I've never bought a vehicle from them yet. But I still treated like a valuable customer. It I'm in New Hampshire when I purchase my next vehicle. It will be from the Grappone family of automobile. They truly have taken good care of my vehicles weather I'm at Toyota or Ford the staff has been good answering question and keeping me informed about suggested maintenance or just getting the work done in a timely manner. I would make higher. However I haven't done much with sale staff other then telling them I'm just browsing my trucks is in service. Maybe a question or two on stats of a vehicle. Nothing sticks out. I'll update in the future.
