One of the best hotels in the Myrtle Beach area. Classy style and friendly staff. It has all the flavor that anyone would want while at the beach. From the lobby to the rooms, to the pool, to the views, you can't go wrong. They also work with the community as well.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Convenient parking deck at the hotel makes coming and going easy. Suites are large, clean, and comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean. Plenty of places to sit and talk on the terrace. Many delicious choices for breakfast, both hot and cold.

Passing through Myrtle Beach on our road trip we stayed at the Hampton Inn. Very appealing from the street. Like the parking garage entrances directly into the hotel 1st floor. It's a shame we ended up with cool and windy weather. Significant waves. I had yet to set foot into the Atlantic and that is what I managed to do, set my feet in for a short walk. Too dangerous to venture in for a swim. An older building but well maintained and clean. Took the front desk staffs recommendation for dinner location and was pleased. Good complimentary breakfast as it always is at a Hampton Inn. Ahhhh biscuits and gravy. (don't eat that in Canada, Eh!) Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located! The indoor and outdoor pool areas were a plus as well. The downside was the quality of service. While I do understand Covid restrictions, guests should have the option to have their rooms cleaned during their stay. I was told at check-in that staff was not allowed in rooms to clean. On day 2 of our stay another guest in our party asked housekeeping about cleaning and was told they do it upon request. I called front desk and asked if our room could at least be vacuumed and was told that they would try to get someone, but worst case scenario would be that I could come get a vacuum and do it myself. I was floored! I didn t come on vacation to clean. I came to get a break. Needless to say, I won t be returning to this property and will ask beforehand about cleaning processes before booking another hotel during this pandemic.

I absolutely love the oceanfront views!!! I did not feel like the room was the cleanest. The lobby and dining area is so adorable and I love the look and atmosphere I just wish they put the same effort in those areas into their rooms! The pool did not look clean I did not want to swim in them! I wish the balcony door had a screen door as I had birds almost coming into my room! I had a great experience and didn t want to leave!

Good location. The check in was easy, the front end lady was nice and friendly. The room was very clean heck whole property was clean they are doing a good job of covid procedures. This property might not have all the bells and Whistles but I can tell you that this place is definitely cleaner than some of the other hotels around. I have been to many of the hotels on the strip and have seen some pretty bad rooms. They do have free WI fi at free parking in the parking is on the property unlike some places where you have to walk a block. They also have a grab and go breakfast available. Also forgot to mention the water pressure in the shower is good hate going to a hotel and the pressure is very low

June 18-23, 2018 We loved this hotel, the view, the rooms and staff, the food,,, but the racial vibe is strong with guest. I am African American,, so you know what I mean,, even though you have a beautiful hotel to stay at you get a since from the other guest that you do not belong. ***Beware they have a sign in the parking lot area that states park at your own risk, when we checked out,, we did not know until we were on the way home to DC,,, four hours onto 95 that someone had tampered with our car driver side wheel,, loosen all the lovenuts,, so much so that we could have had a major accident. We lost a tire. We had to go into another hotel and wait for the damages to our vehicle to be repaired. Also when I called back to the hotel to ask the manager to look at the tapes to see the person who did it,, all he said was the tapes were too blurry. My family and I could have lost our lives. Prior to driving from the hotel after checkout , my husband noticed a set of earphones left by the driver side wheel. He thought it was odd but brushed it off. I love Myrtle beach and everything about the hotel except our negative encounter. Think twice before staying at this location because if you are African American it could cost you your life like it almost did with my family and I. 2years prior to this event, my siblings and nieces and nephews stayed at this hotel and someone put chunks of broken glass in the pool which caused my niece to cut her foot while swimming in the pool. Stay at your own risk!

My wife & I stayed here two nights for our honeymoon, it was perfect. The staff were very friendly. The room was fresh and clean, bathroom was clean and roomy. Easy access to the multiple pools they have and to the beach.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Karon. He had a big, beautiful, warm smile on his face and greeted me and my husband with a firm handshake. My husband and I were there celebrating our 14th anniversary, and Karon upgraded us to a king, oceanfront room, and offered complementary champagne to celebrate the occasion. We don't drink, but it was a very nice gesture. Karon thanked us for being Hilton Rewards members and gave us clear information on all that was available to us. This was our first time on this end of Myrtle Beach, but it will not be our last.
Our room was very clean, fresh smelling, inviting. We were very pleased with the hottub and heated pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The halls were quiet and other guests were friendly as we passed them in the halls.
The associate who shared the condo tour information with us was very friendly as well. She provided a lot of helpful information (local sites/dining) to us to help celebrate our anniversary. Over all I sayeveryone did their part in making sure we had the time of our life while we were on site.
The breakfast selection was awesome. The service staff was very attentive and helpful. They kept everything fresh and clean. My husband and I will definitely return and stay longer next time.
The only bad part about this getaway was that we didn't have more time to spend away from home.

I tried checking into our room around 11 AM that day because my family and I arrived early to Myrtle Beach. I stood at the check-in counter for a few minutes before 3 employees acknowledged that I was even there. When I tried checking in they informed me that my room wasn t ready yet which was fine and they told me that they would put me on a priority list and call me a soon as it was finished being cleaned. My family and I went down to the beach and around 230pm I decided to give them a call because I wanted to see if our room was ready. When I called they said it was ready and I asked them when they were going to call me to inform me of that since I was on the priority list to be called and the lady said she didn t know in a very not so caring voice. When we got into the room it was decent but not for the price paid. It was a suite room and the size was decent, the balcony was oceanfront however the beds were dirty and there was even sand in the bed that I slept in. Like I understand we are at the beach, but stand, in the bed? Is that not what housekeeping cleans for? I woke up with a rash on the back of my neck. The ladder going to one of the bunkbeds was literally broken and one of my children could have fallen off of it if someone wasn t holding it as they climbed on it. The people working the customer service counter were never friendly and seemed bothered by your presence. Breakfast was not good either but that was the smallest issue. This is my second time being disappointed by Hilton and for sure the last time I will be staying at one, period.

This hotel is right on the beach and each room comes with a balcony facing the ocean with rocking chairs. They have multiple pools and hammocks to hangout in if you don't want to go to the beach. The room was very nice and clean. We had no problems with anyone on the staff-- most went over and beyond expectations. Our flight was very early in the morning, and they were willing to drive us at 3:30am. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and we will be back here!

Great room, clean bathroom, good breakfast, friendly staff. The check in staff even remembered my husband's name hours after check in,and I'm sure he had checked in tons of people since then. My three year olds had a blast in the pools. There was also a tiki bar and a food truck set up for snacks and lunch. Prices were pretty reasonable. Loved that we could walk right to the beach. It was also nice to come straight back and be able to wash off at the wash off stations they had at the pool area. Lobby was beautiful also. My kids cried when we left, they didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back.

Wow what an awesome place with awesome staff! So pleasant and professional but not stuck up. Here for 2 nights on business. Off season and they gave me a wonderful upgrade. Very convenient but not noisy. Free parking garage attached is a little tight. Great, free breakfast. Great views! Absolute wonderful stay!

It was my second year going on Thanksgiving week. I was once again very happy with the friendly environment. The whole hotel including the rooms are always so clean and inviting. The breakfast is delicious every morning. Planning on going again next year.

Overall: Overall, this is a very good hotel. The downstairs is very nice and has a fun theme. The overall layout of the hotel is confusing and parking can be a bit annoying. Amenities include several indoor/outdoor pools as well as a lazy river. The employees truly make this a special hotel.

Rooms: Rooms are clean and nice. Not very comfortable beds but adequate space. The rooms are a bit dated (carpet, furniture, etc) but overall are clean.

Lobby/Restaurant: The downstairs lobby/interior has a beach theme of a family beachhouse, but in a classy way. They have really maintained this property well (the lobby, etc) and it has the feel of a newer hotel. This hotel has a typical Hampton breakfast... waffles, eggs/pre-made omelettes, one meat and toast/pastries. Pretty much on par with all other Hamptons. The dining area is interesting because there is one on each side (north/south tower), meaning there are also two breakfast areas. When we stayed, they made the same stuff on both sides with a variation of waffles (blueberry v.s. Chocolate).

Service: The employees truly make this a special hotel. K-Ron at the front desk is truly a special employee that we look forward to seeing each trip. He really makes this hotel something special for us. They really go out of their way torecognize diamond members and it really means a lot.

I ve had horrible experiences with hotels/resorts near or on beaches BUT the Hampton exceeded my expectations. Booking online was easy, checking in was easy. A kind woman at the front desk was even able to check us in early since we arrived in town very early. We booked the oceanfront king suite with kitchen and it was absolutely amazing. The view from our room was beautiful and the room itself was spacious and clean. The service was professional and guest services responded to all requests almost immediately. Parking was free and it was convenient to be able to park on the floor we stayed on. Direct beach access and there are 3 pools. The location of the hotel was close to everything. There is a Walmart just 2 min away and plenty food options surrounding.

My only suggestion would be for the balconies to be cleaned routinely also. Would absolutely stay here again however.

I am disabled, in a wheelchair. The hotel was very accommodating to my needs. The room was suitable for the disabled. My only complaint would be the disappointment of the breakfast. No bacon???

First all let me say that we have stayed at this hotel more than 10 different times. However this was not our best experience. I understand covid restrictions But was never told about the breakfast situation. The places seem dirty and starting to loose its luster. Tile in our bathroom was missing, lamp was rusty, cabinet where refrigerator is was damaged, and bird droppings all of the balcony. It wasn t even usable. Just not what it used to be. I m hoping that it s due to covid and lack of maintenance. You had to request towels and they wouldn t come in your room(understandable). The maid said she had 6 floors to do by herself. It shows!!! We will stay here again. But if things hasn t changed by then it will be our last!!! Sorry Hampton for this review. We love staying at your hotels and this one is our favorite. Please get the hotel back to the standards it once was.

ALL YOU HEAR IS CHOPPERS! Want peaceful sounds of the ocean waves & happy beach goers? Not here. The helicopter tours pass by -- no exaggeration-- every 20 - 58 seconds. Yes I timed them.

I think housekeeping is out the window anymore, especially in high tourism areas like Myrtle Beach. Hair in tub, hair in comforter, & drawers. But excusing the flithiness assuming due to a shortage of staff, this was not the worst part, it's the noisy choppers. The location is excellent, staff is nice, & ocean views are perfect otherwise.

This is a fantastic property located on the grand stand in Myrtle Beach, SC. The oceanfront rooms have amazing sunrise views of the Atlantic Ocean visible from the balcony. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with any questions.

This is by far my favorite hotel in Myrtle Beach. It's a decent ways away from all the hubbub of the pavilion and main street with the arcade and Ripley's but close enough that you don't mind the walk/ride. Hotel staff is very friendly but WiFi is an issue. I recommend siging up for Hilton Honors program so you get the upgraded wifi for free. Otherwise you'll have to pay for it. The pool area is great! 8 pools and a Jacuzzi pool as well. Great family atmosphere and resort type feel without all the hype of "Hey! We're a resort" advertisement. Awesome Breakfast that is continuously well stocked. You won't be sorry about staying here.

My wife and I stayed two nights in a two bedroom, one bath suite. It was very clean and the view of the ocean was great. The breakfast was excellent and included many different items. The hotel staff was also very good. The only complaints we had were the sofa and chair were very uncomfortable and the rooms were a little "pricey", but everything else was fine. We would stay there again.

Hampton Inn Suites was like home. Very comfortable and clean. We checked into this hotel as last minute, and they we're able to accommodate our needs Staff were friendly and welcoming. Loved the rocking chairs out on balcony.

My family and I just returned from a trip to South Carolina, which included stays in Charleston and Myrtle Beach. In MB, we stayed 4nights at the Hampton Inn & Suites and loved it. We got a 2 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront suite, which was perfect for our family. The accomodations were large, comfortable and so very clean. The oceanfront location was perfect and my daughter couldn't get enough of the lazy rivers and 9 pools. The staff was very pleasant and helpful in offering up golfing and dining choices. My only dissapointment was in the hot breakfast. We've stayed at other Hampton Inns and found their selection and quality of the breakfast items to be better. But, still would highly recommendation this hotel.

T.V went in and out the whole time we were here...lady told me when I reserved the room that check in was at 4pm but if I were here earlier they would let us have an available room .....wrong they will not let you check in until after 4....other than those 2 small issues we very much enjoyed our stay.
