Coffee should be better with more options. Garage entrances are for perfect drivers. Another form of access must be urgently provided. Pavement is missing in the garage. It rained a lot and we got our shoes completely dirty

I made the reservation at Imperatriz Hotel, Premium Room (best available room), initially to stay from 19 to 24 Feb 20, however we had to cancel the reservation because the Hotel conditions were TERRIBLE as described below:
- We arrived around 02:00 in the morning of the 20th, when we removed the covers from the bed, they were, with a wad of hair, and the comforter dirty with stains that looked like coffee or blood;
- When activating the receptionist, he changed the sheet but it was changed to a single, the bed was a double, therefore much smaller than the bed, showing the poor quality and the ignorance of the processes on the part of the employee;
- The shower was cold, and there was no hot water to bathe;
- The bed was terrible, the mattress was old, and it was tilted outwards, having to be careful not to fall off the bed;
- In the morning, I went again to speak to the reception, with the dirty comforter to personally show the attendant requesting to speak to the Manager in a separate room, and I was not answered. At this moment, I asked them to change the bedding and solve the problems, which at no time was there any intention to attend.
INCREDIBLE THAT IT LOOKS LIKE THE SERVICE THAT HAS IDENTIFIED AS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HOTEL, I TELL ME TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL, IF I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE.

- In the afternoon, when checking out, as there was no way to stay at the Hotel, a Mr. called FERNANDO came to talk to us, who identified himself as the Hotel Manager. He tried to justify why the laundry was dirty, when I said I had no interest in knowing about the Hotel's processes, and I also told him that the employee told us to look for another hotel if we weren't satisfied, when he said lie and that she hadn't said it, calling me a "liar". Still, he accused me of having removed equipment from the room , where I said that I removed the comforter to show the dirt to the receptionist. I also invited him to watch the recording to find out exactly what was said, where he, Fernando said that he would not authorize the recording, and that from that moment he would no longer be allowed to pass on any name or information related to the hotel.

In this way, I highlight the extreme unpreparedness, lack of hygiene, lack of care for the guest by the entire team of Hotel Imperatriz, from the receptionist to Mr. Fernando Gerente. I emphasize that at no time did they try to resolve the issue, just trying to justify the unjustifiable.

Breakfast very good, full of choices (omelette, cheese bread, sausage sauce, pizza, lots of fruit, natural juices, breads, cold meats and more!), Clean, organized and good location. The garage has a very tight entrance / exit, you have to be careful not to hit it and you can not have a very high car, otherwise it will not enter. Overall, loved the stay, highly recommend!

Make no mistake about the photos. The hotel has very nice and renovated rooms, but when making a reservation, make sure your room is before confirming anything. I bought a hotel stay through one of the main online channels used in the country, the photos were very beautiful and the value was attractive, arriving at the hotel I was placed in the great-grandmother's room, everything very old and even precarious. When I complained to the front desk I was informed that this was the correct room, and that the pictures I saw when booking were only illustrative. Funny that we were not shown the photos of the rooms we surpassed. I had to argue with the receptionist in an unpleasant tone, and threaten to call the police to have my rights protected. After much discussion the receptionist ended up releasing the renovated room. Absurd to have to "beat up" to be able to guarantee my rights, but what most shocks me is that the hotel prefers to lose clients than to explain the misconception and kindly inform that it will honor at that opportunity the room consistent with the images. Unfortunate!

The room they call standard is very old and all wooden (floors and furniture) so it has a strange smell. The air works well but it is very old, the TV is small and tube. On the first day I noticed that the bathroom sink, regardless of what I did, was losing water all the time, I informed the reception but nothing was done, it continued like this throughout my stay, I found it a neglect and waste. Of the 10 days I stayed I had breakfast at the hotel only 2x because the first time I went it was not good, it only had one type of bread and it looked old (dry), the cold cuts and juice were hot.
The bedding and shower are good. Wi-Fi works well.
For those who go to work it's ok.

The daily price published on the internet was R $ 125.00 the standard room, when I arrived at the hotel they gave me the price of R $ 169.00 for the same room. I complained, showed the price through the site and then made for $ 129.00. They charged me in advance. At check in. The wifi did not work. The breakfast very good. The shower is good and the garage good. The air conditioner is very old and poorly located, the air comes out right over the legs. I had to put a blanket of blankets and pillows between the air outlet and the legs.

Excellent value for money. The hotel has a classic, yet casual and family-friendly feel.
Staff are great, rooms well decorated and clean.
Price is the great differential pro standard offered. I would certainly stay there again. I highly recommend it.

Cost benefit is good! The front rooms are old and the bathrooms are renovated! The cleanliness of the rooms is good. The old rooms the air is on the wall and in the renovated is Split. Breakfast is basic, the bathrooms are relatively good. For the value of the daily it is a good hotel. There is a garage offered at no additional cost. Bedding is medium but clean. Then it's just an old hotel without much investment.

The rooms are very old, for the same price you have rooms with and without frigobar. It is very nice hotel but the difference between the new rooms and the old ones is too big. The breakfast is good but it does not have much variety.
