Had 2 things accomplished. 1 what I considered a safety hazard was fixed; the second row right seat was not movable , fore or aft and its' back did not move either. They covered it under the warranty for safety reasons. The 2nd, as I was limited on time, part of the 36,000 mile checkup was accomplished fluids and tire rotation which I expected to be free but I had to pay because they did not consider changing to my mounted snow tires a rotation.
All accomplished in 1hr30 minutes. Job well done and I made my next appointment on time.
