I set up an appointment to drop my laptop off to get a new battery. When I got to my scheduled appointment I was asked if I had their service agreement and I responded no. That response seemed to end my appointment. I was told that it may be better to go to a place like batteries plus as they could help me right away because they carried more batteries. They handed me my laptop and that was it! Well batteries plus didn't have a battery either so they ordered it for me which is what I expected Best Buy to do for me. So frustrating and very poor customer service!

Absolutely horrible customer service! Drove 90 miles only to be told we can't go inside to view any products and we need to purchase online and have it delivered to our home or drive back again in 2-3 days to pick up. Why would I spend thousands of dollars on a product before actually seeing what my options are and what features the product has! I will take my money elsewhere!

Friendly and helpful, with price matching it's easier to get it at the store and not wait and/or potentially have to deal with shipping returns if it doesn't work out.
The gentleman that helped me with purchasing my computer was very knowledgable on what i needed the new computer for, answered every question. Helped me from start to finish. GREAT JOB!
Very frustrating. I scheduled a time online with the GeekSquad at bestbuy in Sioux Falls. My laptop gets sent in. Would have been good to know. I would not have made a special trip to Sioux Falls. I could have sent it in myself. Very poor customer service. Save time schedule online that you promote is not true.
Its convenient so I still shop here. I generally feel like the prices are competitive and dont feel like I'm being ripped off. Return policy is pretty lacking. But, my biggest complaint is that getting anything done is NEVER easy for them. Last week I called to find out the stock status of an item and was told they can't give out exact numbers. I get it, just tell me if you have enough that I dont need to worry about you being sold out in the next 30 min. NOPE. So I have to buy it online for store pickup just to be safe as that is the only way to reserve an item. I do that and immediately head to the store where we have to sit and wait for almost an hour because "the item hasn't been released on their end yet". Literally sitting with it right there in front of us on the counter, receipt in hand, but nothing we can do because it hasn't "finished processing." As one of the last big box electronic stores left, I want them to be good but most of the time it ends up just being a frustrating experience.
Seemed like if i really needed something, i would almost be at a loss, yet would stay a little bit longer anyway.

I called about an online order where they were the only store in my region to have the item. I lady helped me on the phone from customer service. I would say they are very helpful and friendly. Good job!!

Contacted the Geek Squad about a bad graphics card that we had purchased from Best Buy (after being told it definitely wasn t the graphics card for several weeks) and they said they could not help us because there were no computers there to test it out with!
I had the Geek Squad put my glass shield protector on my cellphone. There was no wait time and the employee was very friendly and helpful!

Waited 45 minutes for someone to finally come answer my questions about a sound bar. Asked to separate associates for help who were standing around to be told the would send someone over. Got sick of waiting and finally went to customer service and told them to get someone over to answer my questions.

I very badly bought a device in November, and to date. I did not install it to the car, then I told them that I will return it because it was already paid, and they do not return the money in my debit card, if they do not give me a Best Buying card. It is a terrible service.

My shopping experience went smoothly until I needed help understanding which laptop charger I should buy. There were only two unavailable employees and all other members said they did not have the knowledge to help. I will be returning my incompatible charger and resuming online shopping.

This place is ridiculous. They do not carry batteries for the phones that they sell
We went here recently to look at Chromebooks. There was an employee stationed at the display, who we assumed would be knowledgeable. Google has pledged to provide 5 years of updates from the manufacturer date if each machine, so it's a critical thing to know, but it's not displayed. Worse yet, the Best Buy "expert" had never heard of it. He could advise me to spend more money on a machine that will only be current for 3 years, instead of one good for 5 years. 10 minutes of online research will make you smarter than Best Buy. Just buy online.
Great selection of product in store and online. They usually have knowledgeable staff but have had family and friends often upsold to higher priced items with features or aspects of that product they never asked for and would never use.

Very helpful staff, but it was disturbing that there were 4 possible locations for what I was looking for. They should be proud though as they were able to get me what I wanted.
This is a fairly good store. One of their employees has helped me many times and he is always very nice and helpful. Some people are complaining about the prices but the thing is you can always price match to major retailers and it is a fairly short process.
People are extremely rude at this location. Trying to find someone is difficult and when you do, they couldn't be more irritated when you ask them for help. I bought a laptop here and when the screen broke after a week, I asked the guy at GeekSquad why Best Buy carries this product (which he told me flat-out is junk). He said, "because we make money off it". I haven't been back since. Stay away. Shop somewhere that appreciates your hard-earned money!

You can tell the staff here love the electronics they're working with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Never seem pushy, and that might be because they don't work on commission. They're also really good about price matching. So I'll often times find something online for a little less, but have never had an issue with them matching a price.
