Customer service is totally not friendly or cooper...

Customer service is totally not friendly or cooperative.
Ordered before 10 p.m. is delivered tomorrow. So it apparently doesn't work that way. No order could be placed for the next day before 10 p.m. Mrs. Jolanda from customer service indicates that I should have waited until I had contact with Greetz, and then let the order arrive completely late ...? Another solution is hard to find.
