I stayed here for one night on 7/10/20 & it was amazing! I had a king room with disability access. We drove 3 hours for my mother's surgery & after dropping her off that morning we were able to check in early (amazing because I was tired). The room had excellent sanitization measures, including seals on the door & remote. Everything was comfy. After picking my mother up, it was super easy to take her up to the room in a wheelchair. Also big thanks to Michelle for helping me find my forgotten wallet. This stay deserves 6 stars!

On 10/18 at 11:15 PM. The overnight desk clerk (not sure what his name is, he wasn't wearing a name tag) is not very helpful or friendly. I came to the lobby for a cup of hot chocolate to discover that the hot water dispenser was empty. I asked for more hot water and the desk clerk didnt even make eye contact and told me that he'd get someone to refill it. 20 minutes later, it was finally filled. I went for the hot chocolate packets and that was also out. Again, I went to the desk and the clerk told me he'd ask the guy who filled the hot water to get more. 90 minutes later and there's still no Hot Chocolate mix.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable enough. Fine for just 1 night. Not sure I'll return to this hotel.

Rooms are nice and the service was excellent. We had some issues with the tv remote control and when I called the front desk to let them know the maintenance guy was knocking at my room door within 5 minutes of me hanging up.

So I never leave reviews, but the staff here made me. These people took care of me for my week stay. From chocolate on the pillows, to unlimited shuttle rides, to watching my luggage as I went to grab lunch. A lot of little things that added up to one amazing stay.

The best part of the stay was the staff, they were very friendly helpful.. beyond that I felt as if I was at a motel 6. I've stayed at Hampton Inn's in the past so my expectations were much higher than what I received. The bathroom had holes in the door, missing drywall in the ceiling and no vanity or shelves to put toiletries. The room was much smaller than a typical Hampton Inn room, the bed felt like it was bought from a garage sale the pillows were pretty much useless. I just didn't get the value that I was expecting. If I only paid $60 per night then I knew what I was getting but I paid over $150 per night and was expecting much more.

Friendly staff, updated rooms and shuttle service to the airport and local restaurants is available. The hotel is about a 10 minute ride from the airport which is nice so that you dont listen to the airport activities all night.

Impeccable cleanliness. Room, lobby and common areas were all clean. I did not use the amenities. Lobby staff was helpful and friendly. Better than other accommodations of similar price ranges in the Phoenix area. I expect to return here when staying near the airport.

The only nit picks would be (1) the parking lot is a bit further than most Hampton Inns don t expect to park at the door; (2) only one elevator in the lobby area but there was a second down the hall; (3) Very limited restaurants in walking distance I drove about 1.5 miles for some selection; (4) there was a little road noise but not at all bad or for the convenience. None of these were significant.

I always get checked I right away hassle free.Michelle who is a staff member at front desk always knows what to say to help you have a brighter day .She also goes out of her way to make sure your stay here is the best If I were her boss I would give her a raise Thank you Michelle and Hampton hotel

I had a fabulous experience at this hotel. I arrived the airport around 9:45pm. The shuttle arrived within 10-15 minutes, and when I walked in the door, the lady at the front desk (Tony) had already checked me in and had my room keys ready. The room was clean, the fitness room was well stocked, and the breakfast was great. Terrence drove the shuttle to the airport the next morning so that I could get my rental car. He was extremely friendly, and we had a great conversation on the way to the airport! I highly recommend this hotel!

We got a room with a great view. and the food was even better then we expected. it was great service and everything was really clean. room service messed up on our order but they were quick to fix it and give us a discount. they are good to us and we probably stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel, especially given the price. The room was clean, the bed was soft (very important to me), and the continental breakfast was on point. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel and room were both lovely. The staff was very courteous and informative when it came to opinions on local eateries. The complimentary breakfast was one of the better ones I've had, since it had individual milk cartons for the cereal, fresh berries, and multiple flavors of both cereal and parties. The only negative aspect was the shower; the shower head constantly kept dropping, and the bath faucet was relatively broken. The wifi was good, too.

Love staying at Hampton Inns for the consistently great service and accommodations. This trip was no different. Comfortable rooms, great service. 1 tip: Get chocolate chip cookies :) no need for candy chocolate chip just an amazing straight up chocolate chip cookie :P

The room was comfortable enough. But the airport shuttle driver stopped to chat with the homeless after picking me up. That may have been a kind act, but it was not on my itinerary. Limited food options near by.

Easy check in , easy check out. Rooms are immaculate! They provide sanitation stations through out the hotel, which I thought was very important. (Ex. Near elevators, entrance in lobby) overall, I was very please and impressed. This was my second time renting a room w/ Hampton Inn, and there will be plenty more to come.

Wow what can I say other than worse hotel experien...

Wow what can I say other than worse hotel experience ever. I checked in on October 1st @ around 8pm with the front desk manager James who Was extremely helpful and told about the hotel. As I made my way to my room 430 which was not the room I originally booked (I booked a 1 king executive suite) this room I was given is a king standard room. I immediately called the front desk and talked with James once again who informed me his computer tells him differently and he can t help me. I was disappointed with the results so I ended up just unpacking my things since I would be here for 5 days. Upon unpacking I notice the desk was super sticky (see picture) and the fridge had prior guest leftover food I had to dispose off, plus the desk lamp sparked when I went to turn it on. On my 2nd day I discover more issues such as a/c compressor not coming on, No Hot water, the knob to turn on the shower broke into my hand. After telling James about these issues he comped one of my nights and sent Maintenance to fix the shower knob & hot water. The maintenance guy was able to fix the hot water and knob for the shower but I then start to wonder why wouldn t they just move me to a different room after so many issues which I confronted James about and he said no such thing can happen. I told James I work for Hilton and I know for a fact something like that can happen then he muffed we sold out. I just walked away. On my last night (Oct 5th) after coming back from hiking all-day in Sedona, I notice my room was never cleaned and the a/c still wasn t fixed and so I talked with a different employee who sent maintenance up with a Temperature Gauge and housekeeping to haft clean the room while I was out getting dinner. Upon arriving back I notice the room was super stuffy so I contacted the front desk and James was the one who picked up and told me he will come up right away. This time both James & The maintenance guy came up and told me there s nothing wrong with the a/c but I told them how come the compressor isn t kicking on when it s on the constant fan mode. Come to find out something was indeed wrong and it took 4 minutes to fix TEMPORARY!!! The maintenance guy said this should hold till u check out. Not sure what they did but the compressor was on and the room was cooling down so I was happy.

To make a long story short, It seems James had changed his attitude and wanted to help me as much as possible after I emailed the GM Robert Wade who never had once reached out to me after letting him know my concerns.

Waited on hold for half an hour trying to get them to send the shuttle to the airport, and the next morning they refused to shuttle us to the airport rental car place. Also, WiFi did not work anywhere in the hotel.

Not very customer oriented. Using covid 19 protocols as an excuse to basically not empty trash or clean or provide any type of a decent breakfast and yet did not drop the price either. Poorly run hotel.

Don't stay here just because it's close to airport. First stay room on first floor after requested quiet area with only 7 hours in hotel between flights booked in advance. People checking in late and out early so forget about getting sleep, unless you like elephants walking above you and hinged doors slamming shower had mildew growing. Already booked return trip here too because price and distance other hotels. Called hotel and the shuttle bus driver was not called so drove right by me. 2200mins before showed up again. Both driver and desk clerk were rude. I asked specifically what happened with the shuttle to get that info. I got a hello and once at hotel "take you to your car oflr checking in?". Opened door myself in and out shuttle van, although he did load luggage in and out as I sure as neck wasnt going to do it! This shower is rusted in the tub as enamel gone and needs caulk. Stay at motel 6, probably better quality!

Not a bad spot. Accommodations were more or less as expected, although a bit on the cheap side for everything. The overall value is good since the place was nice and clean, and the room was quite large. Overall I'd definitely stay again.

Was an excellent stay. Hotel was super clean and staff was extremely friendly!
I originally booked this stay for me and my sister to fly in and pick up some family for the holidays and fly back home the next day but unfortunately I wasn't able to make it due to some conflicts. I called and spoke to the General Manager Tj to make sure it was okay for my sister to still check in under my name and he was more than happy to help us and was really understanding to our situation. My sister said check in was a breeze and Jan was super friendly and helpful. The room was upgraded, clean, and spacious. Check out with Sullivan was just as easy and smooth as check in! Definitely Recommend this property!

If your looking to stay in a room near a major road very load with razor thin walls . This place is for you! I never leave a bad review but couldn't believe this place. I am a hilton honors participate that stays in hiltons around 10 times a year. I have never been put in a hampton inn room so close to the road when the hotel was practically empty. When I addressed the front desk about this I was met with a I could care less attitude . I also noticed in the morning other customers switching rooms and another addressing why they were put in theses rooms. I will be addressing the customer service number about my experience, hopefully the can get a manager in there that knows how to communicate.to his employees

Everyone and everything was fantastic but for one thing, the toilet clogged. We called about 7am and by the time we checked at 9:30 there was no follow up and we had to use restrooms else where.

Great phoenix airport hotel. Convenient and fast airport pickup. Arrived early and nice lady at counter had a room already cleaned for me. Was able to grab leftover continental breakfast snacks and front counter snacks. Room was clean and comfortable. They had an outdoor pool that I used and was very nice.
