May 1 sent an email about this, no answer received, only a thank you email for a e.v.t. an application for a new order, however the amount due has been debited directly from me,
I would like the order to be placed if this does not happen, I will demand my money back and I will further inform you about this.
You understand that Greetz is no longer an option for me to place another order with you.
