Beautiful upmarket London hotel, very attentive staff
Confused service and asked for petit fours three times and still didn't get any
This is a very beautiful hotel. The staff is beyond expectations in terms of service. The rooms are good but not great.
Perhaps not as opponent as it's near neighbours but a good high quality hotel and venue.
Lively venue, great service, drinks far too expensive
Attended the Float Like a Butterfly Ball. Fantastic time
Nice looking venue, clean with polite staff a great venue.
photography from the top of the tour bus... enjoying the statues and building in facts takes you back in time
Fabulous piece of real estate, not quite what it was but even as a Marriott still has something.
Brief visit for professional event. Clean, well-decorated. No complaints
Attended the hotel for a social function. Attentive staff and a good location. Room was pleasant, the shower leaked a bit though!
Huge venue, very luxurious, although parking was a nightmare and not the most convenient step free access for elderly guests who couldn't use stairs
Had afternoon tea here just before Christmas. A mixed experience as follows - lovely room and chairs. Disappointed with laxed dressed code other diners with T. Shirts, jeans and trainers - come on this is the GH! Service was OK our server forgot my order twice - poor! Sandwiches acceptable however deserts delicious. Free flowing champagne very nice. Overall enjoyable however will try the Savoy next Christmas. Merry Christmas to all that are reading this 26.12.17
Closed a number of years ago no electric vehicle charge point there either
Great venue, with very attentive staff, pricey but that s to be expected...
Stunning views over looking Hyde park. Fab afternoon tea. The staff were friendly service was outstanding
I had the opportunity to stay at the Grosvenor House in London this past week. This hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of London and all it has to offer. The customer service was exceptional and the rooms are very nice. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel at all. I would recommend, or stay there again in a heartbeat. The location puts you in walking distance from most major historical attractions, shopping, and dining!
Went for the IET Annual dinner, and had an excellent evening. The food was very good, as was the overall quality of the venue. Pricey, but par for the course in a London hotel.
Went to a networking event here and had a fantastic evening! Started off in The Red Bar then had a guided tour of the ballroom, conference suites and some of the beautifully refurbished rooms. This was followed by a cocktail class which really set the night off! Would definitely visit here or recommend it as an events space.
Went there for St George's Day Club meal. The biggest sit down meal/event in Europe and it all went Like Clockwork great service thank you very much.
Standing on Park Lane, this is excellently located landmark hotel, perfect for Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, shopping on Oxford Street, and West End glamour.
Grosvenor House has a cocktail bar, a fitness centre and over 30 meeting rooms.
Opened in 1929, Grosvenor House offers luxurious guest rooms and extensive facilities.
The Steakhouse offers a classic American experience with tender grilled cuts of beef and fresh seafood.
Every staff member that we have had contact with has been wonderful.
Very swanky. Well finished stylish slightly regal decor. Friendly bar staff and great facilities.
My cousin had her wedding here. Beautiful experience. This is the perfect wedding venue in the heart of London.
One of the most over hyped hotels in London. They never deliver the rooms you book for.. You never get the rooms ready on time ! Whatever your status in your rewards program. If you have to ruin your once in a year fabulous family holiday so book with them !!! The rooms are very bad ! Too small for the price they charge !!!
The place was easy to find. I was there for an event that was held on the ground floor and the temperature was pefect, except for the area where talks were given - the AC was set on a lower temperature for some reason. It seemed to be a great venue to hold an event, since it is located so closely to the centre of London.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The lobby is nice and that is it. The rooms are old and dirty. Beware! The location is the only good quality. The hotel customer service team lacks basic hospitality competence. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the carpet was dirty and filthy. Oh, and the toilet did not work for my entire stay. I had to use the toilet in the lobby EVERYDAY. Did someone try to move me to another room? No! Instead, I had to smell unsanitary odors and experience it for 7 days. Disgusting!!!!!!! BEWARE
Private black tie event. Staff were perfect couldn't fault them at all.
Spent a fantastic evening at the Lawyer Awards, with the RPJ band for entertainment, danced til I could dance no more, service was excellent, as was the food, faultless evening. Thank you xx
The kufi is delicious and the cheesecake is great enough for two people
Was there in September of 1978 it was a amazing place. Got to talk to Sean Connery while I was at a small gift shop I was purchasing a brutish coin set and he spoke to ma I was 16 he said that a nice souvenir and we talk for a a very nice gentleman to speak to a kid and I did not recognise him even though he was one of and still is my favorite actors. I had became friends with a bellman and walked over to show him my British coin set and that when he ask me if I knew who I was talking to and I replied no then he told me I was actually disappointed I would have had him sign across the set of coins but it was a cool moment in my life just staying in such a grand hotel and seeing all that could be crammed in in 9 days of touring England it was nonstop from 6:00 a.m. till 4:00 am would got to the London Hilton just a few Blick down to the 007 Discotheque coat and tie only find some of my old pictures and add tgem
Service and comfort. The staff is exceptionally attentive and helpful.
This lovely welcome arrangement and delicious cake was delivered for our 32nd wedding anniversary. Best hotel, only hotel worth visiting while in London!
Lovely room serving teas, light meals and sandwiches
A fantastic hotel, we dined in the Great Rooms and enjoyed a wonderful event.
Propper swanky, top notch hotel and venue for award ceremonies and large scale banquets etc.
Sumptuous and grand hotel. Beautiful rooms and lobby spaces.
Best day out i have had for years wonderful locarion for a special day 23rd April St George's day and the birth of a new prince.
I had a great stay. Interior was beautiful. Staff were nice and helpful. Services was great. Room was clean and well maintained. One of the best hotel to stay.
Hotel is wonderfully located close to Hyde Park. Clean rooms and great service staff.
Smoked Scottish Salmon with lemon butter and roasted vegetables on the side. Get an order of the warm dinner rolls to soak it all up! Incredibly rich but absolutely delicious and does wonders for your cholesterol level!
Very nice venue. Professional team for irganising events.
The mostttt luxurius hotel i ever been!!!
Near buses stops, marble arch and is absolutely perfect clean organized best and the service is gorgeous!!!!!
If you like cheesecake, you need to visit...trust me.
Historic Hotel facong Hyde Park takdn over by Marriot
Probably the quietest and most relaxed Starbucks in town!
It's crowded and just one of the many delusions in Central London.
One of the worst 5 star hotels in the world. Very bad service by rude staff. The hotel is out dated. Expensive for nothing. A plus could be that they have a Starbucks.
Amazing executive lounge and nice rooms but the bathrooms could do with a refresh
Expensive but you get your monies worth. Portions are large. Do not underestimate the menu, if you do not have a large appetite, share. I always leave this restaurant with my belly full and disappointed because I have to take home my desert. ;-)
