I just recently bought my first vehicle here a 2016 Silverado. I was happy to get a new vehicle, but disappointed in the service we (being my dad and I) received at Gregg Young. From the sales person to the finance office we had awful time. We felt as if the finance and sales people were manipulative and deceptive in their approach. We also have reached out to them multiple times regarding questions and concerns and have yet to hear back from them. For example my plates are due June 15 and I went to the DMV on June 6 to license my vehicle. The DMV told me that Gregg Young had not provided the proper paperwork yet to license the vehicle and now I will have to take more time off of work to go back to the DMV. I called Gregg Young regarding this issue and I was transferred to multiple people and then told I would be called back in an hour. I waited 4 hours after that call to call back and ask what the problem was. I was then told the situation was taken care of and I could get the plates on June 8. I was then called in the early afternoon on June 8 and was told that situation is still not fixed and to not go to the DMV today. Its just been a pain to take care of what normally should be an easy process. Hopefully Gregg Young takes care of this issue before next Friday or I am liable to pay late fees on the license and registration.
