Terrible customer service experience but even wors...

Terrible customer service experience but even worse service department! I purchased additional warranty for everything so I wouldn't have to pay for anything if an issue arisa... Needless to say, I ended up having to pay $100 for my sliding door (and then read on paperwork that child lock was on & all they did was turn it off) Dumb on my part, but scam on their part!! They never said that at all! The second issue was, the tire warning light had come on saying 'tire maintenance'. Service advisor stated that I needed a new tire- which surprise, surprise, my extended warranty didn't cover They had me buy a "new" tire (even though I just had my inspection & was told my tires were great).... And then upon checking out, the the same light still on. I asked advisor he said oh that light just means time to rotate your tires, it's just a reminder.... That's what I went in for! Another $200. They aren't truthful at all.
It's all about upselling.
