I recently went to Hagerstown Ford's Quick Lane for new tires on my Explorer. I was greeted by "Ben" at the desk, very friendly, pleasant and helpful. He helped me choose the best tire for my money and pointed out the set that had the longest life. I greatly appreciated his honest assistance. The tire guys put my new tires on and even washed my car before I left. This was a good experience and I would definitely go back and send friends to Hagerstown Ford for Quick Lane service. Thanks...
