The staff went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed, and the room couldn't have been nicer.

Beautiful view from top floor balcony. Good free breakfast in morning. Hotel staff was very accommodating & room was very clean.

Stayed here the night of December 14th, 2020. Room was clean! We got a suite with 1 king room and 1 queen room and a living room. The room also had a balcony which was so worth it because it looked right out over the ocean! The room was a great price for how big it was (probably because it s off season). The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful! The location is wonderful, I took a night walk on the beach which is right in front of the hotel. The only complaint I have is to please change the water bottles in the vending machines!!! Dasani is the worst water you can drink!!! Also the elevators smelled a little musty. Other than that everything was perfect, and the huge Christmas tree in the lobby is beautiful!

My husband and in-laws visited Myrtle Beach for Columbus day weekend and stayed at this Hampton Inn location. The location is wonderfully placed on the beach itself but very far from Myrtle Beach's tourist center; certainly need a taxi or an Uber to visit the boardwalk and shops. The hotel is clean and sports a very beachy/nautical vibe. Parking was provided by the hotel at no extra cost (a simple rear view hanging tag was provided for our car). The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring guests are content. Rooms are standard and clean - my husband and I generally visit Hilton hotels but noticed this room had a delightfully fresh and clean scent. We also noticed a very strong water pressure in the bathroom something not usual in all hotels large and small. All Hampton Inn locations supply breakfast which is comparable to other locations the chain boasts. Overall a pleasent visit with no complaints. Based on the demographic we saw during our visit this is a great location for midsize families with young children. Should you be interested in spending a lot of time in the main tourist locations I would recommend taking a look at other closer hotel locations.

So awesome, this is the best of the best, period! The entire staff is the best that Hilton has to offer.

Room 142. Sept 9-13 2019. Very clean. AC was super quiet. Loved the place. Right on the beach. Great location for wanting to go north or south Myrtle at any time.

I have been to this hotel 3 times and I enjoyed staying there. The staff was very friendly and I liked the lobby room. It had delicious breakfast and great drinks as well. The rooms are nice, and has a great ocean view. I recommend people to stay at this hotel.

We have gone to this hotel every summer for the past 3-4 years. maybe even longer. I LOVE this hotel. Rooms always clean, comfortable, and cozy. Hotel has everything you need and more. Works good for a teen like me (even being 18, I m still excited) along with grandparents. They enjoy just as much as I do. Truly a hotel for everyone! I would highly recommend. Also the breakfast is great & pools are always much fun.

Right on the water! Even though it was February during my stay I was able to leave the balcony door on my 10th floor ocean view room open and enjoy the sounds of the surf all evening. The beach is about 100ft from the back of the hotel. Parking is very convenient. The pools looked great although I did not have a chance to use them. Breakfast was standard but the dining area has a good view of the water. I was there in the off season but it looks like you would be right in the middle of the action during the summer.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The complimentary breakfast had different menu everyday, the staff went out of their way to make us feel like VIP. And though our days at Myrtle Beach were rainy days, the kids still got to enjoy the indoor pool as well as the heated outdoor pool. And I got to reflect, read and write while the kids were enjoying the waters. This is where we are going anytime we go to Myrtle Beach.

Long story short... they lied about booking to get us to book and their lie cost us $450. Customer service was useless and told us since we didn't have "receipts" of who we talked to and when that they wouldn't help us. After 5+ years of using Hilton brands for work and personal, we will be using up our points and then never using them again.

Not your average Hampton Inn! This is a two tower hotel with two separate breakfast buffet, both excellent, and 7 pools. The access to the beach is unmatched and the general ambiance is just fantastic for a weekend beach getaway.

Rooms were just okay. Fingerprints on the walls and not even a keurig coffee maker. Way way overpriced for what you get.

My family and I spent our Spring break here and it was home away from home. The facilities were clean and the hotel is conveniently located next to everything a family needs. What stood out the most was we left a tablet and wallet with money mistakenly. The house keeping staff not only secured it but happily mailed it to us the very next day, free of charge. Absolutely, nothing was missing! Feels good to experience great warmth of hospitality and trustworthiness.

First visit to this Hilton property. One of best I have stayed at, and I have been to many all over the country. Staff was outstanding and so very friendly. The breakfast was great with such variety, the staff went out of their way to make sure every selection stayed stocked. The rooms were well kept, everything worked, the balconies with rocking chairs was perfect for the location.

The rooms were pretty nice, we were on the 2nd floor so the view was not as good and you could hear all the conversations and noise from the pool area below.

The hotel was nice. It's huge. Parking was easy and the view from our room was amazing (see pic). We had two rocking chairs on the balcony, which was a nice touch (over and above just sitting chairs). Breakfast was decent, although options were still extremely limited (nothing hot) and there was one toaster and one microwave for the entire hotel. Sometimes it required a wait.

The pools were nice, but the outdoor pools were too cold to swim in. Here's where the bad news comes in. I saw another reviewer posted about the same thing, but they were horribly dirty - diapers, plastic bags, paper bags (see pic), leaves, cigarettes, etc. (see pic of the large paper bag in the pool). In addition, there was a giant hole in the shotcrete in the infant pool. (again, see pic) This could cause serious injury should a child cut their foot on the undoubtedly sharp edges.

Overall, this was a nice hotel. I would stay here again, but it does need some work - despite it being "off-season," I expected a little better.

Not enough employees at registration, parking is bad, our was ok. Nice location.

The room I picked had an amazing view, problems I encountered was the toilet is broken so my husband had to fix it and the strong smell of weed on floor I was in was really strong for a non smoking hotel,also I was a charged a random amount of money and when I asked the front desk they didn t even know why, they said since I had card on file, when the computer did an audit at midnight, the charge was made for no reason so watch your bill!!

Rooms were very nice. All of the staff was friendly and welcomed us 'home'. Breakfast was delicious and they had quite the variety for a continental breakfast including waffles, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, bacon, potatoes. They had two lazy rivers, several pools and hot tubs both inside and outside.

No problems. Everything is clean, nicely organized, service is great. Only the wifi is not the best but it's okay for casual surfing.

Retired snowbirds nest here in winter. Some come for months. Newly remodeled 2016. On ocean front. Breakfast, entertainment, shuttle.

I have stayed at this hotel everytime I visit Myrtle Beach. I have never been disappointed with my stay. The hotel is beautifully designed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The suite rooms are great as it allows the option of cooking my own food instead of eating out all the time. The breakfasts are really good at this hotel. There are many pools to choose from to swim in. (for all types of swimmers) Access to the beach is super easy. There is plenty of parking in the multi-levelled parking structure.

Great view. Continental Breakfast was delicious. Cozy and comfortable stay at the Hampton inn. No complaints.

Got a 2 br suite overlooking the beach. Clean room and hotel. Breakfast buffet was tasty and included eggs, meat, and potato in addition to the usual breads and waffles. Nice experience.

Great rooms right on the ocean. Wonderful breakfast every morning included with rooms. Beautiful pools hot tubs and lazy river. Check out the food truck for lunch, all food cooked to order and chicken tacos are delicious. Also bar next to it has wonderful frozen drinks! I would definitely stay again!

Excellent location and within walking distance to many restaurants, even more within a short drive. Four pools (one of them a "lazy river"). Breakfast has a wide selection, love the smoothies!

Had a blast staying here, everything is clean and the staff is great.

I recently stayed here on business and my only disappointment is with the front desk. When my coworkers asked where was the nearest 7/11 they was told that during off season they don't recommend them walking due to crime. I asked and she sent me up the same dark street and I was almost robbed. As I told my coworkers that's when I learned they was told that by the front desk. I wondered why would the front desk warn everyone but me. What's different about me...I guess I'm African American I should be ok walking dark streets.

Excellent rooms, super spacious. This hotel has seven pools, some indoor which is excellent in bad weather. The view from the rooms is amazing!

I accidentally forgot one of my bags and didn't realize it until I got home 3hrs away. Called the hotel and was given the run around about the forever 21 bag with quite a few valuable items in it. The staff showed no sense of empathy what so ever, from the front desk agent to the house keeping staff. They were items that I know wouldn't have been just thrown away. So your welcome to whomever cleaned the room and kept all of the items that were left over. Most definitely won't be staying there again.

This is an amazing place to stay with so many amenities.

Room was suite with fantastic view of the beech. Parking and pool conveniently located, although only one elevator worked for the entire south towwr, long wait times. Free breakfast was great with its magnificent view of the ocean and naugtical decor.

Wow! Very clean, staff are very accomodating and helpful...I mean you could just be sitting in a chair and they would ask if you needed anything. Super views, relaxing environment. I'm a pretty picky person and it's hard to give 5 stars...., but this one is my pick!!

Good view from our balcolny. Friendly people and a short pull from parking lot to room,pool,beach or the street. Decent breakfast and room space. Would stay again
