I found GrooveCar accidentally while checking my credit union's options for a new vehicle. I researched the company and shortly thereafter, Alex Serina contacted me. Mr. Serina was polite, informative. Not only did he find a dealership that had the year, make, model, AND specific specialty color that I wanted but he also scheduled my test drive. I had many many questions and he answered them all. I couldn't believe that all this help was actually free but all the way through to my purchase a few days later, the whole thing was legitimate. Mr. Serina even followed-up to see if the process went well. I couldn't have asked for better luck to have discovered this service. I personally think you all need more advertising. Mr. Serina, thank you for your assistance and support, you rock!! You seem like an amazing one man show, again, I appreciate that you went above and beyond.
