I am a trainer that travels all over the country. This Hampton is great. I have training meetings here before. The are great about getting it correct. I live and travel from ATL. Please use this Hampton Inn. Ken the trainer......very close to airport.....

I stay here regularly & until this trip I would have given it 4 stars. However this time the first room I got, the a/c cover fell off when I went to turn it on. The 2nd room had a heavy air freshener smell. The staff was friendly and helpful. Time for some upgrades and refurbishment.

Checked into our room, dropped off our luggage and...

Checked into our room, dropped off our luggage and left. Came back to settle in for the night and found blood stains on the floor. So we asked to be moved, and the desk clerk was very friendly and concerned. She moved us to another room, and once in the room, we discovered some kind of beetle on one of the bed spreads. Looked it up immediately and happily it wasn't bed bugs. Found another one over by the desk lamp that was dead and had been there a while. So, already concerned at this moment about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Found partially dried cup rings on the desk, along with a fingernail clipping. Also found a dried spilled cola ring, or it could've been dried milkshake too. Not sure. At this point, more than disgusted with the cleanliness. It was 10pm at night, and we had already dropped the rental car off, or we would've changed hotels altogether. While getting ready for the night, in the bathroom, yet, more dried blood on the latch part of the bathroom door. And one more note, over by the air conditioner, we found black mold where the wallpaper had peeled. We did check the bed linens for bugs, but found none. With the two rooms that we received, being disgusting, and the carpeting being stained with multiple stains, the shower of the 2nd room being misshapen and concave in the basin, stains on the shower wall, and who knows what other things we've missed, I wouldn't even give this hotel a one star, but it doesn't have an option to condemn it or have the Hampton name removed from it, because it IS NOT Hampton standards nor worth bearing the Hampton or Hilton brand name. I'm fully disgusted and even more angry that we wasted our nights stay there. BTW, we didn't eat the breakfast. When you have two rooms this dirty, it gives the entire hotel a bad review.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Airport in Phoenix. I asked about laundry facilities and was told there was a guest laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Needing to do laundry I investigated and was stunned at the super stupid set up they provided. It was a narrow room and the washer and dryer were stackable, nothing uncommon about that. The room was so narrow that you had to close the entry door so you could open the doors on the washer and dryer on the one unit. That allowed you less than 2 feet of space to work. I cannot do that and wondered about the brilliance of their arrangement and if it ever got used. Meanwhile, next to it was a larger room with and an ice machine and a vending machine. Perhaps they should be switched. First time I've found a Hampton Inn to be unaccommodating.

No Shuttle Service. If you are going to advertise it then you should have it or at least state you do not during COVID. You could also have contracted with Lyft and had complimentary rides to Airport. You did not reduce your price for the night s stay and could have paid for Lyft or Uber.
Secondly, if you are going to put a Hilton Clean seal on the door of the room then it should be cleaned beyond the norm and we shouldn t find a brownish green drip on the bathroom door nor a hair ball in the sink. The room has been nicely refurbished and decorated and modernized. The king size bedroom suite was large with ample room with a desk and comfy couch and large chair. Good counter space, deep sink, good refrigerator and microwave.
Overall it was a nice stay, but not spectacular. Looks spectacular in pics, but didn t deliver.

Nice rooms...clean...bed was comfy.

BUT...

No hot water so no shower unless you are ok with cold showers. They knew about this when I checked in. I was sure they would get it fixed and they didn't. Had I known this I would have taken my business elsewhere. To make things worse...they don't acknowledge it upon check out. I had a buddy say nothing and they said nothing. I bring it up and they offer me 5000 points. Buddy goes back up and they say he should have said something earlier.

My company (NISC) has a saying..."Do the right thing Always!" Different industry but we would have made sure everyone was credited/discounted/points added...something. And without them having to bring it up.

Nice hotel with free shuttle to / from airport. Also shuttle for 2 mile radius to various resturants. They do have cofeee in the lobby and fresh cookies with friendly staff. Room was very clean. Pool and gym areas were clean snd inviting .

A few inconveniences-as they were in the middle of changing from key to digital room access. Bathroom didn't have a fan. Its also hard to access microwave under TV and then coffee pot and coffee condiments were under microwave (basically near the floor). Not very convenient. Pool towels seemed small but unlimited supply so it balances out. They are doing several updates so I expect it to be like a 5 star in the future.

Ridiculous games with staff. Booked the k and 2q bed suite in advance Hotel gave to another client. No phone call inform me. No concessionto makrnit right. How absolutely unlike my past Hilton stays. Really left me in a bad spot.

Stayed in the jacuzzi suite room. There was 3 of us in the room. I slept on the pullout couch. The couch had dirt on the mattress and sheets from people sitting on the couch. Room service doesn't check the pullout bed. Also the jacuzzi is in the actual room of the hotel. It's awkward. I feel like it should be in the bathroom not in the actual room. The hotel itself is nice and the staff have always been friendly.

This place was clean and very accommodating. We reserved a room over the phone and when we got there it was not available. The front desk person gave us a king suite at the same rate. They had microwave and coffee machine and the free breakfast was a grab and go and it was filling. When asked for extra towels it was given without hesitation. Outlets had usb plug ins and charging of devices were very fast. The only downside is that the WiFi connection was not very strong.

Don't stay here if you need a shuttle to the airport. It costs $25 for less than a 10min ride with the taxi the hotel called for us. Their hotel website still says hot breakfast and 24hrs shuttle. There is not hot breakfast either.The excuse is that it's the weekend so they don't have anyone to change it correctly! We booked the night before for a quick stay before an early morning flight.

However if you just need a clean room, good AC, very nice front desk, and don't might street noise( can hear cars all night) then it's ok.

They had a flood on their first floor due to a broken waterline and made all the accommodations they could. I was on a different floor. It would not be fair of me to review them for that trip. Service and rooms were good . They definitely helped me save money by using their shuttle. I would stay there again.

I was there to drop off my mom. She was stranded at the airport while a terminal was shut down for police activity. Looks like they are in process of upgrading. Moms room was very neat, smells clean, looks tlrecently updated. And pleasant staff

Honestly, we didn't spend much time in the hotel as it was an in-and-out stay for us before a flight. The hotel itself seems fine, a typical Hampton Inn. However, I believe the thermostat in our room was broken because it was extremely warm and wouldn't really cool down. Also, I like to turn on the fan on the AC unit when staying at airport locations to drown out the noise but the fan function would not work.

Finally, we were left extremely disappointed after we checked out. We are 100 percent sure we left a couple items of clothing in the room accidentally. We realized this early in the afternoon after checking out. We called the hotel and had them check twice, including talking to Johnnie, the manager, but they claimed the items were not found. We know for sure the items were left and it is disappointing they were not returned. I don't have enough information to lay blame on anyone specifically, but we were disappointed in the outcome.

Because of this, we would not stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Friendly front desk staff, clean room! However, need to change pool hours to open at 10:00 a.m. and checkout at 1:00 p.m. Didn't have tome to enjoy pool since check out at 12 noon, pool opens at 11:30!! Doesn't make sense!!!

It's under Construction now but it's still worth the stay. My room was very clean, remodeled walk in shower and very big. I save on not renting a car, they shuttle me everywhere I needed to go and was always on time. The Staff was very nice and helped choosing restaurants

Not a great Hampton, elevator was scary, trash can had garbage in it, tub was broken down the middle, dead bug on the wall, breakfast wasn't great (though to be fair they were busy for breakfast). If your looking for a Hilton property by Sky harbour, try one of the others, this was very disappointing. One plus was the day staff was nice, night staff left something to be desired but wasn't bad.

We arrived very late due to flight delays and the front desk manager had cancelled our room and demanded we explain why we couldn't have called sooner. We had checked in online from the airport and even selected our room so I'm not sure why we were cancelled. He then proceeded to book us for one night when we were supposed to stay for two. This meant the next day we got an email saying we were checked out of our room but all of our stuff was still there! Very stressful and we booked a different hotel in phoenix for the rest of the trip. Beyond this, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was well stocked.

We stayed here one night because it is close to the airport and we had a very early flight the next morning. The staff was very nice, both at check in and check out. The room was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we left before breakfast opened, but the dining area appeared nice.

We were in shock to see how the managers treat the employees in front of the guests. The employees are stepped on and treated like slaves. On one occasion early in the morning I heard the manager talking to an employee humiliating her after she had breakfast ready around 5:45 am. If the managers don t like their jobs then corporate should hire new ones because clearly they re incapable of doing their job. My colleagues and I will not be returning to this hotel because we can not stand to see managers humiliate and belittle their employees.

Well, in last 90 days I've had 20 nights at Hilton...

Well, in last 90 days I've had 20 nights at Hilton Brands from CA, GA, AZ, FL. Unfortunately my last 2 visits (4 nights 2 sep business trips in 8 days) at Hilton Brands in PHX AZ in past week and half for business have been horrible. And I will not stay at another Hilton Brand in AZ ever again.

I booked via hilton app which has my reservation profile. I was given a handicap equipped room complete with transfer board over tub which made it difficult to shower. I normally have higher level floor but was given 1st floor next to busy road and bright hampton inn signage. The nose level wasn't terrible but more audible than i like. The hallway carpets were dirty and showing wear. The room was standard 2 queen and clean with exception of a sticky spot near the tv which felt like syrup. It made me feel like room was quickly gone over after the prior guest. The breakfast was marginal but the coffee was strong and hot. I was there one night prior to flight so it sufficed however i would not want to stay more than that. Location is approximately 13 miles to rental car facility.

I travel extensively for work and the vast majority of the time (80%), I stay at Hilton properties. I spent one night at this Hampton for $186 and change total (inc taxes, etc). I tried to get a late checkout 1pm vs the standard 12pm. The front desk guy at 6:30am on 10/3 informed me that there was a $25 fee for late checkout. At nearly $200 for one night, I'm not giving you a penny more. I'll go camp out at a Panera or Starbucks and give them the $25. Furthermore, the mattress in my room was terribly uncomfortable. There are plenty of other hotel options in the area at the same price point.

Our stay at this Hampton inn was horrible. After checking in my family and I went up stairs to our room to take a shower and there was no hot water. After calling the front desk they had been aware of the problem all along and did not inform me of this before checking me in. Diane at the front desk mentioned there was a plumber there and the issue would be fixed that night. Woke up the next morning and the issue had not been corrected still had freezing water. Will not be visiting this hotel again.
