Michael was awesome! I took my 2012 Honda accord in for a recall on the passenger air bag. They were very helpful and fast! Dropped my car off at 7AM and they called me by around 10AM to say it was finished. They paid for the rental car too for the time they had my car. NO CHARGE FOR ANYTHING! Awesome customer service. I will be back!

Gave GPH a call after a not so great experience at another local dealership and I was very pleased with the service I received from the moment I walked through the door. Mangers Dustin and Richard were awesome, as well as my salesperson Collin. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and made the purchase of my 2018 CRV a breeze. Glad I made the call to GPH. I d definitely recommend this dealership!

I love this dealership. I live an hour and a half ...

I love this dealership. I live an hour and a half away from it and I would still rather drive that whole way and give these people my time and money than use a different one. Yesterday after being treated badly at two different dealerships I returned to this one with a financial situation that really took some time to figure out how to work. Not only did they make it work but they also made the entire process easy and stress free which I didn't think was possible. Definitely always shopping at this dealership.

Would not recommend or go for car purchase.There are many smaller dealers in and around the area who can take your hard earned cash and give you a good service and better price.

I have to admit, my experience at Gwinnett Place Honda left me saying to myself, "wow, we still have customer service like that?" They were very friendly, listened to my needs, and found a way to accommodate what those needs were. I get my car serviced there as well and my mechanic, Jeffrey Hawes is the best. He gets the job done with a smile every time. Couldn't ask for better service. Enjoyed my experience there that I would buy another car there.

Gwinnett Place Honda gets 5 stars from me! From the awesome General Manager, David Kwon, to my fabulous sales person, Joy, and Albert, in finance and the ladies at reception, the service area managers and finally, all the other sales staff willing to help teach me particulars about my new car even if I did not buy from them, WOW!

I have now bought 4 cars since 2007. With two sets of twins, I had to do my research to find the right fit. I needed comfort, and space. I did not choose wrong. Even though some faces have changed, the service remains outstanding! They know my family because they are like family and look out for my needs as such. Thank you again for a job well done!

I dealt directly with Sotha in the service departm...

I dealt directly with Sotha in the service department and he was extremely kind and confident. The dealership was top notch. They were able to diagnose, and fix my cars issue within a couple hours. While I waited they shuttled me to my home when I dropped the car off and picked me up when it was finished. Will definitely go back for any future needs

All I have to say is if you're looking for a car... go to Gwinnett Place Honda in Duluth!!! Ask for Quincy Jones in Sales and he will take care of you. He keeps it real and gives you your options. If there's a deal to be made, he'll make it happen. His service doesn't end when you drive off the lot...it continues for as long as you are a customer. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

Gwinnett Place Honda sales has gone out of their way to walk me through every little step. They were competitive on pricing without being pushy what a very nice change from 5 years ago when we bought a car. Marcelin in particular was calm and reassuring when a few bumps seemed to appear. He smoothed the path and reassured me I chose the right vehicle. I d go back there again and recommend anyone rlse to check them out too.

Had a great experience --Came in late on Saturday night to look at a Silver 2016 Honda CRV that we saw on internet. By the time we made the 1.5 hour trip, it had sold. They showed us another 2016 CRV in White. Originally the White one was a little higher in price, but they matched the price of the silver CRV. The reason I tell you all this is they didn't make us feel rushed at all. Joseph from internet sales was amazing and Joel our salesman was so nice. Robert the finance man was sooo funny. We had a great experience buying from Gwinnett Place Honda!!! My daughter is so happy with her purchase!!!!!

I went for an estimate on some damage and they were helpful to explain but could not tell me for sure without taking it apart. I waited a bit and then went back and talked to John. He was amazing and so helpful and friendly. He explained exactly what they would do and called each step to be sure I wanted to move forward. Car looks fabulous and it was great to have a rental right in the lobby. Wonderful staff and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have bought 2 Honda's at Gwinnett Honda . One CRV and one Civic. Rick Z is my service agent and i always ask for him. This keeps me coming back because of his great job at listening to what is needed and does just what is has to be done to fix a the problem. With his knowledge of the products he will recommend what is needed but never try to over sale me. I recommend him if you are looking for a great Service Agent. Gwinnett Honda needs to clone him! Thanks for the great service!

If you ever need any help with servicing your car Trevin in the service department is amazing! He always treats me so well and for a female doing car things on my own I love that he doesn t take advantage of me. He s always truthful and gives me the right information. Also Joel in the sales department is amazing! He was upfront with me about my credit score and explained everything I needed to know and helped me get into a reliable vehicle and also helped me with getting the best credit card and credit union bank to help my future. Great team! Will forever go here and recommend people to Gwinnett place Honda!

The customer service here is really good, very polite and make my service nice and easy . I will be coming to get my service done here more often, plus they have an online scheduling app which I really love and the honda at mall of georgia doesnt have the online scheduling . So convenient to pick something online and go. It was super easy and got an appt that same day.

Poor service experience. Beware don t buy your car from here. I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord and paid for coverage to cover oil changes and tires . They didn t complete a tire rotation or an air filter replacement. Didn t clean car and left all there papers and trash in car. Called service manager and he hangs up in my face instead of fixing the problem. Don t let Brandon wood work on your car. Cameron is the worst manager I have ever worked with I should have taken the reviews seriously before purchasing from this place.

Received new vehicle quotes exactly as requested by email in less than an hour.
Sales person was courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
Purchasing process was fast and painless..
They didn't waste a lot of my time with needless items or service contracts that I wasn't interested in.
Overall I would say that the process was quite pleasant, which is rare when buying a car.

I actually enjoyed my time with GPH. It was straightforward, no sneaky, sleazy car sales tricks. Curtis and Kay helped us find a used vehicle. They sell new and used. After purchasing it, they allowed us to take the car to our mechanic to check the vehicle. Nothing was found wrong with the six year old car. It was in great condition.

We didn't finance our used vehicle (paid cash) so I can't speak to that. I can speak to my experience with the finance department (Chad) to pay for the car--it went very quickly. No curve balls there either.

We used online car sales sites to find cars and they were helpful though the ones we checked out, asked for too much money. We ended up calling several local car dealerships looking for a specific vehicle. GPH had what we were looking for and once we got to the right price, we went with them.

Do not do buy here! Dead serious! Whole place is a scam! They will tell you any lie to sell you a car. They will wait to show you the carfax report until after the credit check at which point they will hope you overlook the fact that it was in an accident.
I was told I could take the car I was buying outside of the country repeatedly by each and every staff member and was financed by Honda financial itself. But after few days when I asked them for a letter confirming the same they admitted their mistake that they misread the wording on the back of the contract and that I couldn t take the car outside unless I paid the whole financed amount upfront. After several days of discussion I returned them the car and they accepted their mistake and failed to provide me with a letter from hfs. Then I learn after a month that they never reported to hfs that the vehicle was returned. Even after receiving the vehicle back they never canceled the contract or reported to finance regarding the returned vehicle.
Very back experience do not buy here!!! I had to take time off several times to deal with this and now I find out they just scammed me again by taking back the car and never reported it. Writing this review after several failed attempts to contact them also wrote a detailed email
To the director and all managers but he chose to ignore it.

This was my first time buying a new car, so I was somewhat apprehensive on the process. I really enjoyed my experience as the staff were friendly and did not push the sale hard. I was open that I was looking at other makes and they understood, but stayed in touch enough to show their interest. They were willing to work with me on a few items I wanted in the purchase. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I've been a customer here for over 10 years with three different cars. Jae was my Service Advisor for several years before moving up into management. Now Brandon takes excellent care of me as my Advisor. The people here do honest, quality work at fair prices...I wouldn't take my CR-V anywhere else! I highly recommend both this dealership and the service department!

I took my car in for an oil change, oil filter and...

I took my car in for an oil change, oil filter and to have it checked because it was jumping and jerking. The service adviser told me that I needed a brake job. I had the brake job done, then I was given a checklist of several other things I needed to have done. I called the adviser after I left to inquire about the list of things that needed to be done because my car was still jerking, the service adviser schedule a time for me to come in and quoted the price for the work that was immediately necessary. When I took the car in another service adviser quoted a higher price for the work. Then the original adviser took over because of the quote disagreement. We went back and forth over the price he quoted and he finally agreed to the price he quoted over the phone. After the work was done, I received yet another checklist of things that he said I should have done at my next oil change and the adviser appeared to have a bad attitude about adding the coupon discount. A couple of weeks later, my check engine light came on and I took my car to another Honda and found out that I had to have a new transmission and was told that was why my car had been jumping and jerking. I looked back over the checklist that I was given at Gwinnett Place Honda and one of the items checked that I was told I should have done at my next oil change was transmission fluid service. I'm not sure if this contributed to my needing a new transmission, but the fluid should have been put in when I first took the car in for the oil change if it was an issue. In addition, when I looked over my paperwork again, I noticed that the discount was incorrect for the brake job. I called the adviser and he was dismissive as I was explaining the error. He said he could not put the charge back on my credit card over the phone, so he would send me a check for the difference. It has been over a week and I have not received the check. I called the adviser to get the status of the check and he was out for the week, so I was transferred to a service manager s voicemail, I left a voice mail and did not receive a call back. I called again two days later and left another voicemail and still did not get a return phone call. I called a couple of hours later and the service receptionist asked if I could come in to speak to a service manager since I hadn't gotten a call back. I told her I should not have to come in and the service manage should be able to return a phone call. I have experienced poor customer service at this Honda Service Department and I do not recommend going there.
6/23/17 Follow-up
The service manager from Honda called me today. He said that the refund check was mailed out yesterday, he didn't know why there was a delay. I was able to voice the grievances and complaints that I had with the service department and the poor customer service. He was apologetic and said that he would follow up and personally address my issues. For this reason, I have changed my initial rating from one star to three stars.

I drove for one hour coming and going for something they should have known they didn t supply any more. Very disappointing!

cannot tell you how lucky i am that i went with Matt Paolini for accident insurance repair to my car.
after dealing with some less than great repair people thru another insurance claim, it was wonderful to have Matt work with the insurance for my claim. He said the most important part of his job is to make sure his customers are in a safe vehicle.
he has the customer's back and clearly knows how to navigate the entire process.He keeps you in the loop and listens to your concerns.

You can trust him to do what's best for you. Trust is massive.
he made sure things were right for me , even repairing a defective part after the repair was done!
totally AWESOME customer care.

if you dealing with an insurance repair, you need to go right to Gwinnett Place Honda Repair, and request MATT.
They ( and Matt) will always have my business.

I purchased a used Volkswagen 2013 CC recently. My car experience was one of the best at this dealership. Salesperson Dustin Vance was instrumental and not only understood my requirements but respected my time, and expectations. It only took me two and one half hour which included meeting at the dealership, test drive, price negotiation, loan application, and paperwork; and drove away with the car I wanted. They even gave me the lowest possible APR rate (considering my credit score I expected that) for the loan. I strongly recommend this dealership.

I leased a 2018 Honda Accord from Gwinnett Place Honda and as part of the lease they sold me a maintenance plan for oil changes etc. What I experienced consistently with this dealership is up sell in every opportunity they get. In this specific instance my car had 10k miles on it and went in for a regular oil change. They started upselling me on tire rotation $29.99, then called me about a pollen filter $70 then called me back about flushing the system because of pollen $179. So a simple prepaid oil change turned into a $300+ bill. When I confronted their service manager he agreed some of this for recommended vs necessary. We asked him about their color coding system on which of these were a red or yellow and none of these qualified. I would never do business with this dealership ever again. I am considering taking my car to a valvoline or other place despite having prepaid for my maintenance. They have struck a nerve with me. This is greed at it worst behavior

I am a first time buyer, and I recently just started to look for a new car. A few of my friends have Hondas, So Gwinnett Honda was the first place I decided to check out because that's where they got theirs from. Stanley Chen was the first person to welcome me. I had no idea what I wanted or what to even look for. He was very friendly and patient with me throughout the whole time I was there. He asked me very specific questions in what I would like and answered all of my questions that I had for him. I felt so bad because I didn't even think about doing research first but Stanley reassured me that he didn't mind helping me at all. We test drove the civic and he showed me all these great features that the car came standard with.

In the end, I ended up deciding between either the civic or accord. I still would like to have a look at the other kinds of cars before I make a final decision. I also need to discuss this with my parents as well, but Hondas are definitely a top pick for me. I will most definitely be back when I'm ready and will definitely ask for Stanley.

Garbage. Tells me over the phone about the exact car I want, and when I make time to go in with an appointment, they say the guy I talked to isn't even a sales rep. Then Curtis has an ego trip when I tell him you guys are the biggest honda dealership and don't have the car I want? He tries making himself feel better by telling me he has a Honda Accord sedan near $35k, I just can't afford it. Haha what a douche bag.

I just bought a Civic at Gwinnett Honda last week, and I was very pleasantly surprised. I had been to a different Honda dealership the day before and it was the typical car salesman experience where you feel rather dirty and in need of a scalding hot bath with bleach afterwards. I wasn't happy with the numbers being given so I went home and checked online for better deals. I found a great deal at Gwinnet and headed over. I was immediately struck by a general feeling of ease and extreme politeness at Gwinnett. Dustin Vance was my salesman and he was fantastic! He never tried to pressure me into anything I didn't want; listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly; and most importantly, never left me feeling that I'd been taken advantage of. I'd be hard pressed to say that car buying can be an enjoyable experience, but it was as cloase as it could possibly get at Gwinnett. I'm even more than willing to drive an hour to them for all general maintenance rather than go to the Honda dealership up the road from my house because of the drastic difference in atmosphere and treatment. Well done Gwinnett and thank you!
