Deiby was the sales person of an informed customer's dreams. He was available in person, by phone, and by text every step of the way. Everything was up front and transparent, and we are really happy with our experience. Phil in finance helped us to be sure we had the most protection for our purchase with their amazing bumper to bumper extended warrantee. If we buy another car, we'll certainly think of these professional folks, and Gregg Young Chevrolet first. A wonderful, memorable experience.

They do a decent job, my only complaint with my last Oil Change and Tire Rotation is that it seems like every time I take my truck in and it involves checking tire inflation they always leave off one of my valve stem covers. True to form they did this time also, but the last time I purchased a pack to keep in my truck so I had one to put on. They should put that item on their delivery checklist (1 - Check tires to ensure all of them have covers on them).

In my search for a Corvette-- this dealership had the color and model I was looking for- after looking at the car and working with the Corvette Salesman-Justin and visiting with a manager- "Travis" a price was agreed upon verbally and there were text messages back and forth on my phone saying that was the price. I thought I thought that I bought the car.. The next day -- Travis called and said they would NOT sell the car for that price.. Even thought the day before the Corvette salesman and Manager -Travis had agreed upon the price. This is rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable and I will let GM know about this experience by sharing screen shots of the texts I received. If this is the way they treat a customer then the poor ratings and review are correct.. I had no experience with Gregg Young and after reading the reviews before my first visit I can honestly can say the poor reviews for this dealership are true.. I'm still waiting for a return call from the Corvette Salesman-Justin..Wish they would have a rating of 0 (ZERO) for the way they treat customers.

Gregg young is always a great experience. The salesman we worked with was great. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted and he helped give us the little push we needed(in a good way). The piece of mind that comes with certified used car is also a bonus. Would recommend if in search of a new ( or new used) car.

Well, I used to swear that I would never buy a Chevy but the last couple of years they have really made a turn around and are now leading in most reviews and reliability. I just purchased a Chevy Malibu from Gregg Young and I can say this, it was the most painless car shopping experience I have ever had. I am pretty hard nosed and went in there knowing eactly what I wanted, didn't want, and what I wanted to pay. The numbers they sent back the first time were a little off but I told them what I wanted and they made it happen the second time with no bickering or anything. I also wanted a few extras thrown in and they did it. I worked with Robin who was the salesperson. She was amazing and bent over backwads to get me what I wanted. Never any pressure and this woman would listen to me. She actually seemed like she cared and knew I didn't want to mess around and haggle all day. It has only been a couple days but I love my new car and Gregg Young has been amazing with follow ups to make sure everything is ok. I would suggest this dealership and specifically Robin.

I do not normally post reviews but after my second poor experience I will share my thoughts. My first experience was years ago with my wife's blazer when I brought it in to check on an oil leak. I was informed that the vehicle had 2 broken engine mounts which is ridiculous since the engine would've been jumping around in the vehicle and extremely noticeable. At that point I declined any further work and left with the vehicle. Huber fixed the oil leak for much less days later....Now to my experience last week with my wife's Equinox needing a new hydraulic lift cylinder on the power liftgate. The part is $200 online so I was expecting $500 due to needing a couple hours of labor. However, the quote came back at $1800. Again, I took my keys and left in disgust without completing the repairs. I don't know everything about mechanics but I know enough to know when someone is trying to fleece me. At what point does it become theft? Someone who may not know any better would've paid that amount. Huber quoted the same work for $700 the exact same day. That is still excessive in my opinion but nothing like the outrageous quote of $1800. Going forward, whenever I need automotive work or will be purchasing a new Chevy, I will be driving past Gregg Young on my way to other dealers each and every time. I advise all to do the same. My ethical expectations for the industry are not high but Gregg Young brings a new low to ethics in the industry.

Vehicle service appointment went very smoothly. Check in was swift and professional. Courtesy transportation home was provided free of charge. My truck was serviced and ready for pickup within 4 hours, with all requested service items completed to my satisfaction. Additionally, a safety recall was brought to my attention with mitigation scheduled for a future date. Thanks to all for the great effort and service!

I felt no pressure from Paul, Tanner was quick and thorough with the final paperwork and KT was very helpful after the deal. This was my very first experience purchasing a brand new car (I've purchased used cars in the past at other dealerships) & I must say that Mike Quattrocchi made it an amazing experience for me! I was excited, yet nervous all at once & Mike definitely helped ease my mind & was extremely helpful from the time I made the appt the day before til I drove off the lot with my 2017 Chevy Cruze. Thank you so much Mike! Also must mention, thank & can't leave out the others that helped me & my process: Chaz (I believe he's a finance manager) for your part in getting me approved, Brian Biggerstaff for being awesome & finding me a better rate on car insurance than I had before I switched with you & Rodney for making the signing process a breeze! Chaz referred me to Camden Schmidt to get my windows tinted. I called Monday & spoke with Camden & scheduled an appt for today to get the windows tinted. So today my car is at the dealership getting my windows tinted & can't leave out the great customer service from Camden on Monday & this morning when I dropped my car off & picked up my loaner. I can't wait to pick up my car this evening after I get off work, as I'm sure my car will look great. Thank you again! All you guys are awesome, have great customer service & made my experience amazing & unforgettable!

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and professional, we added some items to the truck that could not be completed by the end of the day on a Friday, they are going to bring us our truck this week, we are three hours away from Omaha great group to work with. They also have a great restaurant at the dealership where the customers can eat at.

0 STARS, THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW! This dealership does false advertising by placing the wrong stickers on vehicles and then not honoring the price placed on the vehicle.

BEWARE!!! Will NEVER buy from this dealership and neither will my friends and family.

Horrible customer service and most definitely reporting my experience with the Better Business Bureau. Gregg Young you don't get to advertise a vehicle for one price then add an additional $5k and claim its a higher model car. Don't list the vehicle for that price and let alone put a sticker on the window. THAT IS ILLEGAL, called false advertisement!!!!

Awful business practices by writing fake reviews. You might as well go bankrupt practicing these ways.

I've had several interactions with their service team over the last few months and each employee remains consistent with their individual level of service. I dropped my car off their for an oil change and came back later in the day and I had found that my glove box had been ran through for god knows what reason and my $20 that I leave in there in case of an emergency (like running out of gas )had gone missing... called them and they had no explanation and told me I personally had misplaced it even though it had been in there since I bought the vehicle they are dishonest thieves make sure to stay away and let others know this place is no good

Never deal with Zach the salesman when going here. I called on a truck that I would be driving a hour for and asked if it was still available, and he I asked if he could send me pictures if there was any rust or rock chips, etc. and he asked me if it would deterior me from coming to buy it, he didn t care all he wanted was to make a sale. After upon a hour of waiting for these pictures I went to the dealership in lincoln and bought one, and so then I texted Zach and said not to worry about it and that I already purchased one. He then replies with You weren t going to come to Omaha anyways you were a waste of my time. Very disrespectful and will never contact, nor do business there.

I would highly recommend Gregg Young. My wife and I just purchased a new 2020 Chevy Equinox for our daughter who started college and she is absolutely in love. this is our 5 new vehicle from Gregg Young and couldn't be happier with our experience. Dom our sales rep has been absolutely amazing. He is not pushy and he knows exactly what were looking for. Lane our finance manager has been a pleasure to work with as well. Everyone has been so nice and helpful. Very upfront, no hidden fees, just to the point and gets us out in a timely fashion. I would recommend if your looking for a new vehicle, hands down you need to go to Gregg Young. Ask for Dom and Lane!

I just recently bought my first vehicle here a 201...

I just recently bought my first vehicle here a 2016 Silverado. I was happy to get a new vehicle, but disappointed in the service we (being my dad and I) received at Gregg Young. From the sales person to the finance office we had awful time. We felt as if the finance and sales people were manipulative and deceptive in their approach. We also have reached out to them multiple times regarding questions and concerns and have yet to hear back from them. For example my plates are due June 15 and I went to the DMV on June 6 to license my vehicle. The DMV told me that Gregg Young had not provided the proper paperwork yet to license the vehicle and now I will have to take more time off of work to go back to the DMV. I called Gregg Young regarding this issue and I was transferred to multiple people and then told I would be called back in an hour. I waited 4 hours after that call to call back and ask what the problem was. I was then told the situation was taken care of and I could get the plates on June 8. I was then called in the early afternoon on June 8 and was told that situation is still not fixed and to not go to the DMV today. Its just been a pain to take care of what normally should be an easy process. Hopefully Gregg Young takes care of this issue before next Friday or I am liable to pay late fees on the license and registration.

I really enjoy working with Trent. When you buy a car you deal with the sales person for a short while, but your service rep you develop an ongoing relationship built on trust (or not). Trent is a great frontline representative for the company i bought my car from and put my trust in for that ongoing relationship. It is the hassle free buying experience and more so I think, the trust and confidence after the sale that people like Trent build that makes for repeat buyers and customers. He is a keeper.

I am very disappointed with your service. I bought my vehicle from you and have had all of my maintenance serviced by Gregg Young since then. I purchased new tires a year ago which includes free tire rotation for the life of the tires. When the oil change was done, I got charged for the tire rotation. I asked why the bill was so high when they finished, but was told that's the normal charge. It's my fault for not checking the bill, but I assumed since I purchased the tires from you it would already be in the records and I shouldn't have to remind anyone. Because of this I checked the last bill where they rotated the tires, and sure enough I got charged that time also. I expect to be reimbursed for both of those charges with a check! Also, since when do you not offer a complimentary car wash and vacuum with an oil charge! If this is your new policy since the new car wash was installed , you have lost me as a customer. You charge more for an oil change then most places. By going someplace else I would save enough money to afford a car wash. I am very disappointed and will take my business elsewhere. I do expect that refund check in the mail asap!!

Excellent car buying experience. When the vehicle we were looking for became unavailable, the salesman and managers went out of their way to track down and obtain the best match to the vehicle. However ended up finding a vehicle we liked even more. We love our new truck.
We were very well taken care of, didn t feel pressured as you do at other car lots.

I went into the store a few weeks ago to look into a new car, which I did call before going in and spoke with a salesman by the name of Deiby which I explained my situation to him and he told me about a nice Impala that he was going to try to get me into, he took all my info told me the car was in Blair Nebraska. Deiby said he would call me back no call for 2 weeks. I was called into the store to speak with the manager he told me he apologized and didn't ask if he could do anything such bad service!

I've gone to Gregg Young among other dealers over the years looking at cars, this time was to actually purchase a vehicle. At Gregg Young, every time I have been there they have been the most curteous and willing to do the most for me. Mike Q. in sales and Rodney in finance make a great duo. They both were aware of my situation and did everything humanly possible to get me into a new 2018 truck that worked with me. I'm grateful to Gregg Young for hitting such great employees and thankful to those two gentlemen for making me refer all my friends and family because of the great experience.

Gregg Young Chevrolet dealership, "delivers unbeatable customer service and amazing prices on a wide selection of new and used Chevrolet trucks, cars" their statement before opening their website. I've had a different experience, spend the last 48 minutes on hold waiting to hear if they can help me with a set of keys, since we never received a second set when purchasing a vehicle. Oh yeah, this is the third time I've contacted them over the issue. We weren't overly concerned about the pressing issue at first until my wife locked hers in the car, lucky our 1.5 year old son wasn't in his car seat yet. But after being on hold for almost a hour they hung up on me. So I would say a more accurate website title should state "delivers unsatisfying customer service and follows with rude gestures." I'll leave the prices and selections up to the next unfortunate soul that gets the displeasure to deal their staff. But let's call them again and see how long I get put on hold again.

I have shopped around for so many different cars of the years. These guys at Greg Young has not only made it the easiest, but they also got me a rate nobody else could get me! They are so well known and trusted from their lenders, that they get exclusive rates because of the thoughness Greg Young takes in their customers. Drake Menuis finished my paperwork, he was very straight forward, he showed me all the warranty options and walked me through it like I was his best friend. It didn t feel like a hard sale at all. He walked me through the different options and instead of forcing his opinion onto me, he guided me through why each one was important, and most of all, he made me feel important and not just another customer.
