I am very disappointed with your service. I bought my vehicle from you and have had all of my maintenance serviced by Gregg Young since then. I purchased new tires a year ago which includes free tire rotation for the life of the tires. When the oil change was done, I got charged for the tire rotation. I asked why the bill was so high when they finished, but was told that's the normal charge. It's my fault for not checking the bill, but I assumed since I purchased the tires from you it would already be in the records and I shouldn't have to remind anyone. Because of this I checked the last bill where they rotated the tires, and sure enough I got charged that time also. I expect to be reimbursed for both of those charges with a check! Also, since when do you not offer a complimentary car wash and vacuum with an oil charge! If this is your new policy since the new car wash was installed , you have lost me as a customer. You charge more for an oil change then most places. By going someplace else I would save enough money to afford a car wash. I am very disappointed and will take my business elsewhere. I do expect that refund check in the mail asap!!
