Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel Reviews

My dear brother Parves wedding. It was a great wedding accommodated by JW Marriott Grosvenor House. The head staff were friendly and helpful and were able to serve this large capacity wedding. The venue itself, although very strict with timing etc was transformed into a beautiful place with the deco and main stage.

Had attended the BIFM awards 2018, there where over 1200 people. amazing venue

Visited for event. Layout was nice, very spacious and clean.

Great location and very friendly staff. Clean rooms with decent views. Could improve the food beverage offering though.

Extra large rooms, everything you expect from a 5* hotel

The location is excellent, the lifts are old and slow, smelly in some areas, the towels are old and their smell has changed

It pains me to when your staff refuse to serve world famous Black Label and mentioned the hotel does Carry one single bottle

Friendly staff and well equipped rooms. The lobby and exterior surroundings are obviously wonderful. Location is perfectly situated in the heart of London. Some parts of the hotel felt a tad dated and not in a nostalgic way.

The beds are awesome. Room service is very personal and everything was a joy.

Beautiful place but I was working here on a job so I didn't get chance to stay overnight

I was working at an event. As always the staff seemed very efficient and practiced.
I work there about 9 times a year

Fabulous food, the range of teas served was amazing service was brilliant too

This is a very nice place to stay. The hotel has great service and a very good restaurant, but it is expensive to stay at.

The Marriott hotel during the Christmas and New Year celebrations is becoming a magical place. For my part I only enjoyed the afternoon tea, it was really a very pleasant time spent with family. The setting is beautiful everything is in its place, the musician is not tired, the servers are the little care the atmosphere is really beautiful. Attention, it must be done in advance to reserve! If you want to live class for a moment, then this is the Marriott.

An impressive ballroom with good food. Drink prices are quite high if you are not attending on behalf of your company.

Very comfortable, nice room, great service, bar is pricey though.

Hosted the annual arms trade dinner in January 2019 , happy to accept blood money

An impressive venue for big social occasions, assuming you've got the corresponding budget!

Fantastic hotel and beautifully decorated, as expected from a JW Marriott.

Great place to stay ! A walk distance from all main places and shopping stores ... the room is quite big comparing to London s hotels rooms...

We love staying here. The staff could not do enough for us. They were friendly they had good advice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Old world charm and service. Faultless service and perfect location ensures you an unforgettable stay in London. But beware, this is Park Lane, and the polar opposite of "budget". If the highest standards are what you seek, Grosvenor House can provide them, but expect to pay for them !

Used coffee bar in front of this hotel - beautiful decor cosy ambience - grand piano was played whilst we drank our coffee!!

Location and lobby are really nice. The rooms however could use some updating.

Attended an event i The Great Room recently. Fabulous . Presentation and service ex cellent.

Largest venue in London to hold 1,000+ people for events but very tired environment. Boring.

Bit generic design, and a pink Christmas tree just isn't festive!

The hotel overall had beautiful design. The rooms were amazing with superb beds, which really made me want to sleep all day. The breakfast buffet was delicious. However, the reason why I did not give this 5 stars is because you had to pay for wifi in your room, which was quite a disappointment. The only wifi available was in the lobby, which was not that large. Other than that, everything was great. I would recommend this hotel to non-internet addicts.

Amazing afternoon tea on Mother's Day. Lovely staff very professional and attentive, not stuffy as one sometimes gets in a prestigious 5 star establishment.

Very lovely Hotel, wonderful service wonderful staff, it's much more of a business hotel than it is a vacationers hotel. And that comes across in some of the smaller details. But overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

Not great. Confusing layout, felt awkward. OK food.

What can I say except it should be a 10 star option.
