What a true ocean view! Great, large rooms and an AMAZING breakfast! Like wow! Would recommend.

Out of five stars I would give it 10.. great price for everything that you get here.
Extremely clean, excellent staff, very warm and welcoming. Very inexpensive for the accommodations.

We stayed at Hampton Inns and Suites at Myrtle Beach June 20 thru June 25. It was a wonderful hotel to stay at! The staff was friendly and helpful. Our Oceanfront room was clean and well taken care of. The complimentary morning breakfast was delicious !! Coffee and Tea served all day! The hotel and grounds were clean , back to credit to the amazing staff! I would definitely stay here again !

The best hotel ever. The kids loved all the pools. The whole family loved the hammocks, and all the amenities. We checked in late, and my 2 yr old was crying for milk, the night auditor was kind enough to ask a staff member to get him a cup of milk. We were also upgraded to the 2 bedroom suite, this suite was absolutely stunning! I am a hotel General Manager and little things like this go a long way!

Awesome experience July 4th weekend despite the rain. The hotel was cleaner than expected. No issues at all. Breakfast was decent every morning. Beach ok on this side of Myrtle...not HHI or Kiawah, however we loved the pools. Staff were friendly, courteous and respectful. Conveniently located near many attractions.

The location can't be beat! Beach is literally 30 steps from the hotel. Loby is really nice with great views! When you get to your room........well..... Don't expect quality to match price! The balcony is amazing, beds decent. The rooms are extremely dated, cheap furniture. The paint is either dirty, chipped, or worn off completely! We had booked 4 days and left after 2. Better options for same price on the beach.

This is one of the shining stars of the South End of Myrtle Beach. The staff did everything to make sure me and my wedding party had fun. Thank you to all!

Great hotel with great customer service. Very conveniently located. The pools were lots of fun and the ocean view rooms are fantastic. We will definitely be choosing this hotel again!

Our ocean view room is actually ocean front, which was a pleasant surprise. Check-in was delayed by 45 minutes due to a plumbing issue above our room. Maintenance visited the 2nd day to continue working on it. Other than that, it was a great stay. Breakfast was great, tons of towels available to use in the pool area and at the beach. My kids loved everything. A few minor cosmetic issues in room, but I'm not super picky so it wasn't an issue. Staff was very friendly. Rec room faces the ocean :) Umbrella and beach chair service right there ($35 a day, $60 for 2 days, etc).

It was okay. Ginny at checkin was really nice, extremely helpful. What got me was that I didn't know when I originally booked whether I'd have to stay one night or two, and the second at that time was around $120 and I didnt book, but when I asked about booking the second night after I got there it was $235 for the second night.
Anyway, the room didn't look as fresh and sanitized as I'm used to COVID-era Hilton rooms looking. There were no labels on the door and there was some kind of red spill or something on my bedspread.

Consistent Hampton Inn quality you can and should expect. Good location with a super nice and well trained staff.

Omg this is the best hotel EVER!!!! Our family's first vacation is one for the history books! Rooms are clean and tidy and the balcony is probably the greatest part about it! It looks out over the ocean and if you leave the sliding door cracked u can listen to the waves morning, noon and night!! I absolutely loved it. Not to mention, it's a 30 second walk to the beach from the outside door!! Oh, and I almost forgot to include the lazy river, kids' splash pad, outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tubs and even a little playground! Oh, it was heaven. Cannot WAIT to go back next year!!! LOVED THIS PLACE!

Hotel was not clean. Littered with trash and debris. Halls smelled sour. Sand filled.pools with no clean pool towels.

We loved it. The staff was so nice, the view was awesome, and all the pools were great. We also like how it was positioned on the quieter end of the strip.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very nicely appointed. We had a king room with an ocean view balcony. The free breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a very good variety of food. The pools and access to the beach were very convenient and easy to access. It seems to be located in a more hotel area rather than amusements and souvenier shops which was very nice.

This hotel was great, the stag was friendly and kind. Everyone in the area was helpful! The shuttle drivers were friendly and they take you anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing, different main items each day. Definitely one of the best breakfast included I've had. The beach was right outside and it was gorgeous. The jacuzzi and pool area were amazing, there were about 5 different pools/lazy Rivers. Definitely would stay here again, I recommend it :).

This place was very comforting rooms are very roomy for the price. The morning breakfast was awesome anywhere from fruit to yogurt, fresh made walffes and i love the bagels. Great view from the front of the beach...my only issue was i had no phone service the whole time i have been here the wifi isnt working for my phone i cant make any calls. Other then that have loved my stay.

Wonderful resort! Enjoyed our vacation with our family. Staff was superb and the lazy river was our grandsons favorite thing to do. Definately will come back.!! The ocean sounds magnificent from your balcony and it is beautiful! Thanks for the wonderful memories!!

Beautiful lobby and clean facilities. It's a smaller hotel so definitely not as crowded as other hotels at Myrtle Beach. But the halls and rooms could use an update. The beds we're fairly comfortable, I've slept on worse but not as comfortable as some Hilton hotels.

Great location. Very clean and inviting. Elevators are fast, clean, and efficient. Staff are professional and cherry. View of the beach is the finishing touch.

This place has it all, relaxing atmosphere, great service and that special southern charm that gives you that comfortable at home while away from home feeling. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of selections, with plenty of seating. There s a porch to relax and enjoy the ocean view. Just an all around enjoyable experience. The staff are very accommodating, prompt and professional with any issues.

I don't usually write reviews, but after receiving my phone charger in the mail today that I had left during my stay last week, I felt I needed to share. Great example of southern hospitality.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The customer service team was top notch. Everyone was so kind, especially Ms. Faye. She went over and above to make sure we were pleased. The amenities were great also. Everything was very clean and the lobby is beautiful with lovely views of the ocean. There were rocking chairs on our balcony which just made the oceanfront view even more relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Parking was frustrating, but everything else was nice.

Just walked in to see what it was like and it seemed like a nice place to visit and stay.

The interior and grounds were great and only continental breakfast was served, but we knew that having stayed at Hampton inns before. It was the service and staff that was atrocious. Our air conditioner did not work and after sweltering, they moved us to a different floor just to sleep and we were told not to move our things. Therefore, we were essentially going between 2 floors for the better part of the day. We were told we couldn't stay in the room where the air conditioner worked because someone else was coming in to that room and we had to be out of it by 11 a.m. and back to our non air conditioned room. After talking with the manager on duty, he said that he would have someone in to fix it within the hour. A few hours later he never showed. Going to the front desk yet again, we were given a couple of "free" bottles on water. Apparently this makes the room cooler? About an hour later, the room was fixed. Two days have gone by into our vacation at this point. The manager said he would buy us dinner for our inconvenience. I wasn't sure how this would happen in a hotel without a restaurant. I will spare you the suspense, it didn't. In the end, no compensation for two miserable days, no dinner on them and definitely not a return trip to this particular hotel for me and my family.

This is the cheapest place to stay when you realize what you get. Great room, great staff, super housekeeping, clean parking garage, free breakfast, 7 pools, 2 whirlpools, beach towels, direct beach access, tiki bar by the pools and the whole complex was super clean and always smelled good. Did I mention free breakfast ? It was so good with great variety I'll mention it twice. We had a great week and will do it again real soon.

Great place. Did accommodate ocean front, beautiful hotel/rooms. Nice pool/sauna. Staff would get a 5 for sure! So kind! I would give 4.8 but that's not an option. The reason for not 5 is I called ahead for high floor. They gave me the 3rd floor. Fine, good view. BUT when a family came and checked in while we were she talked them into the 9th floor. Kind of a bummer. But again, 4.8. 5 IF we would have been higher since we called ahead. Still...this will be our go to hotel here!

Nice oceanfront hotel. Standard Hampton breakfast. Friendly staff. Pools are small for the hotel size.

Really enjoyed my stay. Arrived at 11:30 and was called by 12:30 letting me know my room was ready. It was very clean, view was amazing of the beach. My children enjoyed the pools and hot tub. Short distance to Broadway at the Beach. Lastly, great variety for breakfast. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs a vacation.

THEY ABSOLUTELY RUINED MY VACATION. . .DO NOT get what they consider a Jacuzzi rm. It's just a tub for 1 person! My husband n I made that mistake. Was double charged upon arrival an amount over 500$ on vacation. Was offered nothing but an apology for their negligence while I was there.

Stayed here for Columbus day weekend and had a great visit. Price was very fair for a room with a view of the ocean. Complimentary breakfast was awesome! 5 stars for the customer service! Everyone at the front desk was very polite and accomadating. Will definitely be staying with them again.

Me and My family stayed here the week of the July 4th. I will be back! I enjoyed every moment. Breakfast was great, pools were great, staff was great, room was great. Thank you so much!

My wife and I had a very nice stay at Hampton Inn. Everyone was very nice and the Sanctuary Spa was very relaxing. The beach was clean and sandy. The rooms were nice and clean. I forgot my watch and when I called they promptly mailed it to me. I enjoyed everything about our stay and would stay there again.

Beautiful beach view, friendly staff, clean rooms. One thing I would suggest is that water coolers should be provided on each floor especially considering most guests spend long days in the sun. There wasn't even water in the vending machine on our floor.

Very nice. But it's the Hampton; so what else should you expect ? The mattress was a little firm for my taste but that's just me.

Good family place to stay. Lots of pools for the kids. Glad it has 2 breakfast areas for the morning.

Beautiful rooms right on the beach. Great hotel. Only downside is the price of the chairs on the beach.

Room 1216 was a room to die for. You will enjoy this hotel for its views amenities and service. Pools galore! I can not wait to plan my next trip here

Will not be back said we was smokin on balcony but was the wrong one they accused we smelled the smoke also this morning charged me 250.00 I will definitely not be back here bad let down cause we was following the rules

Beautiful location with the great staff that was very friendly and helpful. No yeah restaurant but they do have free breakfast.

My wife and I have come here since the hotel opened. Our comodaton,room service and staff have been always pleasant to both me and my wife every year we come here for our beach vacation. I also want to mention Clyde a staff member whom I have known for several years has always been pleasant,helpful and taking care of my wife and I when we stay every time. He is definitely a tremendous asset to Hampton Inn and Suites in Myrtle Beach South.

Very satisfied with our stay. The kids loved the lazy river plus being right on the beach. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast was filling. Having towels available for the pool area and beach are lifesaver. Nice to have a dry towel. Very nice!!!
