They re not professional at all. Most are there to just get a check.

This place is a major joke. I spoke with the supervisor Dawn W. She is a mean, angry, bitter, and hateful woman. She tries to use your power and authority to demeanor mothers that's trying to do the right thing and get their children out of their wicked system. They are not supportive of any of the black mothers or mothers that they feel have no support or is less fortunate and can't afford an attorney. I am going to make an example out of her. She really have no clue as to whom she is dealing with. Dawn W. is a bully and I don't like it. She is rude and very disrespectful, and very prejudice. I recorded our conversation and this will go higher. Be careful on the people that you try to hurt. It will come back to bite you in your butt. Never look down on someone because you feel that they have no support.

Some of there workers are out of control they assist who they want to don't treat everyone fair.

my daughter has been in childnet for about a year living with an verbally abusive and emotionally destructive animal named debra. our first advocate was a joke and im not impressed with the new one. the only decent staff member in that place is the front desk receptionist. they dont even adhere to court orders.

When you're hearing time is passing & you're still in the waiting area...the receptionist blatantly says "They're always late" & continues working. It's kinda interesting watching their non-sensored entrance door close on people & almost cause injuries. A lawsuit waiting to happen.

Take people kids. ...who really don't deserve to be taken...n keep the kids that being abuse in an abuse home n environment. ..childnet sucks. ...

If you help yourself. They will help you with ever you need if you are a respectable person

They have good services and programs for children. But you have to pry info out of workers...Good social workers are far and few! My family goal was reunification...They never worked with me, i completed all tasks assigned by judge. They talked and treated me inhumanely! I gave up.My children are now someone elses children...end of story

Terrible place they cannot follow the rules they set.

No staff seems to know what's going on or what you do pointless

Their only goal is putting more kids in the system and breaking apart families.

i was a foster child and i went there it felt like a prison being there i hated it there

Im a foster kid who just aged out into the oasis home. They do not take care of their tenants I have barely been able to do my laundry in weeks because we have scheduled days and only two hours to wash our clothes and we have to wait for the lady who works there to leave bc she doesn't like how hot the room gets. It took me about a month to actually get my place that should have been ready this place is completely unprofessional and worse part is when I tell my ca she defends that place in a heart beat and this bs is run like a group home but apparently theres only TWO places in broward u can age out in. Pembroke pines and pompano

Visitations are supposed to be one hour every week so far been 5 weeks only got visitation twice and for 20 minutes and for 30 minutes so a grand total of 50 minutes in 5 weeks

This agency is a poor representative in the social work skills. Krystal is arrogant and extremely rude. The ratings are low for a reason. I feel sorry for their employees.

My son was in Childnets care for a about a year. The worst experience a parent could go through from my end. The advocates, one named Charmaine, and one named Johnny Sharp I believe, and one I cant remember her name, were horrible. They don't communicate with you. Never kept me informed. They lied in court about what they have been doing. Just want to make themselves look good. Did not care about the child. My son was listed on runaway for a long while. They did nothing to locate him? And when they found out where he was at still did nothing. They in my opinion are not well trained in the job at hand. Lazy and not very caring. The state should take a good look at how they operate. In my opinion. As well as Childnet as well should really take a look into there own daily operations!

Would give negative stars if I could was denied paternity testing after my sons mother passed. Since I wasnt notified of his birth. So happens one of their employees put in to adopt him .......funny. Btw all the 5 star reviews are from people in the organization or buying stolen kids

I was put into fostercare when I was 16 and they helped me out a lot. There is a couple moody people who works there but overall good experience. I'm 21 now btw and still getting help, not to mention my college is paid for

Clean and security minded. 4 because I dont know what goes on behind the second doors. But the lady Nicole was aweaome!

Everyone there is extremely concerned about children's welfare!

Ridiculous waste of energy. Staff are over loaded, our CA wouldn't care even if she was paid... which, she actually is. For people who are supposed to help parties navigate through the system, they continually fall short. They hold back information, do what is easy instead of what is right or in the childs best interest. If they spent half as much energy getting things done, rather than looking for ways to push people aside, they could (in theory) make a difference. They are not interested in making a difference, it's a job... a thankless job, yes. However.... you are dealing with LIVES. You may be disheartened, disgruntled or desensitized but these are people's lives, their futures. The families and children that are in your care do not know how to navigate the system, they need guidance and assistance completing the simplest of tasks. Inform them, let them know what is happening and why. Tell them exactly what needs to be done. Not everyone is going to do what is required, but with information some people will surprise you.

We were lied to by this agency. My great grandchild had relatives who were willing to take her including her mother. Yet this agency lied to the girl by telling her that her mother did not want her. The case worker lied to us by not telling us that by grandchild fwas being transferred to New Jersey. Then they lied about the girl being adopted when she was in foster care under conditions that are illegal in New Jersey for someone in foster care eg child must have own bedroom. The child has gone from being out going and feisty to being subdued and withdrawn. In the meantime the girl is in contact with someone who many years ago was her mother's stepmother and has to call the woman grandmother. Twenty-five years ago this same stepmother was involved in child abuse/neglect of the girl's mother. I am working on getting visitation

The people there are ignorant and rude. I was talking to my brother and they yelled at him on for asking what time he would be picked up from that place. These people are kidnappers just to treat children worst than parents do to there kids. And they have the nerve to say it's for the safety of the child. For someone to become a parent it's never easy but they get through it or at least try and when they do that these people sit and wait for you to slip up just once so they can take your children. They live for the misery of others and there money. And it's all coming from the "top". The Government.

This place is horrible!! The case workers are jerks, they don't care about reuniting kids with they're parent's, and expect parents to scedule appointment. Especially one case work Keosha, She Has No Respect For Anyone BUT herself, Had Her as A Case Worker AND She EXPECTED me to see My own Child On Her Own time. Some people have plans ahead of time, I shouldn't have to confirm an appointment to see my own child, you could at least have the decency to call for a follow up on a appointment as a reminder.

People at the front desk are very rude and always have an attitude.

I don't feel like childnet is helping kids get back to their family they are quick to put people children up for adoption even if the mother is trying her hardiest not to give up my kids have been in the system for two years now. Its very stressful to keep going through this my kids did not need this they to young to be away from their family this long i just started my case plan this year should have started last year i miss my kids very much i got four of them that are in the system very pissed off with chidnet and child protect service.

Went for fingerprint....I was in and out unless than 30 minutes.

Horrifying place! If you are a parent with a disability you have no chance to get your child back and they will sell your child! Wolf in sheep's clothing!

Teh receptionist was super rude, she told me she couldn't attend me because she was busy....

I have problems with the child advocate, customer's services is not to bad, I wish the superviser get involved with the cases, not just the child advocate that believe they have the police right and don't listening and help u, I'm very disappointed the way they work and the cases, I wish somebody step out and start an investigation the way they conduct them self, and help the families involved and how they uses the founds, is very disappointed.

I don't see why this is the only agency in Broward County and why are they still open. The upper management staff is unprofessional and rude to their staff. I thought only coming once a week to see my kids was tough on us. But the way I saw a supervisor talk to my Child Advocate was the most disrespectful degrading thing I had ever witnessed. After she was chewed outing front of me. My Child Advocate sat quietly in my visit and all I wanted to do is help her. It's sad that we dump on the Advocates but they have it just as hard and no one knows that. And after I witnessed want I did. I say Sham on the management that is in charge of the Advocates.. the supervisors all need real management training. This place disgust me.

Program is not geared to helping parents get their kids back. My first worker was disorganized and inconsistent.

There is no way to praise child services. It is what it is.

Thousands of dollars in unpaid medical expenses for my foster children that child net assumed responsibility for, yet have not paid one cent. I am receiving late notices and I.R.S tax withholding notices!

This office has corruption from the top director down to individual case worker they remove children from homes without just cause and they are under federal investigation currently if your child nephew needs or family member is here move immediately and get away from them this office is the most corrupt in the southern region and is under federal investigation

Building appears messy outside, kind of sketchy just kidding. Well ran and the staff is very friendly.

Caring and understanding when they see you doing the right thing as a parent

They gave my granddaughter to the former Broward County Supervisor of Libraries (an obvious friend to someone at childnet), allowed her to move her to California without ever contacting her family. My daughter died and I am the adoptive mother of her oldest child and they NEVER contacted me!!! They violated every childnet protocol and Florida law in what they ve done. They are getting away with KIDNAPPING and exploiting families of opiate addicted children. HELLLP!

Wont be my first option if I want to be a case manager.. Horrible supervision. Supervisor and director cover themself and do nothing for emplyees who carry all hard work. Unprofessional and rude, starting from talent adquisition departement.

My Experience with Childnet was very pleasant, I've met some wonderful people going through my adoption process, my husband and i are planning to adopt once more through Childnet

I been in foster care since I was 15. My experience was so horrible. I was put in group homes where the girls bullied me and the staff did nothing about it. I never cryed so much in my life. A week prior to me aging out turning 18 they had no where for me to go i was homeless on the streets for a month. I would never wish this experience on anyone.

Extremely poor case management. Unresponsive. Unhelpful. Constantly changing workers. Multiple mistakes in paperwork and documentation.

My Overall process was a ok, I had a lot of questions took some time to gain understanding however my advocate and case worker took the time to get me the correct answers. Things can move fast in the beginning then get slower so you ll need patience, ask every question that comes to mind and be patient some more. The outcome is a sweet reward. To love Someone in need and be loved in return is priceless.

Down right rude evasive liars. When i contacted Satonya Reynolds she blatantly told me " I DON'T WANT TO GET INVOLVED" !!!!!! WTF NEWS FLASH YOU ARE!!! WE'RE GOING TO FIGHT UNTIL EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU CORRUPT WORKERS I MEAN KIDNAPPERS ARE FIRED AND HOPEFULLY JAILED!! HOW ABOUT THAT! WONDER HOW YOU ALL WILL FEEL WHEN THE SHOE IS ON THE OTHER FOOT!

I dont like child net. It brought me sorrow. They took my grandchildren away.

Not a fun place to have to be, but the personall are all extraordinary, and it is clean and well kept up

I believe the word is "Homewreckers" , yes in deed that would fit child net very well. I've gotten more help n information calling the 211 help line then I did with my advocate..Your job is to assist families in piecing their lives back together for whatever the reason they found themselves caught up in this horrific system but instead they play a Hugh part in keeping families apart instead of Reunification which is the goal..Lets get these children back into stable homes,help these parents become the best parent they can be and raise these kids right..it's tough out there in the real world with real problems but God never gives us more then we can chew

Have nothing but praise for this organization! Really was so fortunate to have excellent child advocates assisting me at a most troubling time...
