Excellent venue with the most beautiful ballroom and pleasant staff. Cloakroom and bar service all quick.

Wonderful and historic hotel on Park Lane across from Hyde Park. Impeccable service and commitment to guests. Brilliant steaks and crab cakes at JW Steakhouse. One of the best high teas in the city--delicious and elegant. The Red Bar is hip, beautiful, and totally creative. And a top-notch fitness centre helps to reduce guilt from over indulging.

I came here for a dinner and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff are like a military operation! It's not easy to serve 1k+ people a three course dinner and still have everything be piping hot and delicious but they manage it.
As an event space it's great and I had a wonderful time.

It certainly exuded luxury, but I guess for the price I was expecting a little bit more. There was no clock in the room, and the tub did not drain properly when I was taking a shower so I ended up standing in ankle deep water. The bedroom was so small that there was no place for me to open my suitcase, other than on the bed. I had the opportunity to visit the concierge with a friend, and found it to be quite well stocked, with a delicious breakfast. All of the staff were very friendly, and more than accommodating. The fresh flowers in the lobby were absolutely spectacular. I think you're paying more for the image of luxury, then the reality.

We arrived and they gave us a smoking room (we didn't ask for) the smell was very unpleasant, so we asked to be changed and they told us to wait, so we decided to upgrade- they promised us a 8th floor room with views and we ended up in the 3rd floor with a view of a roof and in a room for disabled people -which didn't even had a full length mirror, no shower only a bath, no double sink, and we were given the keys until 4pm. Very disappointing.

What can I say, this is a super venue and one great place to gather large numbers of people for great events.

Luxury rooms, very helpful staff always there whenever you need anything. The staff would stop in the corridors and always welcome you which makes my day. These little things make a big difference

Grosvenor House is the epitome of hotels. The lobby and grounds are beautiful. The staff will go above and beyond for all their visitors. The event I attended was in the ballroom which is breathtaking, you can definitely see why they use this venue for the BAFTAs.

The staff are generally lovely, but the room service food is horrible. Also, the guests that frequent this hotel are self entitled, arrogant and rude towards staff and other guests.

Their amenities and facilities look great agreeable, the pattern was extraordinarily astonishing. The service was first-rate as well. Really, I've had cool experiences here at Marriot hotel. It's certainly in the costly series, but on the other hand the cuisine quality more than makes up for it. Their food, each was exceptional, but the one I be keen on the most are the room that I checked in. The ambiance is just not ordinarily but utterly ideal. Very roomy within and the outside places area are beautiful. There's also a bar area inside and larger seating areas for big groups.

Great place to stay in London. Services are excellent. Have several restaurants within hotel with good food and cocktails. The staff is pleasant. Please visit the Park Room and ask for Altay he is exceptional and gives outstanding service. Rooms are spacious for European standards.

Only used the location as a venue for the firms Xmas party so really couldn't give a fair assessment.

I was here for a function, never stayed. The function was superbly done, and the food was top notch.

This place was amazing. I was here for for work to support an event for my company and had the pleasure of working with the hotel staff. They were fantastically helpful and full of energy. The decor was very nice with a peaceful ambiance clean feel. Would love to stay here.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel I think you would hard pushed to find anywhere that can even come close to the level of service and pure class of the hotel

Attending a large awards ceremony here was great, staff that we talked to were lovely. If anything, the hotel is too posh for me.
