I do not recommend staying at this property during Covid-19. On all 3 occasions that we interacted with staff there was at least one staff member not wearing a mask indoors. There is clearly not a culture of safety at the property as we observed this behavior consistently and over the course of several days. Until I believe it s safe to stay at this hotel, I won t return.

The Hampton Inn I usually go to was completely booked so I went to this location and expected it would be just the same.
But I was absolutely wrong.
I had requested latest possible check out and was told it was approved.
But come 11 and the hotel manager is knocking on the door and basically accussing me of not having approval to check out late.
Just as I began to explain when I asked and who I spoke with, his walkie talkie came through with the information he should have collected before he came to my door pointing fingers.
Then housekeeping come into the room at 1230, did not knock on the door, just came right into the room.
This location obviously has a communication problem and zero understanding of good customer service.
I regularly stay at Hampton Inn, but next time I find out my regular hotel is booked I will NOT go to this location.
The "customer service" is terrible, the hallways smell funky, and the front desk workers would rather chit chat then let me check out.

The staff at this location need to visit the Hampton Inn on 23rd St and Highland. Those people there know how to run a hotel.

We stayed one night in this hotel before catching a flight out of Phoenix the next morning. There was a stain on the floor between the beds that looked like a red drink had been spilled and was never cleaned up. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off the wall and we had luke warm water (at best) when taking a shower. I showered before going to bed since we were heading to the airport early the next morning so it's not like there were tons of people showering at that time to cause the hot water to be out. Also, we asked for breakfast bags since we would miss breakfast the next morning. The lady said they would have them ready for us in the morning. When we came down the next morning the front desk said they didn't provide breakfast bags on the weekend. He went ahead and put an apple and a muffin in a couple bags, which was nice, but apparently there is confusion among the staff as to what's provided to guests and when. I was not impressed with the cleanliness or rather the lack of cleanliness of this hotel!

If you enjoy unclean rooms, rock hard beds, and paper thin walls then look no farther! Bonus: if you request extra towels expect to be interrogated and questioned as to why! I wish this was a joke. The Holiday Inn down the road is a little more expensive but is night and day compared to this dump. Do not come here.

During COVID, most hotels are taking extra steps to protect guests, this hotel DOES not. My partner and I found crumbs inside out sheets as well as pillows covered in hair. When we called the front desk, they said that housekeeping only goes into rooms every 3 days to clean. I would not recommend this hotel. Our room had dirty floors, dirty remote, and dirty counters. Add the sheet fiasco and it s a recipe for COVID infection. Stay elsewhere

The front desk was immediately friendly, informative, and sweet. The ladies gave us lots of awesome places to go and a map of the area. Our room was great! We had a ton of space and weren't cramped at all. The breakfast buffet could use a little work but other than that our stay was perfect!

Clean rooms. It isn't super fancy but isnt run down like a lot of 2 star hotels.

Staff was very courteous. Checked on us a couple times while we were out and about.

Bedding was clean and comfortable. Couch in room was pretty comfy and there was a good chair at the writing desk. We had a fridge and microwave. Two flat screen TVs.

We had a whirlpool bath suite. The tub was enough room for two and the jets worked well. The water pressure on the tub was a bit low so filling took a bit. Water was lightly chlorinated.

We took a star off for the shower. The water pressure was weak and the water never got hot enough for either my wife or me. We reported it to the staff on checkout. And the ice machine on our floor was out requiring a trip to the adjacent floors.

The breakfast was decent. Lots of seating, clean and well organized. Fare included milk in cartons, juice, hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, hot eggs and sausage/bacon (different for each day), prepared oatmeal with toppings, waffles with lots of toppings, bagels, toast, English muffins, pastries and more. Beware the juice bar is a lot of cocktail vice pure juice.

There was a coffee bar 24/7 with regular, robust and decaf plus hot water. Cookies were also available at the checkin desk.

A small goodie shop was expensive but had essentials and snacks.

Local food delivery abundant ... bring the Eat24 app on your phone and you'll have your choice of fare. Delivery fees range from about $4 to $10.

There are services nearby including drug store, convenience store, gas and drive thru services. Nothing in walking distance though.

Parking was free and abundant.

We enjoyed our stay. Would return.

Everything was as expected... it's a Hampton Inn. But if you need to use WiFi in your room like I did, you may find that the best uninterrupted signal is in the bathroon... like I did. Anywhere else was low or no quality. Now that's what i call inconvenient, but it worked well enough in there to get my notes transcribed and presentation finalized. They need some serious signal boosters.

I was pleasantly surprised by the decor at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean and had a really great view. I love how they have shades that give you privacy but you can still see outside. The carpet could have been tacked down a little better and was uneven and had stuff under it in some places, so that was kind of weird. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Oh and the breakfast was great too! It was a very nice breakfast buffet, loved the different selections of milk. Outside they have a very convenient and spacious parking lot and a shuttle with positive upbeat messages and bright cheery colors. I like this place I'd stay here again.

This rating should really only be 3.5 stars at best. I would give the hotel and front desk staff four stars. But even three stars for the shuttle service is generous. The drivers are inconsistent and you MUST call very early to be picked up reasonably quickly at the airport. When they say 10 minutes expect 30 minutes for a pick up. And expect a side order of attitude if you have to call multiple times and dare point out their lateness and misinformation.

The pure program this hotel utilizes is something special. They have plaques in the Pure rooms that describe how they clean to eliminate any type of allergen. Albeit, a bit sanitary in decor. They include a humidifier in the rooms. The cleanest room if ever stayed in. The mattress was too firm but walking on the floor bare footed and not feeling gross, outweighs the mattress issue! Friendly staff and quiet.

Very good service.

Very good service.
Due to covid cleaning is every 3 days or so. So make sure you keep your room tidy. If you need anything the front desk will help for sure.

Some disappointed with the breakfast. (A bag, 1 multigrain bar, 1 water bottle, 1 mandarin and 1 small cake loaf) Coffe or tea of wanted. Limited time 6am to 10am.

The room was big. The bed was so comfy and the pillows weren't lumpy. Loved the coffee in the room, must try if you stay there. I was amazed at how many outlets there were. Other hotels we have to fight whose using outlets. Here at Hampton there was several and even USB outlets . Thanks for the comfy stay and hot breakfast.

The staff was very friendly, attentive, and prompt. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds, pillows, and comforters were sooo very comfy! Water was hot, in room ammenities were as expected. Mini fridge, storage, microwave, coffee pot, ect. Contenential breakfast was included, and was as any other hotel I've visited. The pool and outside sitting area were under contruction, but it was no big deal as were just stayed one night. It didn't affect our stay what so ever. Overall, nice one night stay.

Super helpful and wonderfully professional staff: Kevin, Brenda, Sam; and the outstanding breakfast area crew.

Noisy during renovation. Clocks were set back an hour making us late for coffee. Elevators were slow.

I concur with all the other very positive reviews. This hotel is immaculately clean; great staff. Previously was Choice Hotels Comfort Suites so all rooms are spacious and have a partition separating bed from sofa-bed. Large LCD TV; good breakfast [fresh fruit, omlet [precooked], breads, muffins, juices, tea, coffee, cereals, etc.]; see website for details. My room had microwave and mini-fridge. Is not cheap but got at corporate rate of $82; usually rates are higher, which is only drawback. free business center with computers with free internet service and microsoft word and free printers. small exercise room with one machine of each kind so if someone else is using it, you will have to wait for treadmill, etc. i took room facing east on top floor and there was only very faint highway noise; great comfortable beds; lots of lamps and light in room. window ac unit rather noisy but then they all are

Reasonably - priced, especially considering proximity to the airport. Room was fairly clean, with the exception of the bathtub...which had dust/dirt, and soap scum in it. The rest of bathroom was clean, however.

Reasonably priced, and clean enough where it counts (minor stains on some of the furniture). Our daughter, in a separate room, said she found the hotel rather noisy, but it wasn't too bad for my wife and I (we've stayed there twice). Not a lot of nearby restaurants deliver to the hotel, but the ones that do are good--try the pizza place. The complementary breakfast is good as well, and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

You'll get what a typical Hampton inn offers here but buyer beware! The rate that I reserved at was not honored. I contacted the hotel when I saw my bill and got zero resolution. Shame on me for not having the discussion on check in but don't trust this staff or management team.

Good enough stay for a couple of days, no complaints here. Close to everything and pretty safe area. We didn t stay much in the hotel, so we couldn t really enjoy all the perks they had to offer. They have good size bathrooms and plenty of bathroom necessities. Shower flow was good and the toilet flushes properly without having to wait for the water to fill for a long time.

We ll definitely stay here again, if we re in the area.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I only gave them 1 star so that I could write this review. I give this hotel ZERO stars. After traveling across the country for Christmas, booking a week in advance AND calling ahead to be sure they would have a crib available for our infant child to sleep in(the crib was our whole reason for booking this hotel), we were told that they only had THREE cribs... yep! THREE for their ENTIRE hotel. Oh! & even though we booked in advance, we were told by the rude & inconsiderate front desk girl that it didn t matter because if someone came off the street & needs a crib, we lose ours. Uhm... WHAT?! Oh, & to top that off, when we booked another hotel(that actually had cribs), we were forced to walk half a mile down the road carrying our INFANT CHILD & all our bags IN 40 DEGREE WEATHER. Though, their shuttle service brought us there, they made no attempt to help us. OH & GOOD LUCK FINDING A MANGER! THEY DONT HAVE ONE ON SITE! With as much as we travel, we will MAKE SURE to NEVER stay at a Hampton Inn again. EVER.
