We have been with Hamilton Aquatics for more than two years. This week we had an issue with their program administration, which exposed a lack of organization, a lack of consideration for families, and a lack of accountability. We received a call last week, stating that the location of my daughter's swimming classes would be moved for three days. I agreed to this, and requested that they confirm the change with an email. No email was ever received. Yesterday, when we showed up at the new location, she was allowed to swim there, but we were directed to a third school for today. I called the office, requesting a call back. No one ever called me back. Today, when we showed up to the third school, my wife was regarded with suspicion by the coaching team. When she called the office, the gentleman refused to give his name, and was rude, insinuating that no one had ever called us to change the location of the classes. To add to the amount of effort, I had to have three telephone conversations with "Coach Tom," who, while behaving civilly, was ultimately unable to identify why I had been called with a location change, nor was he able to offer me a full refund for the remaining days because of a 30% penalty clause in Hamilton's terms and conditions. Overall, I am disappointed that they were not able to stand behind their own team, nor take accountability for their own actions. This experience has convinced never to contract Hamilton Aquatics services again, and we are upset and exhausted from the whole thing.
