Usman Hussain the Salesman at Hagerstown Ford was awesome, and went above and beyond his duties as a salesperson to get me into the vehicle that I love! He was tentative to my needs in a vehicle and was very informative on all the issues pertaining to the vehicle I was interested in. Usman spent several days in close contact with me even setting up appointments that worked with my schedule even if he wasn't working on a particular day or time. After all was said and done and I purchased the vehicle some things came up that needed to be touched up on the vehicle (cosmetic issues) he set up all the appointments with the different vendors to makes sure my vehicle got taken care of, he even went to bat for me to get me 2 new tires for the vehicle that needed to be replaced! I would recommend Usman as a salesperson, he is courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable at his job! If I could rate higher then 5 stars he would definitely receive 10 out of 10 stars from me!!!

I had a wonderful, stress free experience at Hagerstown Ford. I worked with Cassie Vaughn and her trainer and they were absolutely wonderful. They answered all my questions and followed up with me after the purchase. This is my second purchase at Hagerstown Ford and each one was effortless. They polished and shined up my new ride and filled my gas tank before leaving the lot. The manager also was very friendly and personable. Everyone I was in contact with even the young women that handled finance papers was like dealing with friends. Overall wonderful experience and will definitely go back for future purchases.

Overall great experience I got a recall done on my ford edge while I spoke with a saleswoman about upgrading to a new ford and while I decided to go another route they where super helpful with finding the new edge I wanted and took it for a test drive and my car got completed correctly only issue I had was they forgot to close my hood and I didnt notice till I was driving and it came up onto the latch. Scared me to death lol

The good, the bad and the ugly. The good: the price was right! The bad: although the car looked great online, when we got to the dealership it was a different deal. The car was dirty inside and out. Now I can't be unreasonable and expect a lot car to be clean on the outside. However, I do expect the car to be clean on the inside! They had to clean the car three maybe four times before it actually started to look good. My wife and kids had to endure the endless wait!!! The ugly: Once we wrapped up the deal and left the dealership, we learned that the card to use to unlock feature on the door was not inside the car. I called the salesman who said that I needed to drive back to the dealership to have the service department assist in reprogramming the feature. Keep in mind that I reside approx one hour away. I asked, as to why this was not done at the dealer when we were there for approximately eight hours? The salesman afforded no reasonable answer other than I have to go back on my gas and my time. I asked if they could assist in connecting me with a dealer near me to make this happen. They advised that I had to go back to them for the reprogramming. All in all, I was disappointed with the experience. I will give kudos to the gentleman in finance who did good at his job!

I called earlier today to inquire on a vehicle. At that time a employee told me it was being discussed with a customer and she would let me know if it sold or not. She then called me back and told me the deal didnt go through so if I could come in today to look at it she would set me up with an appt. I said yes and told her I have a hour drive. Under the impression I was next in line, seeing it was literally less than 2 hours till our appt. We arrived at our appt earlier than expected. By about maybe 15 minutes. When we arrived, our salesperson said he would go get the keys. He came back to tell us he cant find the keys. He said he knew it was sitting there waiting on us last he saw it, which was literally right before we came in. He went and asked his manager and he came back and told us that it was a friend of a commercial salesman that took it out for a test drive. Mind you we had an appt. During the time they test drove this vehicle. We waited a hour for them to come back from their drive just for them to tell us that he was buying it..I could understand if I didnt show up for my appt, but our salesperson even said that vehicle was sitting ready for when we came in, so he was even confused to what happened with the vehicle. So in our opinion I feel we got bumped Because this person was a friend of the business. A little shady if you ask me. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

His response was maybe I could call the dealership were I purchased my truck and see if they would give me my money back. Not very professional.

Though I had an appointment, my car was outside for about 45 mins, before they brought it inside.
Staff is friendly. Kinda knowledgeable. For more difficult questions they're telling you to call Ford, instead of trying to go a little extra mile.
But of course the ones who are looking for service lacks, will find them.
It was the first time for me bringing in my car for service. But after a few not so nice experiences at the Ford dealer in Frederick I figured I'll give it a try.
I don't mind coming back to Hagerstown Ford.

We've been a Hagerstown Ford customer since it was Massey Ford buying our first car from them in 1989. As always, this experience with Hagerstown Ford, and Ryan Harbaugh and Chris in Financing in particular, was exemplary. We were greeted warmly, got to choose from a great selection of vehicles, and the financing and buying process was easy and top notch. We couldn't ask for a better buying experience. My hat's off to Ryan and Chris.

Why make appointments if you have to addtl half hour wait they could at least advised the car owner we are running behind. Very poor customer service. Why do your customers call in advanced to make a appointments

I use hagerstown Ford quick lanes for my vehicles service each time it is due. I was running a k&n air filter in my truck (with the k&n stop sticker on the air box lid) after doing some research I found that oiled filters are not recommended for vehicles with turbos I orded a new dry reusable filter. I just went outside to change the filter and found that someone swapped my k&n filter for a factory filter. and since quick lanes is the only place to ever have access to my engine bay without me present that means one of their technicians felt that they needed that filter more than I did.

My service was a Ford Recall, Frozen door locks, can't comment how fix is working until we get into some frigid temps....the amount of time it took to repair was excellant...the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly...

Terrible service. If you try and track down some vehicle information for a mutual customer. Receptionist has no brain so she cannot help you at all. Have fun talking to voicemails and not receiving a return call from these folks.

The coolant service and the battery replacement went fine, but the only complaint I have I didn't realize until I returned home. I opened a Ford recall for my Fusion that had arrived in my mail a day or two previously. Now I have to drive another hour round trip to have this addressed. My car is in your system and has been serviced there multiple times, including recalls. When my info was pulled up why wasn't the recall flagged? Is it to avoid doing recall service? Do you only do it when asked?

I can not say enough about the superb customer service and treatment on my new ( pre owned certified) Ford from Hagerstown Ford and my rep Travis Wagner . I own several European Luxury cars and I have never been treated better at a dealership and with a purchase than I was today .
I flew in and the buying process was seamless and first class . I even got two phone calls on my long drive home to make sure all the systems in the vehicle were working properly

I recently went to Hagerstown Ford's Quick Lane for new tires on my Explorer. I was greeted by "Ben" at the desk, very friendly, pleasant and helpful. He helped me choose the best tire for my money and pointed out the set that had the longest life. I greatly appreciated his honest assistance. Salesperson (Tyler) presented himself well. Nicely groomed and dressed. Extremely knowledgeable regarding the 2 products I wound up test driving. Willingly answered all my questions. This was very important as the technology has greatly changed over the decades. Ultimately purchase an Explorer (Platinum). This was my 5th Explorer.

I dont think I will ever shop at any other dealership, period. My first experience with them was almost 20 years ago and we knew when it came time for us to buy new vehicles Hagerstown Ford was the place to go. Absolutely the best sales and finance group. Claudia and Eric made our car buying experience the easiest thing ever. Just like their commercial says "we'll bring it to you, just like Amazon" We absolutely love our Expedition and F250. And, how easy they made it for us to bring them home. The service team is amazing also.
On a side note, not only is this the best car dealership around, but they are also a huge supporter of the youth in our community. As the Berkeley County Youth Fair went virtual this year many of our regular buyers back out. But not Hagerstown Ford, they showed up big time at our online auction and we are so blessed to have such a caring business in our community.

Chuck Wade was our sales rep for Hagerstown Ford, form the initial phone call to driving our 2019 Ford Transit van off the lot, the experience went very smooth. Buying a vehicle 400 miles away from your home opens the door for many things to go wrong, but none did. I'm "old school" and every day I see Customer Service going by the wayside.....not at Hagerstown Ford. Even after the final deal was made, I had a couple personal requests and they took care of them. I went to this dealership after I realized a cracked frame on my ranger while fixing my brake lines. I went into the front door and a man approached me and asked me what I was looking for. I'm a younger gentlemen, and so I said used cars. He called up Mike Reid who came up and met me and took me back to the used lot. He asked what I was looking for, I told him, and he took me right there. He showed me a few cars and asked what price range I was looking around, I told him straight up. A truck drove by as we were talking and he said "oh hold on, this car was just traded in not too long ago, let me go check the price range on it." He brought me to the car asked me what I thought and it was NICE! A well maintained 2012 F-150 with only 46k miles! Took it for a test drive, went up to the office to see what I could qualify for, and bam, a great deal. The car ended up getting certified (free brake and rotor replacement) and they gave me a free loaner car while this all happened over the weekend. Got a call, came back and grabbed the keys, Mike even helped me hook up my phone to the blue tooth before I left. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I was treated extremely well and without all the typical bs you hear about that happens at dealerships. They knew I was ready to buy and helped me find the perfect car at what I consider a solid deal. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I have to say that it really was a great experience. I gotta say if you want to be in and out with a deal ask for Mike Reid.

The integrity of this dealership is at the bottom of the barrel. No wonder people hate buying cars/salesmen. My wife and I went in there ready to buy a new truck. We brought both of our trades and our 7 week old daughter to boot, so if that doesn't say we're serious I don't know what does. After being lowballed on my trades, I was fed a crock about how the truck I was interested in was the "wrong price" and how they would be losing money, but would honor the deal since I was there. The manager then proceeded to tell me he "hopes I don't buy it, because he doesn't want that on his books." I then consider another truck after he stated he could work with me more on another vehicle. A very minimal increase in the trade allowance and we walked. Next day they come crawling back saying they will honor the "wrong price" (which still a week later has not changed online) and give me what I want for my trades. I went to century in mount airy, where they matched the deal, zero hassle and split the cost of a bed liner with me. In a last ditch effort to get my business Hagerstown offers me two years of free maintenance. Too bad that is included no matter where you buy it. I won't even buy parts from there after that treatment. Stay away, go to Frederick or Mount Airy!

Fabulous service manager rep named Rob Mercer, who was prompt, had the skills to understand the truck problem and arranged for a rental truck with me in it with no notice within 15 minutes of arrival. He was more concerned that I receive good service and kept saying I was his boss and getting things done right was his job one. Finally someone who makes a service call worth the visit. The new Ford F-150 was a snappy ride and I was never billed for the rental. First rate, other dealerships could learn a thing or two. Keep up that standard and no reason to go anywhere else. Compliments to Mr. Mercer.

I already knew what I wanted so they didn't have to try hard to get me to purchase. The salesman Ryan was friendly and professional. This the first dealership where the salesman rode with me to test drive a vehicle. Test drive was a short ride down the street versus going on a highway. I didn't receive a full tank of gas like they said they would do. I didn't notice it until I was already on 70. I came from DC to Hagerstown to purchase a Yukon Denali. I think I deserved a full tank of gas. Otherwise a great experience.

Don t buy anything from the used department. They do not perform good inspections and they don t service the vehicle as they should. I bought a 2011 Ford F-350 6.7 and found out they didn t service

I used my emergency brake while hooking up my trailer and found out that my brake plate rusted out allowing my brake system to fail and fall apart in the drum. Remind you now I ve only had the truck 16 months and only put 12,000 miles on it. I took it to Hagerstown ford and they wouldn t honor the repair. I stated 16 months shouldn t do that and it shouldn t have passed inspection. Remind you also I ve only used it maybe 10 times ..

So please don t buy anything from the used department and buy only new.. my truck has survived only bc I m a mechanic and know diesel s. But it s been costly.. good luck hope it helps..

Well we are in the market for a heavy duty truck. Have been to Hagerstown Ford 3 times looking for specific vehicles that are on the website. First 2 times the old man on the used lot had absolutely no clue where the the trucks were other than on our other lot in west virginia was his answer. So my husband and I make the 40 min Trip to only find 1 of the trucks at $2500.00 more than the website price, and they said they didn't have a clue where the second truck was or any info on the truck that was there. The second trip to this lot same old man that was to call us back with info (never did) once again told us it was on the other lot in WV. We were just there no its not. Well his comment then was" well they post pics just to post something" . Way not professional in our book. We left. Called back on our way home and spoke to a lady in used sales and she told us oh yes it is here so we head back to hagerstown a 4th time only to be told oh its not here its on our lot over by western sizzler and wont be Md inspected. Needles to say i think that Hagerstown Ford has lost some business . Not that they care. True unprofessional.

I was researching new and used Ford F150's for at least a month. During my research I found Hagerstown Ford had the best online prices which took me to the next process in my shopping process. When I went to the dealership I was assisted by Mayor Bob who was straightforward and very pleasant. The sale process from their was hassle free. The price on my particular truck was very fair based on all the research I had done. This made the process even easier because I did not need to haggle. Mayor Bob was attentive and listened to what I was looking for that would meet my practical needs. I would recommend to anyone shopping for a vehicle to not overlook Hagerstown Ford. I will likely be a repeat buyer from them in the future.
