I had to find my technician myself. I spoke to two different gentleman because I could not remember their names considering they were all wearing the same hat. Finally a guy named Tymon helped me out after waiting 20 minutes. Jeff seemed like he wasn t even going to come get me after waiting hour and 40 minutes for a oil change. Sense of urgency is definitely missing..
