I give GP Honda 2 stars as I purchased an Accord just 5 days ago. My sales Associate Tony S. was a nice guy however, I told him I wanted a smoke-free and accident free car. My transmission, went out on my old car and I had a week to find a car. I had a rental and was in a crunch and needed to purchase. The previous 2 dealerships had bad salesmanship. The car was masked with clean perfumed scent. Once that faded, the smoke smell was on! I called the dealership and explained it to them. I was offered a loaner for a day till the the odor doctor came and took care of the odor. Sales Manager Rodney B. told me that he will do what he can and take care of the smell. Rodney B. said we will take one step at a time. To my limited knowledge, once smoke smell is in something, it will not come out! I am hoping that we will be able to resolve this issue! I informed Rodney B. before I left that if the smell comes back I want an equal trade for the same car purchased!
