Don't waste your time and money with them, their only attention is to get your payment first and then if you have a complain or you are losing your time they, hit your head in the wall you will not get any single AED from your money, for 8 classes my kid is repeating the same lesson !!!!! no single improvement, I tried to contact their management i received a email from the same trainer, and till now no one from their higher team is care to response, so I am forced to waste my kids time because I am not able to get my money

Our son has developed his swimming tremendously. Starting formal lessons as a 4 year old, his ability and progress has been very impressive in such a short time. Now three years on and with only one lesson a week, commencing as a novice and non-swinmer level, he has progressed to now being able to swim in all four styles!

Hamilton has excellent coaches and the management and professionalism by Georgia in particular has been very considerate and appreciated.

The online portal is very helpful in enabling bookings, rearrangement and catchup classes too.

Highly recommend Hamilton Aquatics if you are wanting your child(ren) to learn to swim in Dubai!

I have been swimming in Hamilton with my children for ten years and they have always been characterized by their seriousness, discipline and professionalism in all aspects. Their coaches are very professional and always ready to help. During the quarantine, their professionalism has been unquestionable, they made the swimmers continue to be active online at no cost to the parents and on the return to the pools they have acted with the seriousness and professionalism that characterizes them. They are a star team.

If you are looking for a professional, serious swim club then Hamilton Aquatics is for you. My child started with Hamilton from a very young age and every coach and interaction we've had over the years has always been positive. I've always compared choosing the right swim club is like choosing the right school for my child. We chose Hamilton Aquatics on its reputation, professionalism, structure and belief in bringing out the best in every child's potential. Hamilton Aquatics has consistent, experienced coaches and over the years I have trusted their evaluations, the coaches techniques and confidence that squad placements are based on the professionalism and expertise of the coaches and management in a fair and transparent process. The squad sessions are fun and the competitions are challenging. What started out as joining Hamilton for learning to swim, water safety and technique, turned into a passion for the sport that has allowed my daughter to find a perfect balance to her academics and elite swimming from primary right throughout high school. Well structured swimming program for all ages and levels.

My daughter joined Hamilton s intense summer program back in July and was picked to join their Development squad soon after. I was really impress with quality of teaching and friendly approach by the coaches towards parents and kids.

I was also extremely impress how club is following the Covid regulations in order to keep everyone safe

Hamilton is a great environment for the kids who are keen on improving their swimming capabilities and especially who wants to be a part of a swimming squad. I believe my son's squad coach, Coach Rory has an important role to make them feel a part of the team while pushing them to make their best, too. I'd recommend to stick to one coach/ one swimming venue as much as possible as sometimes communication at the beginning of the terms may be a little bit of a problem but knowing the coach and being in contact with them would help to solve any issue regarding to that.

Our son had joined Hamilton Aquatics one month ago. Starting from the evaluation session until now, Mr.Esam s approach and communication is showing a true sportsmanship and a gentleman behaviour. As per my experience, I can rest assure you that his way of coaching & engaging the young swimmers via his diligent style in teaching and being a true partner for responding parent s request, are providing an outstanding customer experience. Our son, has significantly improved under his supervision from only able to swim free style to expanding to all 4 styles. Most importantly, he is willing to learn more and he himself is feeling that he is progressing from time to time right after he joined Mr.Esam s class.

As a parent, I also feel the same that his improvement is not by coincidence but coming from a strong role model like Mr. Esam. Because previously, we had one year experience with an other swimming club, but none of us didn t feel it that way. Swimming was a subtle enjoyment for my son, which your course transformed this to, under the coaching of Mr.Esam, enjoyment plus the skill development . A huge thank you for that!

On top of that, rest of the supporting team inside the swimming pool areas are extremely careful to be fully obliged to COVID related regulations. Relentlessly, the team is cleaning up every single touch point with disinfectants over and over again, not allowing anyone to touch the door by opening/closing the door by themselves when needed, welcoming everyone with hand sanitisers, limiting the number of the parents inside with extreme caution for safety distancing. Well done team!

As note: I am extremely happy with the decision i took to bring my two beloved ones to Hamilton Aquatics! Overall team's approach , especially, big kudos to Mr. Esam for being a true " coach and a teacher " for my bigger one as I previously documented above. I have another son going together with his brother to a lower level and i will leave an other positive feedback once i have time to write down my observations.

Best swimming academy in Dubai, my kids swim with hamilton since they were 3 years old and they are now 11 & 8. Great progress I notice every year. Amazing management of the situation during covid-19. They were doing virtual classes for kids to keep them active and in touch with their coaches. Highly recommending it.

Wanted to take my daughter but after my research and talking to my circle of friends (who are disappointed) they over commit and provide no access to coaches when you as parents like to see and discuss your child s progression during the long route. They are maybe understaff and with too many students to coach. I have changed my mind.

My 8 year old daughter has been going to Hamilton Academy since the last 4 years. She started off as a non swimmer and has progressed through levels. She is now in foundation squad.

The team is extremely diligent and helps her keep discipline and focus on techniques.

Even during the Covid-19 lockdown they were constantly supporting kids fitness by virtual workouts which kept my daughter active all throughout.

She has been selected to represent her school swimming squad as well which makes me very proud as a parent.

She loves to swim and all thanks to the amazing team at Hamilton. Big shout out to Coach Rory for always motivating and encouraging her to go the extra mile!

Hamilton is like driving a BMW but without the good service and support. Imagine visiting the BMW showroom or service center and you feel unwanted, unvalued and unappreciated as a customer.
But you continue to drive the BMW because of its quality and reliability. I think they can improve their communication style with the parent and not favor some over others.

For the best long term competitive training for swimming in the UAE, I would definitely tell you to go to Hamilton. I have two sons that started at age 6 and 7 at Hamilton. In a period of four years, they have moved 8 levels from Learn to Swim, into the Development Squads and now into the Performance Pathway. The coaches are fantastic and it is evident how strong the program is by the number of older competitive swimmers coming to Hamilton from the other clubs in town. Parents needed to know that kids need training 2 to 3 times per week (just like in football) to be successful at a sport. As kids age, the commitment in swimming is intense, but this is what it takes to achieve excellence. Hamilton is the club that will take your child from Learn to Swim to collegiate swimming. I highly recommend them.

Hi everyone. I would like to share a short story of my Hamilton Aquatics journey.
I am an athlete- captain of the Tanzania national swimming team. I trained in Tanzania for a few years. As an athlete, i knew i had to be exposed to a much better training facility and environment if i was to get better.
A year before the 2016 Olympics, i got an offer from Hamilton Aquatics to fly to Dubai and train with Coach Ash. Nothing was the same ever since. Their world class coaching staff and facilities have helped me break boundaries, break national records and most importantly- flying to Brazil for the 2016 Rio Olympic games. It was a dream come true. Thanks to HA, I am an Olympian forever and now working as a swimming teacher

Hamilton Aquatics has become a part of our family, with our eldest having started six years ago in Foundation Stage as we had arrived in Dubai. Now he stands one step away from the top squad. Hamilton has helped him attain national level recognition, and now our second child is also rising up the ranks thanks to the best swim coaching available in UAE. Despite the pressure of being a swim parent, the club has undoubtedly added not just skill and stamina to our children, it has also endowed their personalities with incredible attitude, teamwork, resilience par excellence, and a respect for all those around us.

The coaching staff at Hamilton is nothing short of the best, which is why we had no hesitation in now enrolling our youngest (3 years old) in the club's extremely well-run Learn-to-Swim program.

Personality development, opportunities to compete regularly against the best swimmers from all across the Middle East, and even international swim meet participation trips make this one of the best and most competitive swim clubs in the Middle East. The club has also given its young swimmers the opportunity to meet world and Olympic champions like Chad Le Clos and Adam Peaty, to learn from their experiences. It is no small measure of a testament to the club's standing in the swimming community, that these world class swimmers always come to train at Hamilton Aquatics facilities whenever they are in the UAE.

As Adam Peaty said on one of his visits, Hamilton Aquatics has the best junior coaching staff he has ever come across. This, in itself, should be enough of an endorsement for Hamilton Aquatics, and we wholeheartedly concur.

Extremely lousy service, 1) you can only reach them over whatsapp, no phone calls 2) the time they take to respond on whatsapp is on average 6-8 hours, you message them today, they will respond tomorrow. 3) they are inconsistent in their messages, i was availing an offer of 20%, when i told them that they responded saying well thats only for staff at GEMS, not for parents, which is so not true because GEMS sent the offer to the parents, not staff. When i pushed back they responded saying, well the offer was only available on a Saturday and you wanted to sign up your kids on a Friday, 1 day before the offer. Of course over the weekend they don t respond on the whatsapp so by the time they responded it was Sunday. Long story short, extremely bad service! i was planning to sign both my kids, but now I m m going to Speedo, the service there is great! And they gave me a discount for enrolling both my kids.

Can highly recommend Ella and the team at Hamilton Aquatics. Coaches ensure a respectful, friendly relationship with the kids combined with the right level of practical correction and instruction. Great choice of swimming venues. Easy-to-use online booking and feedback/swimmer progression system. Most recently, they've taken all practical precautions to protect children, parents and coaches during the pandemic.

Highly recommend this swimming club. My daughter tried several other clubs including a private lesson, but nothing can be compared with Hamilton Aquatics. I can say this is one of the best swimming clubs in Dubai. Their system is well organized and coaches are very professional and qualified. I m very happy to see my daughter s progress. She really enjoys being in a pool and is proud of herself as a squad member. Special thanks to coach Rory. He is a great trainer and motivator. Lastly, two thumbs up for an amazing job of getting the kids back to the pool in a safe environment.

The Coaches are very friendly and also strict. They give honest feedback about the student. The training technique and method's are very well sort of things. They are very transparent and communication is seem-less. Kids get lot of exposure to swimming technique and performance.

Best swimming club in Dubai hands down. We have swam at other clubs over the years (I have four kids) but Hamilton are the most organized, professional and have a good program in place for progressing swimmers depending on their individual desires and talents.

Great place to learn how to swim or training. Many locations around Dubai, very professional teachers & coaches.

This is definitely the club to swim with if you are looking to swim professionally/competitively. Serious training, a huge number of locations and highly qualified coaches - the perfect mix for excellent results. We have three of our children training with them and we are very happy with the way they have progressed. They have an excellent online portal which makes bookings, payments, etc much easier than other clubs we have interacted with over the years. They are comparatively more expensive than others in the market but definitely worth it if you are looking to train professionally.

Both my kids have been part of the Hamilton Aquatics family for several years and our experience has always been extremely positive.

My two eldest Lilly and jad have been in the squad program for a couple of years now and their progress has been remarkable. Their coach Rory is dedicated to the progress of the swimmers in his squads and feedback and mentoring is exceptional. Superb Swimming Club!
Honest, easy to communicate with and very professional. They care about each swimmer and are serious (in a fun way for kids) about teaching good technique and sport discipline. My daughter has been swimming with Hamilton for the past 4 years and she loves Hamilton and the coaches she has had over this period. In addition, Hamilton has been incredibly responsive, flexible, and transparent in scheduling, planning and communicating with parents in a timely manner from day one during these uncertain Covid times. They have considered everyone's personal situation and have not taken financial advantage from member families. Definitely a trustworthy company with very supportive, responsible and skilled coaches.

They are only interested to payments, prices are high quality is low.
They scheduled an assessment, we arrived on time but nobody was available to do that.

My son has just left Hamilton Aquatics to go to university in the US for his freshman year joining the university swim team with a swim scholarship.
He started swimming with HA 10 years ago joining a development squad for the first time. Over the years, he has gone through HA's different squads. Hamilton Aquatics has taught him discipline and focus and I can say that the coaching is excellent. He has swam in numerous National competitions and represented his country several times at junior level.

My 10 year old daughter has been swimming with Hamilton since the age of 5. Coaches are very professional and motivated which in turn motivates the kids. She progressed from learn to swim program and now swims in the squad program. Coach Rory is a great mentor and understands every child's shortcomings and pushes them to believe in themselves and get better. During covid since the pools were shut, they made sure kids were kept fit with land training over zoom. It just says alot about Hamilton. U cannot find a better club than Hamilton!

We have tried many other clubs over the past 10 years we have been living here and they are the best in the UAE by far

We have been with Hamilton Aquatics for more than two years. This week we had an issue with their program administration, which exposed a lack of organization, a lack of consideration for families, and a lack of accountability. We received a call last week, stating that the location of my daughter's swimming classes would be moved for three days. I agreed to this, and requested that they confirm the change with an email. No email was ever received. Yesterday, when we showed up at the new location, she was allowed to swim there, but we were directed to a third school for today. I called the office, requesting a call back. No one ever called me back. Today, when we showed up to the third school, my wife was regarded with suspicion by the coaching team. When she called the office, the gentleman refused to give his name, and was rude, insinuating that no one had ever called us to change the location of the classes. To add to the amount of effort, I had to have three telephone conversations with "Coach Tom," who, while behaving civilly, was ultimately unable to identify why I had been called with a location change, nor was he able to offer me a full refund for the remaining days because of a 30% penalty clause in Hamilton's terms and conditions. Overall, I am disappointed that they were not able to stand behind their own team, nor take accountability for their own actions. This experience has convinced never to contract Hamilton Aquatics services again, and we are upset and exhausted from the whole thing.

This is the 4th year my kids will be swimming at Hamilton and the 4th swim school they have attended in Dubai. All the coaches we have had over these 4 years have been professional , encouraging and take the time to explain what can be done to improve. It is a legitimate program and kids are not simply moved up because they have been swimming for a long time. I have one small critic which is that communicating through the office/ administrator is not always efficient. However, as a swim school I would rate Hamilton excellent overall.

We have our three kids in Hamilton DSO and it really is the best swim club in Dubai. The coaches are highly qualified, our kids have all progressed smoothly through the levels from beginner to squads and, most importantly, they really enjoy their swimming at Hamilton. The club have also done an amazing job of getting the kids swimming again in a safe environment following lockdown. Highly recommended.

I stopped sending my child to them as they keep changing their trainers without prior notice and whatever excellent swimming techniques my child learned from his previous trainer at another swimming academy is gone to waste thanks to Hamilton. I wish his previous trainer hadn t moved, that s why I had to put him in Hamilton which was a horrible decision. My son no longer wants to attend Hamilton classes.

They have a very long process of training the kids to get them to the next level only because they have no clue about what each kid has learned. They keep changing the age groups, the trainers & basically aren t accountable for refunds once the amount is paid. The trainers will only message you to get the money for each term and won t even update you on the child s progress as they brush of the conversation saying that you can check your child s progress on the website.

I m truly disappointed for having wasted my time and money for more than a year with these people. Most of their trainers are very rude and unprofessional.

Hamilton has taught my daughter independence, prior to joining, my then 11 year old daughter relied on the us to get her swim equipment together and carry it for her as well. She now does this all willingly herself. Have to say during lock down I was really impressed how the coaches motivated the kids via zoom, whether it was land training, motivational talks or just small projects which they had to carry out.

My 3 children have been swimmers at Hamilton Aquatics for the last 9 years and I would highly recommend the club without any hesitation. Firstly, the quality of swim coaching is exceptional with a close eye on technique but also developing strength and speed. The swim meets (mostly held at the impressive Hamdan facility) are always efficiently run and well organised and swimmers get plenty of feedback on things to celebrate as well as things to work on for next time. Secondly, the coaches do a great job at nurturing positive behaviour in the swimmers - being a polite, respectful, hardworking team player is a non-negotiable and keeping up with school work alongside being a committed athlete is expected from everyone. Thirdly, the Hamilton organisation is very impressive in its attitudes towards swimmers, parents and staff. I can honestly say that their approach to navigating the COVID pandemic has been exceptional and coaches are always available to discuss concerns. My two eldest sons have both been recruited to Ivy League Universities as swimmers and they are both very grateful for everything that Hamilton's coaches have done to support them on this journey.

My girls (12) & (10) years old have been with the club about 3 months now and have loved it from day 1. They are both in the squads program and my eldest has been nurtured by Stu through a chronic nerve injury, from getting back into the pool while still on crutches, to building up her trust and confidence and training at her best again. He has been patient and understanding throughout but also given really good tips and tools to work on all the time to help her get back to where she should be. My younger daughter was always a bit less enthusiastic about training but now she's found a group with David and Stu, and a squad she loves, she enjoys every minute and never wants to miss a session. Thanks so much!

Great company - had a really positive experience with Hamilton Aquatics. The catch up lessons made the term much more flexible. Teachers are really experienced & great with the kids

My kids have been swimming with Hamilton for five years now - could not be happier with the learning progression and care provided to my kids.

My daughter is progressing well and looks forward to her lessons every time as she likes Coach Lyndsay immensely.

My 3 kids have swum with Hamilton for the last 3yrs, all having learned with private coaches prior. However, by comparison, Hamilton is very structured and enables the kids to stretch their potential. Whether your child wants to learn for fun, to improve or for squads, Hamilton will help them. The coaches are professional but still teach in a kid friendly, fun way. My only issue is that the Hamilton app can be awkward to use when you are trying to book for multiple kids. But the staff have always been extremely helpful if I get stuck.

Hamilton Aquatics is the home of building real athletes, not only from sports point of view , but also building matured characters who will contribute of building healthy and advanced society.

I have read some of negative comments on review threats and realized most of it comes from learn to swim or beginners squads , having the experience with Hamilton for more than 11 years put me of a position to give fair view and advise to all parents, my older son started swimming 14 years ago, my second son started swimming when he was 3 years old and my daughter started when she was 4 years old, I m order to reach competition level and later National, regional and international level it s a very long process and if you don t do it right within a very professional long term program you will reach no where.

As a family we had all kinds of ups and downs during swimming life , my older son quit swimming last year on age of 17 after he reached to point of no further development and switched to boxing , 2 months later he won UAE title of youth boxing 75KG after beating the Asian Champion with a KO, his coach said the main reasons of Osama doing that in very short time are the mentality, dedication, stamina, body shape and endurance he got as a swimmer.

My second son age 14 reached to National, regional and international medalists and a member of PT/Elite squads after years of dedication and hard work.

My younger daughter 10 years old she is part of performance pathway following the steps of her brothers .

All of that in addition of being role models to their peers at schools and society wouldn t happen without bending members of Hamilton Aquatics community.

My son have been enrolled with Hamilton for almost 2 years but I've got to say I am extremely disappointed with the way they're treating students recently.
I was promised a one off special assessment for my son to help better evaluate his progress and they failed to stand by their promise, arguing that I didn't pay the fees for the following term. After 2 years, you expect there is a relationship built with students and parents, but the opposite happened. A good school would seek helping students rather than the money.
Really disappointed with the level that Hamilton reached.

Having two kids swimming with Hamilton aquatics for several years has been one of my best decisions yet. During these years I have seen my kids grow and develop into responsible committed swimmers , thanks to the dedication of Hamilton coaching team and the supportive , friendly and warm environment Hamilton creates for kids and their families.

My 10 year old has been swimming with coach Rory for a couple of months and he loves his trainings. They are loads of fun and great excersize.

I highly recommend it, they have maintained their standard over the years, with their devoted and passionate coaches, professional team that kept the training academy in the community for all these years, during tough times they had great positive impact on my daughter, boosted her energy and kept her going. Our eldest daughter Maria started swimming with Hamilton when she was 6 years old, more than 12 years ago! She is now ready for University and thanks to the coaching of Hamilton she will continue her swimming career at Brown University in the US.

We have two other girls Laura (15)and Giulia (12) and they've all been swimming with the club since the age of 3. Our girls consider Hamilton their second family. I can say we have experienced all stages of the club, from the Learn to Swim program to the Performance pathway and we've seen it grow to what it is today.

Through the years the girls have trained with different coaches and all of them with their unique personality have shaped them into the swimmers they are today. Apart from the great swim coaching and amazing facilities, Hamilton's best quality is teaching the kids a true sense of belonging to a team, and a feeling of pride whenever wearing the orange cap!
