It is quite good hotel and has all amenities that you expect. Clean and well maintained. Staff helpful. Room size reasonable and no headaches of counting the stuff in fridge before you leave and thus delaying check out. Food is not great but that is the case with many four star hotels, food is made blend so that a majority can make to their own taste. Beds in the room were soft to give a comfortable sleep. Overall better experience.

Awesome rooms, comfortable needs, nice collection of amenities, horribly slow elevators. Staff is mostly very kind. Location is nice and there's a reasonably priced pub a little ways down the road

What is not to love about this place?! Stunning surroundings, with professional yet friendly staff. Unfortunately, I did not stay at the hotel, but the food, service and event were absolutely outstanding! Highly recommended!

Grosvenor House is an excellent venue for professional functions. In an easy-to-reach location in Mayfair, it provides the perfect setting.

The food served was excellent, while the venue's lighting and sound production ensured that announcements and entertainment was crysfal clear.

Great location and Staff. Appreciate prices are high for such a prestigious property but very shameful they have the audacity to charge 12.5% Service Charge for every drink served at the bar.

I've found this is a common practice at many hotels. Obviously, the F&B directors' decisions to increase revenue with tax benefits with a stealth charge.
Marriott, love the brand bur lead the way and let your customers decide if a Service Charge is suitable.
Leave this type of stealth revenue gain to the budget airlines.

This is my favorite marriott property I ve stayed in. I continuously return when I m in London on business. Location is superb. Staff are very attentive. The lounge. If you have access is very nice.

Went here for afternoon tea for my husband's birthday. Wonderful service and good food. Also gave us a slice of cake each to take away!!! Would definitely recommend the hot chocolate- delish. Had a lovely time (we had already eaten a lot of it before the pics was taken..)
You can also ask for me scones , hot drinks, and sandwiches if you want them

unreliable source of income with a horrible attitude towards the staff by making booking there you are supporting bad trading practice

Working hours and work conditions are erratic, hostile and unreliable based on personal preferences of management.
The distribution of work based on principles including race, physical beauty, sycophancy rather than job quality, contribution or experience of the staff. As an example, Director of Food & Beverage said too many black people amongst kitchen porters. HR Manager Georgina said to casual resources associates that food in the canteen is only for people at the same time director of the hotel Mortimer called as animals. Another senior manager Nick Ford said to me that he doesn't care that women have small children and I need hours to be able to feed them until he would have his own. That he wouldn't care if we starve and die, the conversation took place when the hotel was cutting back hours to save money after renovation. At housekeeping each shift we have to clean couple rooms extra without being paid, for this reason, the hotel only recruits people from agencies to use them as powerless and voiceless sheep.

Perfect location at the Park Lane, right across from Hyde Park and only walking distance 10mins to Green Park which then leads to the Palace and other places around it. The executive lounge is nice for the deco but it allows children and at times it feels like there's a party going on when loads of kids are running around in the lounge. The room is so so, max four star quality. Nonetheless, for the price paid, it's acceptable. Would prefer the Barkeley's or the Ritz or even a boutique like St James.

Exceptional staff: freshly prepared delicious food which was presented creatively. The cheese cake was the best I've tasted, a real treat.

Whilst clearly being a luxurious venue, their was no feeling of 'them and us'; staff went out of their way to create an welcoming, inclusive environment - nothing was too much trouble.

A special treat worth repeating, if you are able to.

Love, love, love this hotel! It is clean, beautiful, luxurious, and the service is impeccable! The JW Steakhouse Restaurant is absolutely delicious!!! I will definitely stay here again, should my travels bring me to London! Did I mention that I love this hotel?!?!?

Very poor experience for such a high end hotel. It is badly in need of rehab and more proactive management. Nearly every surface in my room is marred or marked, the chair is literally falling apart, and the window looks into some sort of dark storm drain.

Check in took nearly 15-20 minutes as the front desk was understaffed and there was a long queue.

Making things worse, there is loud construction adjacent to my room to the point where things are shaking. This was not communicated upon check-in. When I called to complain the front desk made no offer to move me and would only agree "yes it's very disruptive".

The best hotel in London, literally .

The best hotel in London, literally .
If I start talking about the benefits, I will never finish, But I will talk about some of the best.

First, the room size, it s too big compared to the other rooms nearby.

Second, the bathroom, it was both big and extremely clean.

Third, the room service, the food was fabulous, I ordered fish and chips and a club sandwich, especially the fries, as well as the breakfast.

Overall, the whole experience was amazing.

But I will comment on the price, it s way too expensive for the night, I went there on FEB/2020, I mean it wasn t peak time but it costed me 190 Kuwaiti dinars per night(without breakfast).

Nice hotel but the security staff are really threatening and unhelpful to suppliers. 4 or 5 years ago we liked working at this hotel but then we had bad experiences with security there several years ago whilst visiting for an event. We went back again this week for the first time in 2 years... unfortunately! I cant say I have ever blacklisted a venue before but we will now as the staff are so threatening and unhelpful to suppliers its unreal. Will advise any of my clients to avoid it too. How is carrying a laptop bag through a public area genuinely seen as being dangerous! and to threaten to forcefully move my staff member with physical force is outrageous!
