Rick Zarpentine is one of the WORST service techs you'll deal with. Very unprofessional, and will tack on services you don't need and the will make you feel back for not getting them done. In one visit, he lied to twice in 15 minute conversation and when I called him out on it, he got. Irritated and started saying "what do you wanna do, you want the car back or not" What? Of course I want the car back? Horrible experience. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME
Your car dealership is too irresponsible. My temporary license plate number 25 expires tomorrow and I will not postpone it. I will call you to help me check if the license plate can be used. I will wait until you check it and call me again. I have been waiting. No one called me, the service was too bad.
Joeseph Meeni Yim and Mansoor Butt were awesome. They explained everything and processed my application in record time. They were humorous and extremely knowledgeable. I could have asked for better service. My parents will be in to trade out their lease in the spring.

Update: 10 months later we purchased a Honda Odyssey. Had to trade in the Accord and no other dealership could touch the Gwinnett place deal.
Gwinnett place honda were very professional. Denis took care of me once he finished helping another individual. The oil change only took a half hour. I did call to make an appointment the day before. Everything went smoothly.
Service Advisor, Steven Shoemaker provided excellent service, attention, and detail to my girl friend s Honda Pilot service needs. We were addressed in a timely matter with regards to welfare of current virus situation. Steven, took care of us professionally, pleasant, and courteous providing the kind of service you can trust in doing business. BEWARE:WARNING: I would not recommend Gwinnett Place Honda to anyone. PLEASE READ YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING IT. I paid $5,000 more for a used 2011 Honda Accord. They quoted me a price of $13,999 I ended up actually paying $19,000. The finance manager James Myrick and Patrick Beasley are Liars and very deceitful. I will never do business with the dealership again nor will I recommend anyone to purchase a car here. If you decide to purchase here, BEWARE of their SCAM.
I've been driving Hondas for the past 10 years and they are all from Gwinnett Place Honda. All the salesman and finance managers are friendly and professional and know what they're talking about. The customer service is wonderful and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My experience was far from what I am used to experiencing at dealerships, I did not feel pressured and got more than I thought I would, in terms of additional benefits. They only ran my credit once and told me if they needed to run it again, they would ask my permission first. I was in and out in 2 hours or less.

I cannot say how great my experience was with Gwinnett Place Honda. This is my 3rd car I have purchased with them and there service just gets better each time. Amel Bibic, Internet sales Consultant, was absolutely terrific thru the whole process. Amel honored my request to no phone calls and that I preferred email for any communications.There was no nagging and he was always very responsive to questions in a timely manner. Once we agreed on the vehicle, options, and price, the whole process took about 90mins getting me out the door.

This was not the best car buying experience. It took several weeks to get things right and my wife was at her wits end. The communication was poor on missing items when we bought the car. Curtis, Ramon (both in Used Cars) and Kam in the service department all were very helpful. My first response was 1 star but after today I say 3 stars. I'm not a fully satisfied/happy or loyal customer but am no longer an unhappy one.

Great experience. Took 2005 Honda in for body repair to passenger side. Completely satisfied with finished product. They worked timely and cleaned car before I picked it up. Special kudos to Amy, Customer Service representative. She was extremely responsive and addressed all my concerns in a professional and patient manner. Also, Shannon and his team did everything to ensure that I was completely satisfied.
I looked all over the Greater Atlanta area for a Honda. I found a huge selection at Gwinnett Place, with two cars I was very interested in. Mike Pham was the salesman who showed me around and took me on the test drive. He was extremely professional, but also down to earth. There was some back and forth, but ultimately, I got a great deal on the Honda Accord I drove away in. Their financial department was also extremely helpful and I got a great interest rate, especially for being a first time buyer. I would recommend them to anyone.
Brandon was very nice, knowledgeable, & took the time to explain all the suggested maintenance service details for my vehicle. He gets 5 stars but the dealership gets 4 because I think the services are pricey.

After what began as a horrible experience of mis communication with Honda and our insurance co., Jae Kim at Honda stepped in and took the reigns. He got our car in immediately, and dealt with the Ins. co for us. We were able to wash our hands of the whole thing, get our car fixed, and Honda gave us a loaner on their dime when our ins said they would not cover it. Jae personally helped get all of our car seats out of the rental and back into our van and then returned the rental for us and filled it with gas. They went above and beyond and we are still breathing a sigh of relief of how it all went down. Thank you Honda and Jae again for all you did for us. This is what customer service is all about, we will continue to return to Gwinnett Honda.
Service department will add on a service fee despite paying full labor and parts prices. Added on service fee not clearly shown in preliminary billing review, but fully visible on final receipt after payment. Big time scammy. Service mgr. did call back and explained it's just more profit for them for their staff to deal with us. Still major scammy. What next, required service fees at say restaurants or a dry cleaner. Shame on them. I'm going back to Far East Motorworks for my service on my Honda Accord cuz they charge a fair price for parts and labor, and no added service fee. In my case was nearly $65 over the course of my repairs. Man, what a scam.

I have now been to Gwinnett Place Honda twice, and both times I have be very impressed with the customer service I have received. Today my service agent, Will, actually took me back to the work shop to show me what was wrong with my car. I don't know if this happens often, but I really appreciated seeing what the mechanic saw. In addition to the service, the waiting area is very nice. Thank you for the great service.

My wife and I have bought multiple vehicles from Gwinnett Place Honda, dating back a decade or more. We also get all of our service done here. This is always the first place I look, and almost every time is the place I buy. I just bought a Honda Fit, since I decided that I wanted a vehicle with more fuel economy than my previous one, to use as my work vehicle. The entire sales team (Rick Hwang - Manager, Delavan Mair - Salesman, and Reggie Dube - Finance) had me in and out quickly and with a far better deal than I expected when I started my search (on my trade in, my purchase, and my financing). I love my car, and I love Gwinnett Place Honda. The service department is second to none. Whether my wife or I bring the vehicle in, they make us comfortable, and treat us with the utmost professionalism. Each advisor that we've worked with has been great, and the Service Manager (Kam Cheung) is absolutely the most dedicated person I've ever met in the car business. Even the Collision Center is wonderful! My wife's van just had work done at the body shop, and they were awesome, too. Brian Johnson (the estimator) and Brian Eve (the manager) were perfect. You should absolutely give Gwinnett Place Honda a chance, since this is the best Honda Dealer anywhere! I'm a customer for life!

As always Denis O Connor is great. He took me back to the shop with my 2006 Ridgeline that has over 320k miles on it. He and the mechanic explained things to me about the needs of my truck which I would like to keep running. He is always professional in his demeanor and is overly friendly.

I usually don't write reviews but I believe I should in this case. The day I purchased my vehicle, I wasn't expecting much. Several dealerships had already turned me around so I was preparing to buy a cash car with the money I had. I went to Gwinnett Place Honda where Michael Nabors assisted me. I told him about my situation and his goal was to get me into a car that would be affordable and safe for my children and I. Throughout the entire process, he was patient, helpful and entertaining. The entertainment was VERY helpful because my children (ages 1 and 3) were with me. I dread bringing them places that force them to sit for an extended amount of time. In this case, it worked out well. He gave them books to color and trips around the showroom floor to keep them moving as I filled out paperwork, and a sense of comfort. I've had experience with people working in public places who have a very low tolerance for kids, but Michael was GREAT!
I felt like I matter...like my family mattered. Not just the car. When I received word that I was approved for a car, I was in total shock because, remember I was rejected several times already. So, when I knew I was approved, I automatically assumed it was for a used car. I prepared myself to choose a 2002-2005 model car. Michael told me I was approved for a BRAND NEW 2014 Honda Civic and that all I needed to do was choose a color! The rest is history. I'm still in love with my car and my kids liked it immediately

Area was nice but I feel like it took way longer to get my car serviced than it should. Also when I asked for a call when it was done I never did. I even called myself and they told me they would have to call me back in 20 mins and then never did. I ended up just having to go back not knowing if it was done yet and when I asked the service counter they said I would have to find the tech and ask him. So after I found the tech I still had to wait another around till he finished with the current customer he was with. Then found out my car had already been done. I just feel like there could have been a better process to this...
I am enjoying my 2015 Honda Civic. It s great on fuel consumption. It has an array of nice features that are not found on cars that cost more than twice as much.

A good but not so customer oriented service center. I have been with them for around 8 years now but yet never had that friendly experience like the one in 2012 to 2014. Though things change and people change but the kind of service should not. Over all an average after sales customer service once your car is old and yet needs just oil change. May be they might be different with your new car. I Do not recommended since it sounds like they are business oriented and not customer oriented.
Our family owns a few Hondas, and all of them were purchased at Gwinnett Place Honda. We always came back because of their amazing services. I recently purchased a new CRV and enjoyed driving it for a week. I want to say thank you to Phat Tran and Troy Royal for helping me get exactly what I was looking for. The car fit my budget perfectly. Phat and Troy showed their knowledge and answered all of my questions. They were friendly, patient, and professional. I am looking forward to seeing them soon to get another car for my family.

After going to several other dealerships, and getting quotes for a new Honda Pilot. I went to Gwinnett Place Honda. From the beginning Robert Dittrich worked with me on line. When I was able to go in person, Robert met with me and worked with me personally - he did not hand me off to someone else that I had no contact with.
I wanted to have my husband see the vehicle, so I left and came back later that night with my husband. When I got there Robert met with us and was very helpful. He was with another customer so he introduced us to Lenny and made Lenny aware of our situation so I didn't have to repeat myself. (Great customer service) Lenny was able to get our paper work in order and have us speak with Jamal in finance in a matter of minutes.
Jamal went above and beyond what I would be considered just "his job" he was able to work the deal that we wanted with the payments that we're comfortable with. I have through out the years bought several new vehicles. I have to say that Gwinnett Place Honda and their staff has definitely earned a repeat customer.
As of today my husband is considering purchasing a vehicle from Gwinnett and he said he wants to speak with the same people we worked with before. For him that says a lot.
