I highly recommend Hansen s Flowers they are good to their word and stand behind the quality of their arrangements. My daughter sent me mother s day flowers in a lovely blue pitcher. It was delivered on Saturday & on Sunday I noticed the roses were not looking well. On Monday I called and told her and she sent a driver out to pick it up and on Wednesday they delivered a whole new arrangement! I only asked for 4 new roses... that s integrity! 5

They exceeded our expectations!! Beautiful custom corsage!

Went in to get a corasage for my date to prom and they were really nice, helpful and didn't make any snide comments about who I'm going to prom with!

Owner's of this shop are as sweet and beautiful as the floral creations they make. Wonderful experience working with this company. Highly recommend!

RUDE, APATHETIC, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend to be delivered on Feb. 14 (Valentine's Day). Although I received an order confirmation email, my girlfriend did not receive her bouquet of flowers. To my surprise, when I checked my bank account, the transaction didn't even go through (even though I got a confirmation).
When I phoned on Feb. 16 to speak to the owner about what had happened she said "it says here one of my girls contacted you by email and phone." I DID NOT have any email from them at all (other than the confirmation) and I had ONE missed phone call from Coeur d'Alene on Feb. 13 which I now figured out is their phone number, but they didn't leave a message or call back. I figured if it was important they would have at least left me a message to call back.
All the owner had to say to me was "we had about 500 orders for Valentine's day we can't contact everybody. All we can do is void your order."
Your job is to fulfill orders and expectations even on the busiest day of the year with 500 customers. If you make a mistake that is fine, but at least try to find a solution to fix the problem and keep a customer not just VOID the problem.

Conclusion: The owner was not empathetic at all that I was not contacted about my order not being able to be processed and was completely rude and carefree to fix the problem and figure out a solution for me.
After choosing this flower shop based on reviews and reputation, I am EXTREMELY disappointed in my experience. NO second chance will be given here.

Was looking for a place to buy flowers and also a place that wasn't about to close. When I spotted this place online. When I went inside it was interesting layout, and the ladies there were working on a a very big order for the next day. They showed me the flowers and vases and actually made it look very nice. They have a new customer now. I appreciate their attention to detail, and their hard work.

Ordered a delivery 3 days in advance and was assured it would be the first delivery of the morning. At 1 o'clock in the afternoon it has still not been delivered. When I called the shop they said I don't remember that conversation do you still want the flowers delivered. I said well what are my options and they said well you could not have them delivered. I will never ever order from the shop

This shop was so, so helpful when I was trying to send a last minute gift to my grandchild when no other shops when several other shops in the area wouldn't help me. Very Friendly & Helpful!

This is the second time we've had problems ordering flowers through Hansen's. Both arrangements were different from what we had ordered (types of flowers, colors), sparse arrangements and at a significant price premium. Would not recommend.

I did a same day order and delivery and they were able to still get it there in the morning. The arrangement was just what I had envisioned. Very impressed with their over all customer service!

My son sent arrangment to me for Mother's Day. He has ordered through Hansen's before and flowers were beautiful! This time they looked like someone with no artistic talent had arranged. Mother's Day is extra busy and I am guessing they had someone new helping and this can happen. I am giving 5 stars because they cared enough to pickup the vase and put beautiful new arrangment in and deliver the next day....not all businesses take that kind of pride in what they do!

Disappointed. Called for a Mothers Day order to be delived anytime this week. I was calling in as a new customer and told this was going to be a process with a sigh. Now if that is not a nice first impression. She asks where my order needs delivered. I gave the Business name. She then needs an address which I do not have at my fingertips. She cannot process my order without it but offers that I can call back....really? I tell her I will take my business elsewhere and part ways. Later I look at this florists website and they list said business as one of their delivery destinations. Took my order elsewhere and it was easy as it should be.

Very Poor service, just destroyed my Daughters birthday. Purchased a floral arrangement with Mylars. The balloons never showed up and the flowers were in terrible shape. Tried to resolve over the phone and owner stated that her employee forgot to include the balloons for this order and was not willing work with us, but she did say we got a great floral arrangement. Place your orders elsewhere!!!

I cannot thank y'all enough for my last minute wedding bouquet. Having a fiance active duty military wasn't easy for planning our special day and had to make date changes last minute. You not only were able to take my order last minute but the end result could not have been more perfect especially since I wasn't very specific about what it should look like and placed the order on the phone. Thank you again.

The ladies were very nice and the store has the coolest homemade decorations, priced very well!

Beautiful arrangements for a funeral service, exactly what I imagined.

Ordered for a special occasion was told a time so I made sure the person was going to be there. I had them cancel plans in the process. The flowers were later than 3 the time the person could not receive them. Will not be ordering from this place again.

Specifically asked for No roses, what was in the bouquet? Roses.
The owner was snarky and said she thought roses were beautiful and added them....

Amazing service. Completely saved the day. They have made a customer for life. I live out of state and appreciate them going the extra mile to help me out.

Just received a beautiful fall arrangement sent from my sister in California for my birthday. The young lady who delivered the flowers knocked on the door to personally hand me the flowers and gave me instructions on how to care for them. Talk about service with a smile. Sure put a smile on my face

Received a very sloppy arrangement, not as pictured on the website. A lot of filler was used and the flowers were not fresh. Looks like the arrangement had been sitting out for several days in dirty water before they delivered. Two stars because delivery was on time.

I don't normally write reviews...but I appreciated Hansen's service enough to write this one:

I called the day before valentine's day to order flowers delivered. The first place I called kicked me to an auotmated message that said "we are not taking orders over the phone...please go to the website to order." I wasn't anywhere near a computer so I moved on to the next one. This florist said they could deliver my order, but said they would not deliver the present with it for me if I dropped it off at their office in the morning, because it was over $100.00 value and they didn't want to be responsible for it. (it was $127.00). So now I'm 0 for 2. I called Hansen's next. They were friendly, helpful & easy going. I asked if they could deliver a present for me as well...they said "Sure!" and even said if I showed up earlier than they opened in the morning, to just come in the back door and give it to them because they would be there early too.

Lastly: the flowers they delivered were AWESOME. I've ordered flowers alot, and these were some of the best I've ever ordered.

Long story short: customer service isn't a river in Egypt. And I appreciate it when I witness it. These gals are good.

Hansen's Florist and Gifts always puts out the freshest flowers. They are known for their original designs and absolutely stunning arrangements! They also have a very large selection of gifts. Prices are reasonable too! I would not hesitate to recommend Hansen's Florist and Gifts to anyone who might need and gift or arrangement.

Very friendly staff, however, I ordered a dozen roses for my wife. They arrived, and looked beautiful. By the next morning several of the roses were dropping and by the second day they were all dropping and looking terrible. Very disappointed, especially for how much I paid.
