddy, Jimmy Hendrix, Clapton ... among others. The setting is beautiful. We had a drink at the bar. Somewhat expensive for what they offer. The attention is good.

Really nice, clean and comfortable place. Our WiFi was bad though and couldn't get connection for 4g either. Not sure if the air conditioner worked.

I do love a Hard Rock and the London Hotel didn t disappoint.
I didn t stay in the hotel but did make use of the cafe and rock shop. If you can't get into Old Park Lane or Piccadilly cafes then it s worth the 15-minute walk to the Hotel Cafe.

You could even walk to each cafe having a starter at Old Park Lane, main at the Hotel and finishing off with a dessert at Piccadilly, while having your favourite cocktails at each one. (may have done this a few times)

Our room does not at all look as good as on the pictures published by the hotel. Nice Lobby, but no waiting area, lousy room.

Nice service and very kind staff.
The rooms are maintained and clean.
The breakfast food is varied and nice but not out of the ordinary.
5 stars mainly because of the central location on Oxford Avenue and the adjacent tube station

Mens Toilet no 1 lock broken. Second toilent did not flush. Third toilet was locked.

Luxurious hotel with quite spacious rooms and highly comfy beds. I loved the atmosphere of the music and reception much!

Would not recommend, very poor service. Stayed twice and hopeless both times.

Room is a little small but comfortable. The air con is very noisy. Food has been good.

Wonderful, very welcoming place, the attendants are very attentive, there are shows almost every day, the bar almost never closes, I highly recommend ...

Nice lobby, rooms were average. Breakfast buffet wasn't great. Dirty crockery and poor service.

Don't get me wrong this place has some unbelievable memrobilia in the foyer and is a very nice hotel inside, but it's not stand out great. They ride a lot in the brand name. The customer service was dreadful. 30 mins wait at the bar 25 mins for service to bring some extra tea bags to the room and not much of a smile either. The lifts are crazy busy in the morning for breakfast so either go early or ignore the suggested lift they tell you to get in. Keep pressing the button and get jn the first lift that has G on the destinations board in the lift,even if it is going up first it will still be quicker on the end.

I love Hard Rock Cafe and the hotel does not disappoint, new hotel in the heart of London, shop and restaurant with amazing breakfast! Will come back again! Loved it!

Very disorganised hotel. I have stayed here a couple of times with work and it pretty much a common theme. When I checked it the reception looked worried and I became clear that there were no rooms so she called her supervisor over and said he would be dealing with this issue. At this point no one had said anything about any issues so this started to concern me. Anyway they sorted me a room in there other hotel block and called it an upgrade but clearly they had overbooked. The whole check in process took about 15mins which is for to long. The rooms and everything else where fine and the stay was comfortable enough.

It was in a great location to be able to walk about the city. The workers were so nice and gave so much help. The rooms were very pretty and very clean. The only downside is that the outlets were not in convenient locations and there were only two of them

Well located. Breakfast is chaotic and very busy. Rooms small but nicely furnished, heating didn't work in mine but was offered new room or radiators. Staff are really friendly. Very close to underground

Modern room and bathroom that was well equipped. The service was generally good but communication wasnt great at times.

Hotel location is excellent and bed was comfort. However, the AC wasn't working so I had to move to 3 different rooms on different days. Breakfast menu has no much variety and dull taste. House cleaning services were so bad and room and bath room not properly cleaned. Bath tub was so filthy and had lots of dirty stains. Surely I won't come back nor recommend the hotel to a friend. Had a bad experience

Worst hotel ever! Extremely dirty and old rooms!! Mold everywhere! No wifi reception in my room! Never ever again!

Best location with middle price not too expensive as the area warm atmosphere sometimes you have just to wait to get yiur room

The location makes it great, it has lots of rooms , one negative observation thought they don't claen the rooms they just make up beds and change towels

Outdated. Not very clean, it does need urgent uplift. Paint is peeling off the walls, restaurant is dusty and full of some stains. Not impressed with the breakfast option, very limited. The only good thing is reception, quick turn around and very friendly.

Surprise! Surprise! This was more than I expected.... Just at the bar..... But it looks and feels FAB! And a live band as well. Worth a look at this refreshed venue.

Rooms are small but clean, and have all amenities such as an iron and tea and coffee making facilities that so many hotels forget about.

A great hotel, a great location on Hyde Park, Oxford Street, Edgward Street, always crowded with all nationalities, most Arab, in which there is a small gym, no pool, a restaurant, five kitchens, more than wonderful, fantastic taste.

I visited for a drink with a large group of friends. Drinks were reasonable price for London hotel.

Service pretty good. Haedbangen really does not work. Hard rock is not played.

If the hotel has room, I give it less than zero, the air-conditioning supply would have caused it to be ruined

Had a really bad experience where the water and thermostat during my stay was shut off due to renovations taking place. Can t imagine why the hotel would accept bookings if the structure was in this condition.

Strange shape room poor room service cant make any chips

This will become the Hard Rock Hotel in Spring 2019. While modeling work is ongoing, our stay was on par with our luxury of expectation. Great service, clean space and facilities... although understandingly noisy at times

Only stayed one night. Nice room, very good breakfast.

Attended a large conference (ca. 600 attendees) here in late 2012, and as a hotel manager myself at the time - who was working for the same company, no less... although I wasn't there on company business - I was quite impressed to see the very high standards maintained, general cleanliness, and adequate staffing levels... at least within the Meetings and Events department. And the location of the hotel is superb; you really can't get any better if you're staying in London.

Very good location, seconds away from the tube. We appreciated being so close to the winter wonderland. Restaurants and shops around Oxford will satisfy every need.

Clean room, with excellent door and concierge service; in room fridge definite plus. Room was significantly overheated, took two maintenance request to remedy. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, asked for firm pillows and was told all they only have soft.

Massive and lovely power shower. Breakfast was amazing too.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the current period is undergoing renovation and rehabilitation

Fantastic location, on Marble Arch so Oxford Street on one side, Hyde Park the other. Staff very helpful, although lobby quite booming and impersonal and zero places to sit. I was grateful to receive a deluxe room, I think that refers principally to being more spacious and having a Nespresso machine. Beds very soft, I prefer much firmer, personally. Not a cheap hotel, you're certainly paying for the location, but it's an ideal location for tourists.

This hotel is located one of the best London locations and its price is average for the rest. I prefer its location and consider it the best. The hotel is considered four-star and clean and everything is close to Arab Street to Oxford Street, meaning exactly the Saire Brass, Oxford Wagward, Hyde Park and the Arc de Triomphe, its fictional location and under it is the best cafe in London next to a taxi and in front of it Grocery and everything from it walked and close

I want to stay when I go back to London~
I remember the view of Hyde Park in the morning.
