I want to share what a positive experience I had working with Groove Car employees Alex Serina and his VP Frank. I contacted Groove Car when I disputed charges on a recent car purchase my son had made. Alex took my concerns seriously and forwarded them to his VP. Alex was diligent in keeping me informed regarding my case. Frank followed up with the dealership I had the dispute with and it was through his investigation that he found paperwork which strengthened my claim. Alex and Frank's efforts made it possible for me to come to an amicable compromise with the dealership that I am satisfied with. I couldn't have done it without them. They handled everything very professionally and timely. They made me feel that someone actually cared about my frustration over what had happened. They get an A plus from this retired teacher. Thank you.
