Now for Valentine a 2nd order, where you pay extra for delivery on Valentine. However, nothing was delivered and a customer service that apart from a sorry does nothing and refers to Post.nl! Just as if I purchase a service from post.nl. I pay at greetz and it is their problem if they do not deliver as agreed.
