NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN.

NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN.
I have bought a total of 3 cars from Grubbs Nissan.. The first time. Was GREAT. bough a used car, 2013 Kia Sportage. Sales, finance, service was excellent. Used service dept was good. The second transaction, upgrade to a new Nissan Rogue, the salesman was horrible. JADE. The after sale care was equally as bad. Even after 18 months, parts promised never delivered. When getting maintenance . I made an appt for oil change and tire rotation. I was informed that my maintenance plan would not take care of tire rotation. I asked it be done, I would pay for it and even tough appt was made week in advance, was told they did not have time. SWORE I would never go back. BUT... Charles, very nice salesman, talked me into giving them one more try. WORSE MISTAKE.. I purchased a 2018 Rogue on May 7th. Worked closely with finance for the best deal. Knew I would have my left over gap insurance refunded to me in about 6 weeks. Love the car. Notice over the next 4 weeks that I have gotten nothing from the finance company and payment would be due very soon. I would call the dealership and leave messages and would not get a return call. I even spoke to Charles once and he said he would get someone to return my call and never did. I did however get a call from Nissan finance, who has the note on my previous vehicle, a month after I have traded my car in asking why I had not made a payment... I was very confused and made a call to my new lender, only to find out the I did NOT have a loan there... I then called the dealership to find out what the hec was going only to find out the gentleman who did my finance is no longer working there and it had not been finalized. To say the least I am a bit upset that this much time as passed. I will also say they were fully aware of who I was when I called and knew this to be a problem that had not been addressed yet.. I was asked to come in and speak Mike. I made it very clear that I was upset that it was handled so poorly,. Maybe if I hadn't had a f bad experience there with the 2nd Car, I would of taken it better, but now it is just something being added to a long list of problems with this dealership. I

Records show $722.40 was received from the dealership and applied to your account balance. The remaining balance was then paid off by Grubbs Nissan. . To say the least, it is my LAST STRAW with this dealership. I would tell you to not just walk but RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I don't know what happen since I bought my first car, but this was a horrible experience . When it came to my gap I pretty much got ooops I am sorry, we made a mistake but nothing we can do. I Ridiculous. I will say Charles, and Ashley S Are NOT at fault. But guilty by association for sure.

Was called on today, on 7/5/2018 from Infinity Nissan.
I was informed I should contact NMAC and Consumer affairs

In response to comment left with this review. At no time was I even made of aware of a change in the law. This was discussed with both gentlemen in the finance dept, with one of them on two separate occasions. It was your employees that even instructed me on the correct steps to obtain my Gap refund. Whether or not the law had changed, you are liable for the agreements you made with me. If you would of come to me a week later and explained it, I might of understood, but at no point as Grubbs owned any responsibility for what has transpired but only passed the blame to someone else.
