My first order, for a birthday. Delivered too late...
My first order, for a birthday. Delivered too late. However, customer service was still somewhat understanding and gave a discount code for a next order.
Now for Valentine a 2nd order, where you pay extra for delivery on Valentine. However, nothing was delivered and a customer service that apart from a sorry does nothing and refers to Post.nl! Just as if I purchase a service from post.nl. I pay at greetz and it is their problem if they do not deliver as agreed. So-called according to Ayla of customer service that 2% is delivered 1 to 2 days later. How is it possible that I then have bad luck twice in a row?
So they don't look for anything else. My advice to all: order somewhere nice or deliver yourself or arrange a courier service yourself, but not via greetz.nl
