Big jet bath tub, big pool & comfortable high bed with also a foldout bed couch!

no shuttle. cab service is bad.other hotel has shuttle. people r nice

We sat here regularly when in the area. The staff have always treated us well and we like the location. During the recent visit we noticed that the upkeep and maintenance seem to be slipping. There were tears and stains on the carpets, floors, and furniture. They really need to look at doing a lot of replacement and repair, before it starts to affect their business and folks staying there.

Very nice, quiet place. Conveniently located across from a Chinese Cultural Center w restaurants. Good bkfst w hot & cold options.

Super... dirty lol and the coffee maker was missing a part. I told them (on my way out, granted, because I was too exhausted and jetlagged to deal with moving to a new room and doubted it would be any better) and the response was the professional equivalent of "whoops, our bad"... I'm pretty sure they spend more time placing reassuring signs about how sanitary they are than actually cleaning. So, maybe just don't go here if you're worried about that sort of thing.

Not bad for an airport hotel. Beds were comfy and noise was minimal.

Had a slight glitch with the hot water and gave us the room at half price. Friendly staff, very accommodating.

Convenient location in relation to PHX. Rooms are modern and spacious. Beds comfortable.

Haven't even been there yet and I am already excited! Just the name "Hampton Inn" sounds like we are a part of the landed gentry by just checking in there! So excited that the only service animals are covered in gravy and garnished w/parsley! Lol! Relax, enjoy life, and WELCOME TO PHOENIX!! (still, must suck to be a service animal here. Especially if you don't like gravy...)

The location is fairly close to the airport and freeways, but dont go looking for a Wal-Mart or anything like that....its miles from anything. But the service and my stay were all very good!

Hispanic lady at front desk had a severe attitude issue with my 65 year old mother.

Could not have been more pleased with our 3 day stay at this Hampton Inn. Great service, shuttle from airport and assistance. Breakfast was A++, attractive & comfortable dining area and great coffee. Very clean property. Thanks for playing a big part in a GREAT trip to Phoenix!

It s a standard Hampton Inn. I took one star off because the breakfast was not good the 2 days that I stayed. However the staff are great and the place is very clean and quiet even though my room was right next to the pool!

Pros: the room was clean and spacious. Cons: the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired and the TV in the workout room was not working.

Great staff, very nice room and if you need a shuttle, make certain you get Terence as your driver. He is one of the best I've ever had.

The staff there were extremely nice and friendly. The breakfast had a large selection and was also delicious. Room was clean and tidy as it should be.

Our room was nice. There was little to no sound. The front desk staff was amiable and helpful; the handsome gentlemen in the breakfest room did a great job and made delicious fruit unlike any Hampton I've been to. He also offered other options of food that they had for breakfast that wasn't in rotation. Overall great experience

The Customer Service here was perfect. The room was clean,spacious and the view from the room was ok.

I stayed Hampton Inn for couples of night they great services and also they've free breakfast from 6:am to 10:am free shuttle ride anything in two miles

The best designed room ever! Furnature and design of same excellent. Breakfast packet ok.
Thought shuttle would be available as advertised. Called for shuttle from airport three times but no answer phone after 8 rings each time. Called corporate # for help and did help. Found out no shuttle since Civid so have to take taxi or Uber (adds 40% to cost of room)($15.00 X 2 + tip). Irritating!!

Clean place. Friendly staff but was only visiting friends. Didn't have a room on that specific property.

Have stayed here a hundred times. It is not the same anymore. It is close to airport but for example 7 am no coffee. TV in room doesnt work. TV in gym doesn't work. When I called for airport shuttle they could not find my reservation- felt like they did not want to pick me up.
As I said good location if you ar flying.

The staff was very helpful, clean modern efficient use of space in a nice room.
