Had interior drivers side door lever replaced. Original GM part was 50$ cheaper online at gmofficial parts store. When I got in the car the new lever was marked up with lines that looked like scratches which I was able to scrub off. The leather door interior was marked with greasy hand prints and never cleaned before vehicle was given back to me. I complained about the undisclosed parts pricing which didn t take place before replacement to management and to cashier as I paid. Who told me she hopes my day gets better with a disingenuous smile. No one offered to clean the interior when I mentioned my disappointment. The work was done within 2 hours but finishing details were dismal and careless. My family are retirees from GM. Room for improvement at Zeigler Buick. I would post photos of available.
