I can't say enough great things about this company or Alex Serina. My mother, sister and myself all went through GrooveCar to get our current vehicles (mine most recently) and the experience was handled with genuine consideration and great communication. Mr. Serina was attentive to my lifestyle and car needs, patient when I changed my mind (a lot) and walked me through the best deals for me. My family will be using GrooveCar and Mr. Serina in the future. Highly recommend -- you'll drive away happy!

I've had my heart set on driving a Jeep since I was old enough to drive. Due to my commute into the city each day for the past two years, I had a sedan (got to love good fuel economy). When the time was right I knew I would research Jeeps again. Now that I work locally with a much shorter commute, I was able to find the perfect vehicle for me. Using GrooveCar made my life SO easy, and the level of customer service I received was far beyond my expectations.

I shared the specific preferences I was looking for and my budget, and Alex Serina took care of the rest. He was quick to correspond to any questions that I had and explained everything in detail. I found the perfect car at Huntington Jeep for below market value. I now have my Jeep Patriot and I got to save some money (and I still get to be environmentally conscious since I didn t go with a gas guzzler- win/win)! A great car buying experience for sure. My experience with GrooveCar was amazing!!!! I literally only had a week to find a new car since my old Jeep died, and employee Alex Serina found so many options according to exactly what I wanted in a car. He even helped me narrow down my choices, and gave his expert advice on which car he thought was my best choice for my budget. I am overly satisfied with the car he helped me find. It's a 2011 Honda CRV, was within my budget, had low mileage, and is basically completely new! He found me my perfect car in four days, and made the process so simple, easy, and stress-free for me. I would definitely use GrooveCar again, and would definitely request Alex!

I want to share what a positive experience I had working with Groove Car employees Alex Serina and his VP Frank. I contacted Groove Car when I disputed charges on a recent car purchase my son had made. Alex took my concerns seriously and forwarded them to his VP. Alex was diligent in keeping me informed regarding my case. Frank followed up with the dealership I had the dispute with and it was through his investigation that he found paperwork which strengthened my claim. Alex and Frank's efforts made it possible for me to come to an amicable compromise with the dealership that I am satisfied with. I couldn't have done it without them. They handled everything very professionally and timely. They made me feel that someone actually cared about my frustration over what had happened. They get an A plus from this retired teacher. Especially the guy named Alex that works there. He knows how much I like breakfast since I am such a WAFFLE-r, and he helped me narrow down my search and pointed me in the direction of where to go and how to get it done.
