Matt Thompson was great at selling the product and not pulling any sales techniques. Matt was straight forward, honest and did what he said he was trying to accomplish, which was "I am trying to make a friend." He made a friend and future customer for Gregg Young Chevrolet. Drake and Chris in the finance department went to work for me to get the lowest interest rate, best extended warranty, and make the monthly payment affordable, plus threw in the Gregg Young Plan as an extra incentive. I would recommend Gregg Young to any family or friend that wishes to purchase a vehcile.

I recently bought a 2014 Scion FR-S and the car looks great, but even after I asked for the car fax and everything they failed to mention to me that this vehicle suffered from a rear end collision, which drastically brought the value of the vehicle down by thousands of dollars. The carfax may have not been updated but the vehicle was in a crash in January and I bought the vehicle in April, but no update about the crash, having me believing this vehicle was clean. They fixed up the damage really well and it s barely noticeable, but they should have been honest with me about the vehicle instead of trying to just make money. I even tried to cancel a warranty for 90,000 miles and one of their finance guys was literally arguing and belittled my decision, which ultimately led me to get a prorated amount of what I paid for. I d watch out for this dealership because even though they put on the show that they care about you as a customer, they just want the green in your pocket.

Blake was extremely helpful with helping my family purchase a reliable vehicle that would be safe for our one year old daughter. I would definitely recommend purchasing any vehicle here, because you not only get a reliable vehicle, but the staff is so incredibly helpful as well. We loved our experience and will be coming back to get our future vehicles!

From the initial contact with the dealership to make the appointment, to the final call to tell me my vehicle was completed, I was truly impressed with the employees of Gregg Young. This was the first time going to this dealership for maintenance, due to having just moved into Nebraska, but it will not be my last. This is my "new place of business". My Chevrolet Trax has found a new home for service. I was treated with respect, not just a woman who had complaints; They listened and they got the job done. Kudos to Gregg Young from the telephone personnel to the Service Reps, to the Managers of the Car Loaner Dept, to the Service Mechanics, to the Parts Department and others involved in one visit from me. It was a great experience and one I am sure will be followed continually. That's what these employees portray. Thanks to all. Merry Christmas also.

The guys in the auto body shop are great. I had the door on my pickup replaced at another shop in town, and the sight lines didn't seem to line up correctly. So when I was in the service department at Gregg Young for an oil change, I walked over and talked to the auto body guys. And they told me that they would adjust it for no charge. Great bunch of guys.

2 1/2 hours for an oil change plus they didn t wash it. I can t waste that kind of time when I can go other places and be in and out in under 30 minutes. I think you need to look up the meaning of Express lube!

The service provided was exceptional. Their slogan says "We go the extra mile", well they really mean it. They offered complimentary service to make me fell comfortable during the process. Overall a great buy. Will definitely recommend. Thanks for everything Mike, Rodney and the whole crew!

Called to get a price on a vehicle, and was harassed by Bob Troutner. I stupidly gave out my name and number for a call back. The price was ridiculous and not in line with going market value and when I said I wasn't interested, he wouldn't take no for an answer. I was pressured with everything from financing to extra insurance, and I said I'm going to hang up now because I am not interested. He proceeded to call back three times, left two voice mail messages, and sent me two text messages. On the 4th time that he called I had to tell him stop harassing me because I wasn't interested. Ive never done business here but I can guarantee you, based on this experience from Bob Troutner I won't. Ridiculous and scammy as all get-out. Usually you get pressured when you walk into the dealership, but I've never been harassed at home by a dealership. Blew my mind.

This was my only place to go in Omaha and diverted...

This was my only place to go in Omaha and diverted friends and new college attendees there. Won't be doing so again. Had tires rotated there 2 years ago and I moved a year ago, haven't found a good new place yet. The lug nuts were tightened so severely that one split and has to be professionally removed. So we checked the rest and found 4 others. Called the shop and the assistant manager told me it's hard to believe no maintenance has been done on the tires for 2 years and that was all I needed to hear of that convo. Life moves fast, especially when you re locate, start a new job, etc. Plus, don't trust anyone here yet in kc for maintenance. Keep your vehicle out of here for maintenance is my 2 cents.

Worst experience ever. Got a used car in June of 2...

Worst experience ever. Got a used car in June of 2016 and have put in 2200 already into it. Sold to me with the rear brakes leaking fluid thru the pipe and struts outs and the head gasket and my key being stuck in the ignition switch hole. (Them knowing it was like that when they sold me the vehicle.) . Never returns calls or emails. I'll never referr anyone not even my worst enemie to go to this wack place. Always get an attitude when I go there as well. I'll never step a foot onto this dealerships lot again. By far the worst most disrespectful dealership I've been to. Nothing good from this dealership .they sold me a lemon law vehicle.(rather it's used or not) they straight out told me with the used cars they check if it stops and goes that's it. They made me pay 300 dollars for a turn switch when I could have done it myself.

I recently purchased a new car from Gregg Young and all was well except I noticed a small oil leak. I scheduled an appointment with Stefan and I received quality service. They were able to diagnose the problem and have my car back to me within a few short hours. Truly amazing service!

I had the best salesman and finance guy available at Gregg Young Chevrolet. Jake, my salesman, was polite yet patient. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. My finance guy, Drake, made us feel like one of the family. He was also extremely polite and assisted us in deciding our extra coverages. If you want the winning team you have to work with The Jake/Drake Team !

Always great service and my visits are never longer than two hours. I even made a last minute appointment at 7:30 and was done by 9. This dealership never takes up too much of my day when I go there.

Trent was the person that was in charge of my car when I need a completely new engine. He always called me and updated me about my car. The service there is amazing! Everyone was also really nice and helpful.

I have been taking my vehicles to Gregg Young ever...

I have been taking my vehicles to Gregg Young ever since my first experience with them in 2015. I have even taken my Kia there for body work.

Their attention to detail, customer service, car loaner service, and quality of work is unbeatable. Very knowledgeable professionals that will ensure quality and communication throughout the process.

Recently, I took my vehicle there with concerns regarding traction control. They gave me a loaner vehicle over the weekend (and I was a drop in), they ran a full diagnostics, full inspection, and checked a few items that i was concerned about. Nothing had to be fixed or replace so there was no charge although this took time and effort. Other places would have at least charged a diagnostic.

My wife had to take our 2016 Tahoe in to get the brakes evaluated after a trip to Colorado where we experienced "squishy brakes". Trent spoke with my wife as I was out of town and unavailable. Stated that brake fluid was "very dirty" and that there was a leak in the radiator that would cost $1,600 to repair. Was frustrated that nobody elaborated on how this was diagnosed or the severity of the leak. We've never seen any coolant fluid on our garage floor. Why was there no indicator light that the coolant was low? We had the brake fluid flushed/replaced but chose to wait and see how the truck ran/responded and passed on the large radiator repair. When my wife returned to pick the vehicle up and ask a few more questions Trent was on the phone and waved my wife over to the receptionist - not making himself available to go over any questions/recommendations. Vehicle was also very dirty and was not washed. Was overall disappointed with this experience.

Greg Young Service missed the mark. I had my 2017 Silverado set up for an appointment for a recall and to look at another concern. My appointment was at 9:00 AM. At 8:00 AM I received a text advising that online check in was available. The instructions were to complete mileage, license number and color. From there I was instructed to leave the truck in the spaces in front of the door(not in front of the building), and to put the keys in the box between the doors. The app then said my check in was complete. As 1:30 rolled around for a service that was estimated at 2 hours, I called the service department. I was informed that I never checked in. I advised that I followed instructions given for online check in. This seemed foreign to the tech as she advised that I need to come in to sign papers. I asked why the app did not advise this key detail. She had no idea there was an online check in. I guess if I had left the truck the lines in front of the doors they would have found it, but I would expect that the online check in would alert someone that there is a vehicle there for service. I picked up the truck without service. No call as to why didn't you check in for your appointment. No call that we cant find your truck. I expect better.

I had just bought a new car over the weekend which was overall a good experience. The only thing they fell short of was getting the car ready for me. It had to get detailed twice due to mud on the inside door panels and spilled coffee near the drink holder. Also had big scratch or smudges along door that had to be buffed our they didn t see. Also after second detail still had dirt on the door panels and found some left over French fries under the floor mat in the back seat as well as old rental agreements in glove compartment. I just took care of that myself. You can tell they were rushed when getting these cars ready. When you buy a new car it should look brand new. It definitely did not due to poor performance by the detailing shop. Went to the shop twice and yet they still didn t get it right.

As a former employee I m am giving notice that this dealership has no business ethics whatsoever. They will do maintenance on your vehicle and the next time you bring it in they will assume you haven forgotten about the past and attempt to make you pay for the same thing time and time again. I am not proud to have worked here and want to forewarn anyone of coming here as an attempt to right my wrongs of agreeing to what this dealership has trained me to do. They will take your money have no regard for any issues you have down the road DO NOT USE GREGG YOUNG

I was on a road trip through Omaha and drove over a pothole that caused a bent rim on my minivan. I was told that to run diagnostic on potential damages besides fixing the rim would cost $130 unless I do the repairs. They came back with a long list of things totalling $3500 (some of which I found out later to be not critical). I had no time and no money to do the repairs and had to pay $130. I equate it to highway robbery.

I was promised a second key in writing, and now more than two weeks later I have not received one and no one seems to know anything about it.
The finance manager made me uncomfortable with his pressure tactics and repeatedly asking me if I needed to call my husband before making a decision on an extended warranty that I had said several times that I did not want.
The detailing that was done on the vehicle was sub-par.
Would not recommend.

The entire experience at Gregg Young Chevy was excellent. The sales person,Justin Riddle was very easy to do business with. He was Professional and very knowledgeable. The Service department (Erik King) did a great job of taking care of my service needs after the sale! The folks at Gregg Young Chevrolet take the stress out of buying a vehicle!

If you you own a diesel this is the BEST place in town to get an oil change you dont need an appointment you just drive up and it's only 89 bucks, I always thought the dealer was way more expensive but they are cheaper, also the cafe is really good food (you wouldn't think a cafe in a dealership would have good food but they do! Really great service from pull up to drive off.

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The person that checked me in said 1 hour wait because there were cars ahead of mine. I was ok with that however it took close to 2 hours! It doesn t seem they manage the appointments very well if they cannot keep on schedule and get people in and out in a timely manner. In addition, it was too cold for them to wash my car which was disappointing. They should give out free car wash for a future time then. Strange that I was able to pay for a car wash elsewhere in the same temperatures and had no issues.

Gregg Young gives the best service that I have found in the omaha area and I would recommend them to anyone. I go to Gregg young for my oil changes. It's a drive up service, so you go when you have time. No appointment necessary. And they provide immediate service which is A++. Although it was good, the service wasnt perfect. Wait time is about an hour, but compared to other places, that's really good.

I requested semi synthetic to go in my car. This is a personal preference for my engine type. Although the correct consistency was put in for the winter season, it was full synthetic. Says it on the ticket. This was not what I requested. This blend won't hurt the engine, so this is ok, just a little annoying (it's like giving someone a diet coke when they ordered a regular one). I give them a 4 star because they did a good job but have room for improvement. Compared to my experience with other places, I'm deffinitly happy with the service I've gotten from Gregg young overall and will return!

I bought a 2015 malibu and worked with Mike Q. He was very helpful and worked with me to get what I wanted. He was not pushy at all and made the car buying process very comfortable. I worked with Rodney Wein for the financing and he was awesome as well. It went very quickly and he answered all the questions that I had. I will be using Gregg Young for all future car buying that I do.

First time shopping at Greg Young Chevrolet.
I loved the experience I had with Ryan, Jeff, & Rodney.
Ryan definitely went up and beyond the level of customer service by far. He took my info, I went to work, he made the best offer, I accepted, he went to the other dealership to get my truck, made it ready. SOLD
I will definitely highly recommend this dealership for the teamwork and level of service provided. Big thank you!!!

I went to Gregg Young for a oil change and tire rotation. Had a new guy help check me in named Mark. He seemed pretty insensitive to the concerns and requests I had with my vehicle during my visit. I waited 1.5hrs. Then Brea cashed me out she admitted she didn't know much about cars or the concerns that came up on my checkout sheet. Besides having her resite word for word what was on my paper my questions we unanswered until I asked to speak to a more knowledgeable representative. Finishing my visit I spoke with Danny in quick lube/service he was able to get my problems and concerns solved quickly as possible and he tried to give me a decent price.
When I cashed out from more repairs being done I asked for the part number to check prices on parts elsewhere he admitted the dealership charges full retail price and a different guy I didn't catch his name had me pay my bill. He kinda laughed and admitted "yeah they like to jack up the prices here". This wasn't reassuring at all to me and I knew I had over payed on my repairs already. I highly doubt I will return after I waited at the dealership all day.

Blake Snow did a great job helping us. And then we needed a very small part replaced on our new vehicle. No call back from parts or service...EVER. We were promised a call back and set up a time for the repair. We've had to call these guys back only to be promised a call back when they can help. Do yourself a favor and shop the other dealerships before you buy here. The idea of customer service at this dealership happens before and during the buy. Once you're off the lot, their customer service is non-existent.

Bought a truck from here in December of 2019. Go to get it plated only to find out that the lender never approved our loan. To top it off they had already sold my vehicle I traded in. Finally got us a lender after another month. But the truck we bought is a lemon! We have had to put a couple thousand into it since we bought it! Also every other month it decides not to start. I will NEVER be back to this dealership again.
