After what began as a horrible experience of mis communication with Honda and our insurance co., Jae Kim at Honda stepped in and took the reigns. He got our car in immediately, and dealt with the Ins. co for us. We were able to wash our hands of the whole thing, get our car fixed, and Honda gave us a loaner on their dime when our ins said they would not cover it. Jae personally helped get all of our car seats out of the rental and back into our van and then returned the rental for us and filled it with gas. They went above and beyond and we are still breathing a sigh of relief of how it all went down. Thank you Honda and Jae again for all you did for us. This is what customer service is all about, we will continue to return to Gwinnett Honda.
