Very clean rooms. The front desk staff & house cleaning staff were all so friendly. Love the availability of coffee 24/7, which by the way, were always fresh and hot. Great location! Will definitely stay here again!!!

Amazing property and management! If there was a rating above 5 stars, I would give it. We arrived at approx 11:00 pm in Myrtle Beach with a reservation at the Doubletree Oceanfront, only to find that the hotel did not have a room available. They told us we needed to go to the Hampton Inn for 1 night, then relocate back to their hotel for the remainder of our visit. We shared that we did not want to move rooms and said we would go to the Hampton, if we could stay the whole time. The Doubletree Manager stated we could stay the whole time at the Hampton Inn. We arrived at the Hampton Inn and the Hampton told us that the Doubletree only asked for 1 night and they did not have any availability. The Hampton called the Doubletree back, trying to work with them to find us a place to stay for the entire trip and after a couple of calls, the Doubletree stopped answering the Hampton's calls. Apparently the Doubletree is notorious for overbooking their rooms. While we were at the Hampton, 3 other families came into the front desk with the same situation - arrived at the Doubletree with a reservation, but had no room. After midnight the manager of the Hampton, Clyde, came in from home and made a way for us to stay our entire stay with them. This was not even this Hampton's problem. The Doubletree caused the issue! However, Clyde went above and beyond to resolve our issue. I was completely blown away at the amazing service! I highly recommend the Hampton in Myrtle Beach Oceanfront.

King suite with kitchen for a week . We had plenty of space for 2 adults. Could also work for a couple with a child or small children as it has a pullout sofa. There was a cleaning issue when we arrived, but the owner corrected the issue. Pools are nice. Plenty of chairs and a small pool side bar. Beachfront with easy beach access.

Stayed in the oveanview 2 bedroom 1King, 1 Queen with bunk bed and living area and kitchenette with 4 adults and 3 kids. More than enough space for a weekend get away. Breakfast is the usual but I did enjoy the smoothie and the flavored waffle options. Stayed In December so outdoor pools and lazy river were closed but there are indoor pools and access to the beach. Definitely a great stay and would visit this hotel again!!

Even though the COVID-19, breakfast can be better like offering microwaveable items like pancakes, egg and cheese, home fries, other wise locations is good, hotel is nice, and excellent pools and accessibility to the beach

This is my second time here and it's been amazing both times. Love the atmosphere and the breakfast/lounge area is really beautiful. The rooms are quite spacious and the patios as well. It's also a non-smoking hotel for anyone interested in that. Great location. Not too busy and close to mostly everything. The pools and beach area are nice as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and the people working here are very friendly.

Helpful smiling and they suggested a place for dinner and we had an awesome dinner. Stayed in south tower, 10th floor but near elevator, had no choice. Teenagers running around the hall after midnight..sigh...

Absolutely amazing. The property is not new, but you will have great service, clean rooms, many pools and wonderful beach access. We plan on staying here every time we visit Myrtle Beach.

My friend and I spent a Monday thru Friday in the middle of January. The ocean view rooms were awesome, well maintained with all the amenities within our room being functional and completely worry free. The staff were all friendly and quite knowledgeable of the area as well as once you checked in, they always had a smile on their faces. We happened to catch a fair weather weekend and spent time on our balcony basking in the sunshine and looking out the sliding doors early in the morning to see the sun rise over the ocean. Awesome mini-vaca. Great place

I just loved everything about this place. Views were just breathtaking. We were lucky to watch the sunrise from our bed. Also proper safety precautions are maintained everywhere. They have arranged Grab and go breakfast which has a lot of varieties.

My daughter and I came here for my work. First of all the hotel was very well kept, very clean and crisp. The workers truly went out of there way to give you the best experience they could. We were bumped up to a 2 bedroom suite. With a view of the ocean... Which neither of us had ever been to. The first thing we did was walk the beach. It was so easy to get to right out the back. First time putting our feet in the sand then letting the tides hit our feet. We then looked for shells, and as we walked back one of the hotel employees gave us bags to put our shells in. After that it was pool time. 2 indoor pools, 2 Jacuzzis and 2 indoor kids play area and that's just the inside not including the pools outside and lazy Rivers. I think I woke up about 7 am. Just in time to see the sun rise. So amazing. Then we went downstairs for breakfast. Now this is the only negative thing I will say. I'm not a vegan or a vegetarian...I like meat and protein in the morning. There was no meat no sausage no bacon. My only complaint. Went back to our rooms slowly packed our stuff up cause we didn't want to leave. Then quietly left the room. Even though it was only one night, the employees truly made you feel special.

I loved this place! I am in Myrtle Beach very often and have stayed in many ocean front hotels this one is a keeper. Clean rooms great staff. The one thing that became challenging were the two separate buildings. Although connected and accessible on the main floor, not all floors and rooms can be accessed from all elevators. Get a map! This by no means a complaint I will return to this location as well as refer family and friends. Great value for price.

As a Hilton Diamond member, this is one of the worst properties I've stayed at. As other reviews indicate, part of the property is updated and the other side is extremely worn down. Regardless of my request to stay on the updated site and my loyalty with Hilton, they still stuck us in the old side. What was most annoying was, the front desk agent told us we were in the updated side at check-in-a complete lie. I would of not known if it wasn't for my girlfriend striking up conversation with the maintenance worker while they waited 10+ mins for one of the 2 elevators on the old side (apparently he told her the new side has 3).

I've always been accommodated with late checkout as a Diamond member, but not here. "Per the GM, no one is allowed late checkout at this property", according to the front desk agent.

I've stayed at Kingston Plantation 11 times and loved it everytime (and it is less expensive for a 2 bedroom suite, than a single king bed room here). This place is Chuckie Cheeses compared to it- not exaggerating. Unattended children screaming and running around the entire pool area, no area for adults to relax because all pools are lumped together, and an ice cream truck comes to the neighboring motel every 30 mins to blast obnoxious Christmas music and twinkle twinkle little star.

Do your research on the area before you book. I spoke to a cop, uber driver, and security guard at Riptydz. This area on the south end is not an area to be walking around late at night and according to the cop and uber driver, "all the crime is on the south" and people come from far out to loiter in this area. There are a number of dingy motels on both sides of the Hampton.

As a Hilton Diamond member I must say I am beyond displeased by my stay here. I stayed a total of 1 night and that is all I needed to realize this place is not worth the price or the time. I had an awful check-in process with front agent Raymond who was rude and simply dismissed my diamond status and did not offer me check in options that is typically offered to Diamond members. Even after complaining verbally and in writing to Faye the Assistant GM, I still was not offered there bare basics of snacks or water. Faye was useless and offered no rectification to fixing my issue. I am still awaiting a response from GM TOM. In fact I requested she call me before my check out and non so effort was made by her. She was on-site when I emailed her and the GM and she responded not at all. Additionally I was forced to check in after 4pm as a Diamond member and early check in was denied then I requested a simple 1pm late check out and that was also denied. If you are Diamond here, they do not care. I ended up rushing to leave the hotel by 11am. My poor disable brother was sad and had to rush and he barely can walk. Lets talk about the room for approx around $400 I was provided what i believe to be the tiniest 2 queen bed ocean front room. I barely could place me and my family stuff anywhere. In addition the room TV was not big enough for that cost and the breakfast was HORRIBLE!!!! I mean what an experience for me and most importantly my disable brother to experience on his birthday. I requested a handicap wheelchair to use on the beach and still i have yet to get a call or response to my request when in fact Chris the security at this hotel informed me this was a service offered. Oh did I mention I was charged $4.95 for premium internet, when has DIAMOND members been charged for premium internet. I will be disputing this. DO NOT waste your time and money. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!!!!!

The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not. They have two choices a soft and a hard. They should go with the regular Hilton pillows. Breakfast was good, so was the coffee. My neck has been killing me recently and the hot tub helped tremendously.

Me and my family were looking for a hotel to go on our vacation. Ended up booking at Vikings motel and was horrible. We called here to see if by any chance we could move to there hotel and a very nice guy was able to help us and rent us a 2 balcony ocean view room, completely incomparable. 100/10 definitely coming back here amazing staff and service.

Poop on door, no clean sheets. They made the beds and sprayed fabreez but the sheets were covered in sand. They were sandy upon arrival.
Rude breakfast lobby crew, unfriendly and unresponsive. No bathroom vent. Had to pick up food in lobby unless it was on their menu of people they allowed to deliver to the room. Flag blocked oceanfront view. Door wouldn't close unless you pulled it hard so it was left open a couple times before we figured it out. Balcony door was broke upon arrival, maintenance fixed it as much as possible, but it would close and our toddler opened it. When it did close it wouldn't open, finally got it open after much effort with the latch, but it still wouldn't pull closed so we left it, obviously we watch our kids, so they were safe with us, but no thanks to the fix. The ice machine on our floor was broken and out of use. They didn't warn us about the billions of jellyfish, and the warnings that other hotels were issuing. Got stung a dozen times, and the children got stung, so they are afraid of the ocean now (1 & 5) . I told my complaints to the front desk when she asked how my stay was, she just smiled and continued to check me out. "Have a nice day" was all I was offered.
For us much as we paid, it was all too much for too little.

Could not even check in. Ryan at the front desk was very rude and did not seem to care that my name was on the guest check in, as a family member booked our room when we came into town. I will never stay at Hampton Inn again because this associate was definitely discriminating my family. So inconvenient
