Extraordinary customer service! Very clean room and amazing selection of different pools, inside and out! It was also super convenient being right on the beach!

Second time staying here, it's even better this time!

Trying to change hotel rooms to 3 bedrooms, 9 guest, kitchen and 2 baths. Your system won't allow it. But otherwise , seems ok.

Great Place to stay Free shuttle to and from the airport.

For being a Hampton I must say, BLAH. Breakfast in the morning is the best thing about the place. Even that is just ok for the price you pay to stay here. I'd give it 1 star, but the breakfast staff busts their butts to keep the food full. If you are going to have carpet in your hallways, at least vacuum them daily. I've been here for 3 days now and the same dead roaches are in the same spots. I would have left after the 1st night but it's to much of a pain packing everything back up. After the 1st night we woke up to a dead roach at the door by our bathroom. Well almost dead. I know those aren't a huge deal in the south, but I have stayed in what use to be the Surf Rider back in the day and never once had a roach in my room. The pool area isn't bad, does get a little crowded with kids. There is no where for adults to hang out. Whether it be a small bar over looking the pool so parents can watch their children or something in the hotel. I've stayed in many Hamptons and never was it this dirty feeling.
Also, if you are going to hang an American flag outside can you spent a few bucks and get it's own light? A U.S flag must be lit at night if it is being flown. If not it comes down at dusk. 24 hours it requires it's own light. Also how about some lighting on the balconies? Renovated in 2009 and seems old already

On our trip to and from Orlando we have stayed at hitting properties, and this one is the best yet. Ocean view 2br suite on 9th floor. 7 pools, hot tub, free breakfast and wifi. Walk out to the beach... Super clean rooms, super social and happy staff. Really excellent.

The staff is amazing!! From the front desk to the wonderful and comical shuttle drivers. Everyone made this vacation fantastic for us!!!

My home away from home. Employees are great. The worst thing about it are some of the other guests who like to trash the place.

Found roach immediateky. Staff very nice but rooms are horrible. Beds uncomfortable and people everywhere wuth no masks.

Beautiful! Sleeping by the sound of real ocean waves is amazing. Awesome breakfast each morning room and grounds equally as awesome. Enjoy the tranquility of the sunrise in a beach side room when you go. I know I did.

Pros: Easy to get to, great room overlooking the beach. Many small pools and a lazy river. Easy beach access. Cons: nothing on site. No bars, restaurants, etc. The other disappointment was not being greeted as a diamond member, no amenities. For as expensive as this hotel is, you would think they would have better breakfast service, but it was the same as a Hampton for 20000 points away from the beach. I won't stay there again

Great facilities, seafront, clean, professional staff, friendly and meticulous. Our rooms are large, we can play games, and the breakfast is very good! Highly recommended! I will come again!

Vacation in Myrtle Beach. Oceanside hotel. As a Hilton honors member, I will not be staying here any longer. My daughter was stung by a jelly fish and the Hampton Inn staff has dropped the ball. They offered no help, no advise. They offered nothing!! We we're left to figure the problem out on our own. Other hotel guests offered more help than the Hampton Inn staff did. This, to me, is Unacceptable. From a safety standpoint.

Great place with numerous pools and wonderful breakfast. The staff are particularly nice and welcoming especially the manager, Court!!

Great service, clean rooms, the parking can be tricky in a full size 3/4 ton or larger truck.

Lobby area seemed nice and homey, great view of the beach, pools look nice. Rooms are kind of outdated, but fine.

Pretty sure this used to be a different property. Good breakfast and very nice pecan view rooms. Beds are very comfy and rooms are very well appointed with full size fridge, oven and microwave.

Great property to stay at away from the busier area of Myrtle Beach. Dislike that the beach space in front of the hotel is completely covered with chairs and umbrellas you have to pay $40 to rent. Most were not used. Waste of space, blocks views and is overpriced.

Everyone here is super nice and helpful. The views are breathtaking. It's a very large hotel and I have issues getting lost, but well worth it. Private parking garage is a huge help as well. I can't wait until I need to come back to South Carolina

Staff was great and the hotel was clean and had nice pools. Glad to see the staff checking to make sure trespassers weren't on the facility. Area around it didn't seem that good.

Easy to find. Beautiful complex and very friendly service. We were there using one of their meeting rooms. I would definitely reccomend!

I had booked a stay at a competitor along the beach, but due to distgusting conditions of the rooms there I came to the Hampton (yes, unfortunately I payed for two hotels). The gentleman that checked me was more than accommodating. The rooms here are spotless. When I come back with friends or family I severely doubt ill stay anywhere else.

Courteous staff. Beautiful layout of the hotel. Loved the room decor! Plenty of lounging areas overlooking the beach. Breakfast was very good. Parking secure. Only thing I'd like to see changed is the dreaded Otis elevator system. We stayed on the Penthouse floor and there was always a wait to get either up or down.

My family of three stayed during the third week of June at the Hampton Inn. Our first experience was with Ben who checked us in. He provided us,with the perfect room and made sure we received all the accomodations we requested.
We had a beautiful oceanfront room and we're able to enjoy all the amenities such as: sitting areas with oceanview, complete breakfast, warm cookies in the afternoon. There were fitness facilitues, pools, a spa, and so much more.
All the staff was cournteous and helpful. My family and I especially appreciate how Clyde, the manager, went out of his way to provide a way for us to stay an additional day in our room when the hotel was booked solid. Will definitely stay there again!

We just got back from our stay for a soccer tournament and we were pleasantly surprised! First I have to say that every person on staff that I encountered was 5 star! We had lots of kids and I am sure they were ready for us to leave but were very accommodating and always had a smile and ready to help. It also was our first time to Myrtle Beach and wow! What a great place for a family!! There is so much to do! Too bad we had a soccer tournament and a crazy stormy day on Saturday because we would have done so much more. We definitely want to return and stay at the Hampton Inn Oceanfront. I don't understand why COVID doesn't allow for a hot breakfast but we can fill the pool? I would like to go back when they are operating 100%. The views are incredible! I will agree with another review that the parking garage is a bit confusing. There needs to be more "one way" signs posted as they are only visible on certain sides. Thanks for a great stay! We will definitely return!!

We loved this place. We just spent 4 days here. The beach is great, it wasn't crowded it was clean and a lifeguard is close. The heated pools/lazy rivers were great since it was cool a couple of days. The room was exactly what we needed/wanted. We had the 2bedroom queen/bunkbed room. It was clean and there was plenty of parking for everyone. The only complaint was that the breakfast was non existent because of the covid 19, which isn't their fault. Also, the housekeeping we had no cleaning services the whole time we were there. Since it was such a short stay we didn't really need it. I don't know what their policy is, but a hotel you expect daily cleanings.

Loved staying here especially with having an ocean front room. Family oriented. They have a playground kiddie pool area , 2 lazy rivers and 3 pools. It was such a nice experience. We did have an issue with no power, but they fixed it right away. I would definitely stay here again.

Requested (and paid extra) for ocean view room. Instead I was placed in a room that faces other hotels with a very small glimpse of the ocean. If you want a room with an actual ocean view, I would recommend going elsewhere.The promise of a view was the only reason I picked this hotel over others.

The hotel is not bad, the only thing is it was overbooked to the point where they had to give us a room 2 floors under the other one, this was not a problem as they jad elevators and stairs everywhere, the pools were a tad bit cold, but that might be because of the current weather.

Excellent hotel. The only thing that could better is the neighborhood! However the cleanliness, welcoming staff and the ocean views would make me visit again.

The Hampton Inn was wonderful! Beautifully decorated including a cross made out of shells. Great breakfast! Indoor and out pools, lazy river, hammocks. The snack grill by pool was awesome food and great price. Walk right out on the beach.

Housekeeping great. Breakfast good. Rated too high charge $10.00 day parking. Yankees go home.

Very nice hotel. All staff have been very friendly. The area is clean and updated which is a nice comparison to most of the rest of Myrtle Beach. My family and I would stay here again.

Room was great with a beautiful view of the beach. A little issue with 1 of the elevators but they fixed it right away. Breakfast was free and plentiful

What an amazing place!! There's roughly one million pools and amazing beach access!! Every staff member we spoke with was awesome, and they always were asking if we were happy or if we were enjoying our stay!! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again in the future. Also, we highly recommend the larger room if you have kids. The ability to let them have their own area and TV while you relax was an epic benefit. Enjoy!!

The ocean view from the 11th floor was amazing. Part of the hotel is under renovation, some of the lower south parking was filled with old furniture and carpet. If you didn't see that you probably wouldn't know it was going on. Only downside, the parking spaces are tight for a truck or other full size vehicle.

My husband and I stayed there over Labor Day just for one night. We stayed there just the one night because we had reservation at a Hilton Resort the next day. I have to say other then us just having a one room at the Hampton, we really liked the rooms very bright more like beinging on the beach then the resort. The staff was very nice!!! I also left my laptop & they found it and is going to mail it to me. Thank you to the manager that went out of his way. We will be back for sure.

Very nice hotel. We have stayed there many times over the years. Service cleanliness and breakfast are very good. Pools and lazy rivers are nice. And would recommend staying at this hotel. If you want to stay on the ocean while you're there.

Nice hotel but we could have gotten a better one at a cheaper price.

The first night we found a tick in our room. But other than that it's a great location, they have many pools and a great lobby area with stunning views. The staff are somewhat nice and my kids had a great time.

We really loved our experience at this great hotel. They have 7 pools and hot tubes, a lazy river, and perfect access to the beach. Beach chairs are reservation only for a decent price. 50 for 2 chairs for a few days. The hot tub was kind of gross, there was hair in it and flakes and things. The pools were pretty good. The morning breakfast was stellar. We stayed on the 14th floor and the balconys were amazing. Had a bed on the balcony that was great to lay on and just think, pray, and view the beauty of the world around us. The beach is watched my staff, which is good.
